1. A method for pulmonary function recovery based on spectroscopy, comprising the steps of:
step S1: mixing graphene, phosphorus alkene and nano carbon in monomer or compound form with traditional Chinese medicine, silver and tourmaline according to a proportion to form a base material; mixing the customized traditional Chinese medicine components with the base material by using a spraying process, and coating to form a black body;
step S2: biological waves are emitted under passive or active conditions, and the waves emitted by the black body are processed through mixed modulation, so that the frequencies of the waves are consistent with the natural biological waves of human cells, and thus co-frequency resonance is generated, the activity of cell factors is improved, and the micro-motion of an organism is enhanced;
step S3: preparing a filling packaging material from flame-retardant fibers, putting a lung traditional Chinese medicine conditioning formula into the filling packaging material to form a traditional Chinese medicine bag, attaching the traditional Chinese medicine bag to the surface of a human body, introducing ions or traditional Chinese medicine components into the surface of the human body through a wave spectrum, penetrating subcutaneous tissues and driving the ions or the traditional Chinese medicine components to cells in the body to play a medicine effect, acting on the chest and back of the human body by utilizing the continuous warming effect generated by biological waves to form protection on the respiratory tract system of the human body and continuously block the stimulation of cold air to the lung;

step S5: the LED light-emitting device generates red light waves to continuously irradiate a human body, so that the oxygen carrying capacity of red blood cells in blood is improved, the oxygen exchange function of the lung is enhanced, meanwhile, mitochondria in the cells absorb the red light to the maximum extent, after the red light is irradiated, the healing of wounds and ulcers is promoted, the phagocytosis of white blood cells is also enhanced, and the immune function of a body is improved.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the biological wave is a 6-14 micron wavelength biological wave.
3. The lung function rehabilitation method according to claim 2, wherein the music playing unit is controlled by the single chip microcomputer to generate 16Hz-20KHz sound waves.
4. The lung function rehabilitation method according to claim 3, wherein the sound wave generated by the music playing unit is passed through a mechanical wave resonance filter to form a low frequency sound wave of 16-40Hz and a mechanical infrasonic wave of 3-16 Hz.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the LED light emitting device generates a red light wave with a wavelength of 630nm to 700 nm.
