Technical Field

Background
The non-solidified asphalt waterproof paint is a waterproof paint which takes asphalt and rubber as main components and can keep paste for a long time. The non-cured asphalt waterproof coating has the characteristics of good creep property, adhesion, no curing and the like, thereby having wide applicability. The application of non-cured asphalt waterproof coatings in the waterproof field is increasing day by day. Before construction, the non-cured asphalt waterproof coating needs to be heated to facilitate construction. The non-cured asphalt waterproof coating is contained in a container such as a tank or a barrel for convenient transportation, storage and construction. After the construction is completed, a large amount of non-cured asphalt waterproofing paint remains on the wall of the container such as a tank or a drum, and the non-cured asphalt waterproofing paint must be subjected to a harmless treatment or adversely affects the surrounding environment.
Because the non-cured asphalt waterproof coating has the characteristics of strong adhesion and no curing, even if a tank or a barrel and other containers with the non-cured asphalt waterproof coating are heated during construction, the non-cured asphalt waterproof coating in the tank or the barrel cannot be cleaned. At present, the residual non-cured asphalt waterproof coating is mainly treated in the following ways at the construction site:

In the invention, the heat source provides heat energy for the recovery device and the pipeline, so that the system always keeps higher temperature, the non-cured asphalt waterproof coating keeps good fluidity, meanwhile, the adhesion on the inner wall of the non-cured asphalt waterproof coating pipeline is reduced, the operation efficiency of each device is improved, and particularly, the recovery device is accelerated to remove water in the flushing mixture.
In the invention, the flushing device is provided with a rotating spray head so as to conveniently flush the container from different angles. The flushing device is provided with a steam recovery device which is communicated with the steam making device and used for recovering the residual steam in the flushing process.
In the present invention, the heat source may be a boiler. The boiler may be a gas boiler or an electric boiler.
In the invention, the recovery device is a high-temperature kettle. The high-temperature kettle can separate the non-cured asphalt waterproof coating and water in the flushing mixture by standing water removal and heating water removal. Preferably, the high-temperature kettle has a water pumping function. The non-cured asphalt waterproof coating and water are automatically layered by utilizing the density difference and completely different surface properties of the non-cured asphalt waterproof coating and water through standing, after a layered interface is stable, open water is pumped out, the washing mixture is heated to remove water, the rest water is removed, and the non-cured asphalt waterproof coating and water are recycled for reuse.

Since the non-curable asphalt waterproofing paint is a heat-sensitive material and has enhanced fluidity when heated, the temperature of the steam is 135 ℃ or higher in step S2, and the non-curable asphalt waterproofing paint is quickly removed by flushing the inner wall of the container with high-temperature steam. The time for flushing the container can be determined by one skilled in the art according to the container cleaning condition, and the invention is not particularly limited herein.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in step S3, the flushing device flushes the container with the residual non-cured asphalt waterproofing paint by using the steam to remove the non-cured asphalt waterproofing paint in the container, and the steam recovery device recovers the residual steam during the flushing process and returns the recovered residual steam to the steam generation device for recycling.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in step S6, the recovery device sequentially performs standing water removal and heating water removal on the filtered flushing mixture, so that the non-cured asphalt waterproof coating in the flushing mixture is separated from water, and then recovers and utilizes the non-cured asphalt waterproof coating and the water, respectively.
