The automatic opening and closing device for the tank cap according to claim 1, wherein: the locking device comprises a seventh gear (14), a third sliding block (15), a lock cylinder (17), a lock catch (18) and a third spring (19), a rack structure is arranged on the right side of the second sliding block (12), and the rack structure is meshed with the left side of the seventh gear (14); the third sliding block (15) is arranged on the right side of the seventh gear (14), a rack structure is arranged on the left side of the third gear (15) and is meshed with the right side of the seventh gear (14), the lock cylinder (17) is arranged above the seventh gear (14) and is connected with the seventh gear through a second spring (16), a second guide rail is arranged at the bottom of the oil inlet hole (3) corresponding to the upper part of the lock cylinder (17), a lock catch (18) is arranged in the second guide rail, and a third spring (19) is arranged between the right end of the lock catch (18) and the right wall of the second guide rail.
