In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the first shielding member may be a first side plate member 11, and the first side plate member 11 may include a first plate portion and a second plate portion that are perpendicularly connected to each other, and may further include a reinforcing rib (for improving the strength of the first side plate member 11) that connects the first plate portion and the second plate portion. The mounting assembly 13 may be formed of a plurality of plates in a rectangular parallelepiped shape or a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape to secure the overall strength of the track protector 1. In an embodiment, the mounting assembly 13 may include five plates, three of which are associated with the mounting and two of which are used to add strength to the mounting assembly 13 itself.

In an embodiment, the first and second connecting members may both be bolts, i.e. for example the first connecting member may be the first bolt 16 and the second connecting member may be the second bolt 17. As shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment, the first plate portion, the first mounting plate portion, the third plate portion and the second mounting plate portion may be all opened with mounting holes for accommodating bolts. In the embodiment, since the first plate portion and the first mounting plate are connected in the same manner as the third plate portion and the second mounting plate, the description of the connection between the third plate portion and the second mounting plate is omitted below, and the description will be given only by taking the connection between the first plate portion and the first mounting plate as an example.
In an embodiment, the mounting hole of the first mounting plate may be formed with an internal thread that mates with an external thread of the first bolt 16, and in a state where the first mounting plate, the first adjustment member, and the first plate portion are stacked, the first bolt 16 can successively pass through the mounting hole of the first plate portion, the following notch portion of the first adjustment member, and be screwed into the mounting hole of the first mounting plate.
In an embodiment, the first and second trim members may each include a plurality of trim shims, i.e., the first trim member may include a plurality of first trim shims 14 and the second trim member may include a plurality of second trim shims 15. The arrangement of the first regulation member may be the same as that of the second regulation member, based on which the first regulation member will be specifically described below by way of example and the description of the second regulation member will be omitted.
In an embodiment, the first adjusting shim 14 may be formed in a rectangular shape having the same size as the first mounting plate, so that the surfaces of the first mounting plate and the first plate portion facing each other are parallel or substantially parallel, so as to ensure that the pretension load borne by the surfaces of the first mounting plate and the first plate portion facing each other is uniform when the first bolt 16 is tightened, and avoid the situation that the first plate portion shakes relative to the first mounting plate when the first plate portion abuts against the end of the track chain during the operation of the track guard 1.
Further, the first adjustment shim 14 may be formed with a notched portion through which the first bolt 16 penetrates when the first adjustment shim 14 is mounted between the first plate portion and the first mounting plate. In an embodiment, the notched portion may be formed in a circular shape slightly larger than the outer diameter of the first bolt 16 (in this case, the notched portion is a hole portion).
However, without being limited thereto, in an embodiment, the notch portion may be formed in a bar shape, a first end of the notch portion may be located in the first adjustment pad 14, and a second end of the notch portion may extend parallel to one side portion of the rectangular-shaped first adjustment pad 14 to the other side portion perpendicular to the side portion. In this way, when the first bolt 16 and a third bolt described below are loosened, the first adjustment washer 14 is inserted or pulled out from between the first plate portion and the first mounting plate member to adjust the distance between the first plate portion and the third plate portion, and in this state, the portion of the first bolt 16 passing through the outer side portion of the first adjustment washer 14 is accommodated in the notched portion.
Since the position of the first side plate member 11 and the second side plate member 12 in the width direction of the track chain will be changed when the distance between the first plate portion and the third plate portion is adjusted in the above manner, in the embodiment, the following arrangement is adopted to cope with such a position change while ensuring reliable connection of the track apron 1 and the frame 3.
In the embodiment, the following two connection methods can be used together to mount the track guard 1 to the frame 3. In the first connection method, a frame mounting hole 131 is formed in a third mounting plate of the mounting assembly 13, and the third mounting plate is mounted to the frame 3 by a bolt, so that the mounting assembly 13 is mounted to the frame 3, and the track protector 1 is mounted to the frame 3. The first waist-shaped hole 111 may extend in the width direction of the caterpillar, and the third bolt may penetrate through the first waist-shaped hole 111 and be screwed to the frame 3, so as to mount the second plate portion to the frame 3, and further mount the first side plate member 11 to the frame 3.
