Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical patch fixing nail, in particular to a medical patch fixing nail capable of being automatically bent and fixed.
Background
With the continuous development of material medicine, more and more novel materials enter the medical field as biomedical materials to repair the defects of all parts of the human body. The medical patch is a human tissue repair material which is widely used in general surgery department and is mainly used for repairing various hernias, such as inguinal hernias, incisional hernias and the like. Due to the particularity of the hernia region, the patch needs to have strong tensile strength without losing softness, and also needs to have a proper shape according to the position of the repaired tissue so as to be stably fixed on the human tissue.
The fixation of the patch in human tissue is the key of hernia repair surgery, and the fixation effect directly affects the success or failure of the surgery and has a key influence on whether the surgery recurs or not. The patch is not firm and is easy to loosen or fall off, the existing hernia repair patch is usually fixed in a clinical suture mode, namely, the patch is fixed on tissue at a plurality of positions of the patch through suture lines, but the suture operation mode has low efficiency, the operation time is prolonged, the operation level requirement on doctors is high, the suture effect is not easy to guarantee, and meanwhile, the recovery of patients is slow. Along with the development of medical equipment, an absorbable patch fixing nail appears on the market, and the fixing nail is injected into tissues to fix the hernia repair patch, so that the human soft tissues can be penetrated and fixed from a plurality of angles and directions, a better fixing effect is achieved, the operation efficiency is improved, the working strength of doctors is reduced, and the pain of patients is also reduced. For example, the "applicator system for surgical fasteners" disclosed in chinese patent No. ZL201480015432.8 and the "hernia patch fixing nail and method for manufacturing the same" disclosed in chinese patent application No. 201810214855.2 have U-shaped structures, the tips and barbs are provided at the ends of the prongs at both sides of the nail, and the two prongs are inserted into tissue to fix the patch, so that the structure is simple and the operation is flexible. However, due to the structural characteristics, in the using process, an implantation tool with two clamping arms is required, and the two clamping arms of the implantation tool are used for clamping the two fork arms of the fixing nail so as to provide enough rigid support for the two fork arms; due to the special operation, one fixing clamp needs to be taken one by one for use during operation, which is not beneficial to continuous percussion and fixation by using an instrument.
Therefore, a need exists for a new patch staple design that facilitates continuous firing use of the instrument and that provides a simple and reliable firing motion of the instrument.

In order to provide the bending arm 2-1 with stable bending stress during the manufacturing process, in the present embodiment, the following embodiments can be adopted:
the first scheme is as follows: as shown in fig. 1, a notch groove 3 is provided at the outer side of the root of the bending arm 2-1, since the material of the root of the bending arm 2-1 is reduced, a thin-wall structure is formed at the position of the notch groove 3, so that the bending arm 2-1 can be bent towards the notch groove 3, the bending stress at the thin-wall position corresponding to the notch groove 3 can adopt the mode of folding the bending arm 2-1 towards the center in the opening state, the bending arm 2-1 is enabled to always keep the outward-opening elastic trend, the bending stress is formed by the material elasticity of the bending arm 2-1, at the moment, due to the notch sensitivity and the elasticity of the staple material, the bending arm can generate stable bending stress at the notch groove 3, the bending arm 2-1 can be enabled to stably and automatically open and bend outwards, and stable buckling acting force is applied to the medical patch. The notch groove 3 can be designed into a V-shaped groove or a U-shaped groove which is arranged annularly, the design of the bending deformation angle of the bending arm 2-1 can be further facilitated through the shape design of the V-shaped groove or the U-shaped groove, and then the bending arm 2-1 can be firmly combined with the medical patch better. Specifically, the bending arm 2-1 is preferably flared and bent at an angle of 90 ° so as to stably press the medical patch.
Scheme II: the medical patch fixing nail is preferably manufactured by adopting an injection molding process, the material is a medical high polymer material, namely the implantation part 1 and the bending part 2 are integrally injection molded, so that the processing and manufacturing of the fixing nail are facilitated, the manufacturing cost of the fixing nail is reduced, and the stable injection molding stress difference control of the bending arm 2-1 can be realized by utilizing the injection molding temperature control, so that the bending arm has stable bending stress. In other words, in the forming process of the medical patch fixing nail, internal stress is formed inside the fixing nail by utilizing the cooling sequence of materials in a mold, for example, through the design of a cooling system and a temperature control system in the mold, the difference of the cooling speed of the inner side and the outer side of the bending arm 2-1 of the fixing nail is controlled, namely the cooling speed of the outer side of the bending arm 2-1 is controlled to be smaller than the cooling speed of the inner side, so that the material shrinkage of the outer side of the bending arm 2-1 is larger than the material shrinkage of the inner side, and thus the bending arm 2-1 forms outward-opened bending stress, after the thin wall 2-2 is cut off, the bending stress is released, and the automatic bending deformation of the bending arm 2-1 can be realized under the action of the internal stress (the bending state of the bending arm 2-.
Of course, in this embodiment, it is further preferable to combine the first and second solutions, and simultaneously, the bending stress control of the bending arm 2-1 is realized by utilizing the combined action of notch sensitivity, material elasticity and injection stress difference, so that after the thin wall 2-2 is cut off, the fixing nail can be rapidly bent and opened outwards from the state shown in fig. 1, and the patch can be effectively fixed.
