The specific working process is as follows:
when the polishing device works, a curved surface to be polished of a workpiece is placed on the workbench 3 downwards, the air cylinder 21 in the fixing device 2 is pressed downwards, the pressing plate 22 is made to contact with the upper surface of the workpiece, after the pressing plate 22 is made to contact with the workpiece, the sucking disc 23 on the lower surface of the pressing plate 22 is extruded with the workpiece to finally and firmly suck the workpiece, the motor 324 is started, the first gear 325 arranged on the driving shaft of the motor drives the second gear 341 which is meshed with the first gear to rotate, and the second gear 341 drives the spline 5 to rotate, so that the grinding head 7 arranged at the top end of the spline shaft 5 is driven to start to move; when the surface of the workpiece to be polished is a curved surface, different grinding devices 34 are displaced in different vertical directions, meanwhile, because the lower end of the spline shaft 5 in the grinding device 34 contacts the annular air bag 323, the grinding device 34 is jacked upwards through the softness and the expansion degree of the annular air bag 323, and the grinding head 7 is tightly attached to the surface to be polished by matching with the gravity of the workpiece;
when the motor 324 is operated, the cam 326 fixed on the motor driving shaft rotates along with the motor driving shaft and generates centrifugal force, the centrifugal force generated by the cam 326 makes the motor 324 start to slide, because the motor 324 is fixed on the sliding base 32, and the fixed plate 33 is connected with the end of the motor driving shaft through the bearing, therefore, under the action of the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cam 326, the sliding base 32 and the fixed plate 33 as a whole slide freely in the table body 31, and at the same time, when the sliding base 32 and the fixed plate 33 move away from the center direction of the table body 31 under the action of the centrifugal force, the clamping column 4 in the direction opposite to the movement of the sliding base 32 and the fixed plate 33 is extruded, under the action of the spring 42 in the clamping column 4, the movement of the sliding base 32 and the fixed plate 33 is limited within a certain range, and when the movement direction of the sliding base 32 and the fixed plate 33 is changed under the action of the centrifugal force, the sliding base 32 and the fixed plate 33 will return to the center of the table body 31 under the action of the clamping column 4, meanwhile, the second balls 44 at the top end of the extrusion column 43 contact with the guide groove 331, and as the work progresses, the sliding base 32 and the fixed plate 33 repeatedly move under the centrifugal force of the cam 326, and when the fixed plate 33 moves, the grinding device 34 installed on the fixed plate 33 moves along with the movement;
pumping polishing liquid into a liquid guide hole 51 in the spline shaft 5 through a hose by an external circulating pump, wherein the polishing liquid enters the polishing cotton 71 through the liquid guide hole 51, and reaches a polishing surface from micropores in the polishing cotton 71 while the grinding head 7 rotates;
polishing liquid falling from the polishing surface falls on the fixing plate 33, and after falling on the fixing plate 33, the polishing liquid is influenced by the arc-shaped upper surface of the fixing plate 33, flows into the waste liquid collecting tank 311 from the fixing plate 33, is connected into an external container through a hose, is pumped by an external circulating pump, and enters the circulation again;
when the polishing liquid falls onto the fixed plate 33 from the polishing surface, the seal ring 6 seals the gap between the spline shaft 5 and the fixed plate 33, so that the polishing liquid cannot enter the lower part of the fixed plate 33; because of the position relation of the air filling cavity 61 in the sealing ring 6, the inner ring of the sealing ring 6 shrinks inwards, so that the sealing ring 6 is tightly attached to the spline shaft 5;

the workbench (3) comprises a workbench body (31), a sliding base (32), a fixing plate (33) and a grinding device (34); the table body (31) is fixed on the bottom plate (11) through bolts; the sliding base (32) is installed inside the table body (31) in a sliding mode; the upper surface of the sliding base (32) is fixedly connected with a motor (324); the upper end of a driving shaft of the motor (324) is fixedly connected with a first gear (325); the periphery of the first gear (325) is provided with a plurality of layers of grinding devices (34) which are uniformly arranged; the grinding device (34) comprises a second gear (341), a spline shaft (5) and a grinding head (7); a second gear (341) on the layer of grinding devices (34) closest to the first gear (325) is always meshed with the first gear (325); an annular groove (322) is formed in the upper surface of the sliding base (32); an annular air bag (323) is fixedly connected in the annular groove (322), and the annular air bag (323) is filled in the annular groove (322); the motor (324) is positioned in the middle of the annular air bag (323); a waste liquid collecting tank (311) is arranged on the inner side of the table body (31); a fixed plate (33) is arranged above the inner part of the table body (31); the edge of the fixing plate (33) extends into the waste liquid collecting tank (311); the fixed plate (33) is connected with a motor driving shaft through a bearing and is positioned above the first gear (325); the spline shaft (5) is vertically arranged, the lower end of the spline shaft is in contact with the upper surface of the annular air bag (323), the upper end of the spline shaft (5) penetrates through the fixing plate (33) and is rotatably connected with the fixing plate (33) through a bearing, and the spline shaft (5) can slide up and down in the bearing; the second gear (341) is fixedly sleeved on the surface of the spline shaft (5), and the second gear (341) is positioned below the fixing plate (33); two adjacent gears II (341) on different circumference layers are meshed with each other, and the two adjacent gears II (341) on the same circumference layer are not in contact arrangement; the grinding head (7) is sleeved at the upper end of the spline shaft (5), and the grinding head (7) is positioned above the fixing plate (33).

The curved surface polishing machine of claim 1, wherein: a liquid guide hole (51) is formed in the spline shaft (5); the grinding head (7) is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the spline shaft (5) through a set screw (72); the top end of the grinding head (7) is fixedly connected with polishing cotton (71); the liquid guide hole (51) is communicated with the polishing cotton (71), and the external circulating pump pumps the polishing liquid into the polishing cotton (71) through the liquid guide hole (51).

The curved surface polishing machine of claim 1, wherein: a sealing ring (6) is arranged on the part, penetrating out of the spline shaft (5), of the upper surface of the fixing plate (33), and the corresponding spline shaft (5) is wrapped by the sealing ring (6); the spline shaft (5) can slide up and down in the sealing ring (6); the sealing ring (6) is internally provided with an inflation cavity (61), and the distance between the inflation cavity (61) and the inner wall of the sealing ring (6) is smaller than the distance between the inflation cavity (61) and the outer wall of the sealing ring (6).
