the liquid suction outer tube (108) is connected with the liquid suction hose (6) through a hose connector, the liquid suction hose (6) is connected with the liquid outlet tube (7) through a hose connector, the liquid outlet tube (7) penetrates through the top end of a bottle cap of the liquid storage bottle (2) and is fixedly connected with the top end of the bottle cap in a sealing mode, the liquid outlet tube (7) extends to the bottom end of the inner portion of the bottle body of the liquid storage bottle (2), an air exhaust tube (8) penetrates through the top end of the bottle cap of the liquid storage bottle (2) in a sealing mode, the lower end of the air exhaust tube (8) is located at the upper end of the inner portion of the bottle body of the liquid storage bottle (2), and the air exhaust tube (8) is connected with the vacuum pump (3) through a pipeline;
