Description

Hemostatic balloon for obstetrics and gynecology department
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of obstetrics and gynecology, in particular to a hemostatic balloon for obstetrics and gynecology.
Background
At present, in the clinical operation of obstetrics and gynecology department, postpartum uterine bleeding is a common symptom, the postpartum care of a lying-in woman is important for patients, particularly for postpartum hemorrhage of common diseases of obstetrics and gynecology department, the disease is acute in onset and dangerous in condition, the cause of the disease is postpartum uterine contraction and hypodynamia, the placenta is exfoliated to bleed, and death can be caused seriously. The existing treatment method mainly comprises the steps of applying medicines to promote uterine contraction or filling gauze into a uterine cavity to perform compression hemostasis, hysterectomy is seriously needed, the gauze is filled to perform compression hemostasis, the gauze is used to perform compression hemostasis, the operation is troublesome and difficult, the pressure in the uterine cavity is easy to be uneven, the hemostasis fails, the life safety of patients is critical, and although the existing hemostats for obstetrics and gynecology department are various. For example, patent CN202801717U discloses a hemostatic balloon, which comprises two balloon structures, and the second balloon is placed in the vagina and can press the blood vessels of the lower uterine segment and the internal cervix, so as to achieve the effect of rapid hemostasis.
However, the above patents and the existing hemostatic balloons mostly focus on the balloon filling compression hemostasis technology, and neglect the problem that hematocele needs to be quickly and effectively drained in uterus. In the process of hemostasis operation, not only is hemostasis operation performed, but also the hematocele in the uterus needs to be drained quickly and effectively, once the hemostasis balloon is filled in the uterus and compressed for hemostasis, no good channel is provided for draining the hemorrhage produced in the subsequent hemostasis process, the hematocele can remain in the innermost part of the uterus, the hemostasis effect can be influenced, and even serious hemostasis failure can be caused; and the pain feeling in the uterus of the patient can be increased under the combined action of the inflated hemostatic balloon and the residual hematocele in the uterus.

In this example, the two ends of the top of the bottom plate 1 are both provided with the supporting rods 9, and the same handle 10 is arranged between the tops of the two supporting rods 9.
The principle of hemostasis is as follows: the inner wall of the uterus is pressed by the expansion after the hemostatic balloon body 6 is filled with water, so that hydrostatic pressure from the inside of the uterine cavity to the outside of the uterine cavity is generated, and the hydrostatic pressure is greater than the uterine artery pressure. The hemostatic balloon body 6 is directly acted on the middle and lower ends of the uterus and the entrance of the uterine artery after being filled with water, so that the blood flow flowing into the uterus is effectively reduced, meanwhile, the uterus can be stimulated to produce secretion of endogenous prostaglandin through compression of the hemostatic balloon body 6 in the uterine cavity, uterine contraction is induced to stop bleeding, and a thrombus is formed after an organism plays a blood coagulation function of the organism, so that the final hemostatic effect is achieved, which is the existing hemostatic principle; the invention mainly solves a series of problems caused by the fact that the conventional hemostatic balloon focuses on the filling compression hemostasis technology of the balloon and the hematocele cannot be quickly and effectively drained in the uterus.
Before the hemostatic balloon for obstetrics and gynecology department is used, the condition that a patient is parted in birth canal or blood vessel bleeding is determined, and the volume of a uterine cavity is evaluated according to the result after ultrasonic examination or exploration; and preparing the tools such as disinfectant, cervical clamps, large speculums and the like.
When the water injection device is used specifically, the physiological saline is filled into the water injection device 2, and the double-cavity tube 5 is respectively and correspondingly connected with the drainage tube 302 and the second water tube 202 through the double-cavity joint 4; then after disinfecting tools such as cervical clamps and the like, the hemostatic balloon body 6 is pushed through the cervix and the uterine opening by the cervical clamps until the hemostatic balloon body is pushed to the bottom of the uterus, so that the hemostatic balloon body 6 is completely placed in the uterus (as shown in fig. 1 and 4, a correct placement position is shown, and as shown in fig. 5, an incorrect placement position is shown); simultaneously fixing the double-lumen tube 5 on the thigh of the patient by using a medical adhesive tape 8 (as shown in figure 3), and filling the hemostatic balloon body 6 with sterile normal saline; when water is injected specifically, the bidirectional cycloid pump 201 is used for pumping water from the water injection device 2 through the first water pipe 204, the water is transmitted through the second water pipe 202 and the water cavity 502 on the double-cavity pipe 5, and finally the water is injected into the hemostatic balloon body 6 from the water hole 5021, wherein the volume is generally 350-500ml (450-500 ml is generally directly injected into a natural parturient), and then the hemostatic balloon body 6 is filled with the water and then is expanded to press the inner wall of a uterus, so that hydrostatic pressure from the interior of the uterus cavity to the exterior of the uterus cavity is generated, wherein the hydrostatic pressure is greater than the uterine artery pressure, and further the hemostasis can be performed in the uterus; meanwhile, the intrauterine hematocele is extracted and drained through the cooperation of the drainage pump 301, the drainage tube 302, the blood drainage cavity 501 in the double-cavity tube 5, the drainage hole 5011 and the first liquid level sensor 7, and is drained to the inside of the blood drainage device 3 through the connecting tube 304, so that the intrauterine hematocele can be quickly and effectively drained; when the sufficient hemostasis by compression of sacculus like this, still carry out quick effectual drainage to intrauterine hematocele, can prevent that hematocele from remaining inside the uterus and influencing hemostatic effect, perhaps leads to the problem of hemostasis failure often seriously, has alleviateed the painful sense of intrauterine unnecessary of patient.
In addition, when the hemostatic balloon body 6 needs to be taken out after 24 hours of hemostasis is completed, the physiological saline in the hemostatic balloon body 6 is discharged through reverse drainage work of the bidirectional cycloid pump 201, and then the hemostatic balloon body 6 with water discharged is slowly pulled out.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
