The screen printing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the rotating member further includes a home member fixed to the fixed panel, a vertical projection area of the squeegee is smallest when the home member is in contact with the positioning member, and a top of the squeegee is inclined in a direction of scraping.
5. The screen printing device according to claim 4, wherein the rotating shaft is provided with an elastic reset member, two ends of the elastic reset member are respectively connected with the rotating shaft and the fixed panel, and the elastic reset member drives the rotating shaft to rotate in a direction that the positioning member approaches the initial member.
6. The screen printing device according to claim 5, wherein the elastic return member is provided as a flat spiral spring, an inner end of the flat spiral spring is fixed to the rotary shaft and is located between the fixed panel and the squeegee fixing base, and an outer end of the flat spiral spring is fixed to the fixed panel.
7. The screen printing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the fixing panel is provided with an adjustment groove, the stopper has a rod member which is located in the adjustment groove and slidably engaged therewith, the rod member has a screw thread and is provided with a lock nut for fixing a position of the stopper in the adjustment groove, and the stopper is a maximum rotation angle of the squeegee fixing base when contacting the positioning member, the maximum rotation angle being changed depending on positions of the stopper in the adjustment groove.
8. The screen printing device according to claim 1, wherein a squeegee holding base is fixedly connected to a bottom end face of the squeegee holding base, the squeegee holding base having a holding groove with an open bottom, and an upper portion of the rubber squeegee is located in the holding groove and held by the squeegee holding base.
9. The screen printing device according to claim 8, wherein the squeegee holder has a rectangular structure, the top of the squeegee holder is flat and closely attached to the bottom end surface of the squeegee holder, the squeegee holder is provided with at least two fixing members, the left arm and the right arm of each fixing member are fixedly connected to the two side end surfaces of the squeegee holder, and the bottoms of the left arm and the right arm of each fixing member are closely contacted to the two side end surfaces of the squeegee holder.
10. The screen printing device according to claim 9, wherein the left arm and the right arm of the fixing member on the top of the scraper holding seat are provided with wrapping structures, the wrapping structures are tightly attached to two side surfaces of the scraper fixing seat, and the lower parts of the left arm and the right arm of the fixing member are provided with concave surfaces crossing over the wrapping structures.
