Claims (10)

A blow-moulding plant for blow-moulding containers, comprising a worktable (1), the top of which (1) is provided with a collection hole (2), characterized in that: the two sides of the top of the workbench (1) are movably connected with container molds (3), one side of each of the two container molds (3) opposite to the container mold (3) is provided with an outer groove (4), the back of the workbench (1) is fixedly connected with a support frame (5), the top of the support frame (5) is movably connected with a blow molding head (6), the bottom of the blow molding head (6) is movably connected with a mounting plate (7), the inside of the blow molding head (6) is fixedly connected with a storage barrel (8), the top of the blow molding head (6) is clamped with a feeding device (9), a filter plate (10) is movably connected between the two sides of the inner wall of the feeding device (9), the top of the workbench (1) is provided with a first sliding groove (11), the two sides of the inner surface of the first sliding groove (11) are both slidably connected with first sliding blocks (12), and the tops of the two first sliding blocks (12) are fixedly connected with the, two threaded holes are all opened in the internal surface of first sliding block (12), two swing joint has two-way threaded rod (13) between the relative one side of first sliding block (12), the outside of first sliding block (12) is all run through and extend to at the both ends of two-way threaded rod (13).

A blow molding apparatus for blow molding a container as defined in claim 1, wherein: the both ends of two-way threaded rod (13) are rotated in the both sides of first sliding tray (11) inner wall respectively and are connected, the surface of two-way threaded rod (13) just is located left side fixed connection driven gear (14) of first sliding block (12), the left side fixedly connected with at workstation (1) top rotates motor (15), rotate output fixed connection driving gear (16) of motor (15), the surface of driving gear (16) meshes with the surface of driven gear (14) mutually.

A blow molding apparatus for blow molding a container as defined in claim 1, wherein: the top parts of the two container molds (3) are respectively provided with an inlet groove (17), the top parts of the two container molds (3) are respectively provided with a second sliding groove (18), the inner surface of the second sliding groove (18) is connected with the outer surface of a second sliding block (19) in a sliding way, a fixed rod (20) is fixedly connected between the opposite sides of the two second sliding blocks (19), the front surface of the second sliding block (19) is rotatably connected with a rotating short shaft which penetrates through the second sliding block (19) and extends to the outside of the second sliding block, the two ends of the rotating short shaft are both fixedly connected with rotating rods (21), one end of each rotating rod (21) positioned on the back is connected with a blade (22), the two blades (22) are arranged in a crossed manner through the rotating short rods, the blade (22) is positioned above the inlet groove (17), and one end of the blade (22) is fixedly connected with a sleeving block.

A blow molding apparatus for blow molding containers as claimed in claim 3, wherein: two equal fixedly connected with fixed block (23) in both sides at container mould (3) top, first spacing groove (24) have been seted up at the back of cup joint piece, spacing quarter butt (25) of one end fixedly connected with of dwang (21), the one end of spacing quarter butt (25) runs through first spacing groove (24) and extends to the outside of first spacing groove (24), the surface of spacing quarter butt (25) and the interior surface sliding connection of first spacing groove (24).

A blow molding apparatus for blow molding a container according to claim 4, wherein: fixed block (23) are located the both sides of entering mouth groove (17), two the back of fixed block (23) is rotated through rotating the quarter butt and is connected with swinging arms (26), the one end of swinging arms (26) is rotated with the one end that is located positive dwang (21) and is connected.

A blow molding apparatus for blow molding a container as defined in claim 1, wherein: the outer surface of the storage barrel (8) is fixedly connected with an annular pipeline (27), the water inlet end of the annular pipeline (27) penetrates through the blow molding head (6) and extends to the outside of the blow molding head (6), and the water outlet end of the annular pipeline (27) penetrates through the blow molding head (6) and extends to the outside of the blow molding head (6).
