Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to an endoscope sleeve.
Background
The endoscope is a detection instrument integrating traditional optics, ergonomics, precision machinery, modern electronics, mathematics and software into a whole. It can enter the stomach through the mouth or enter the body through other natural orifices. The endoscope can be used for seeing the lesion which can not be displayed by X-ray, and part of the endoscope has the function of treatment.
When a traditional endoscope is used for injecting a designated part in a human body, a special injector enters the human body through an operation channel in the endoscope, and then the injector is operated to inject the designated part, wherein the injector mainly comprises: a treatment unit controlling an operation requiring injection of a drug in a body tissue; a needle unit formed with a needle inserted into the treatment unit and injecting a medicine in the body tissue; a drug injection unit comprising a drug which is injected into the tissue when combined with the end unit of the needle unit. The operation of the injector is to inject the medicine stored in the medicine injection unit into the body by operating the treatment unit in a state where the needle is inserted in the injection target region.
The invention currently under domestic publication number CN105636621A discloses an endoscopic injection device and provides the following features: inserting a needle for endoscopic examination into a tissue in a state of holding the body tissue (the tissue is a region to be subjected to injection), and then injecting an injection liquid therein; if bleeding occurs, hemostasis can be applied to the bleeding area. That is, from a state in which the needle is accommodated between the grasping forceps for grasping tissue, the tissue is grasped by the grasping forceps and the needle is inserted into the tissue, and then the injection liquid is injected into the tissue through the needle, corresponding to a series of operations. Further, if bleeding occurs during the operation, the bleeding area is stopped by heat transferred to the grasping forceps without using a separate hemostat.
Although the invention can stop bleeding of a bleeding area through heat transmitted to the holding forceps under the condition of bleeding, when a focus tissue bleeds a lot, blood at the focus part cannot be timely drawn away, a lot of blood blocks the visual field of an endoscope, and the tissue holding forceps cannot accurately hold the tissue part needing to be injected, thereby seriously affecting the efficiency of the operation.
