Detailed Description
To further clarify the technical solutions and effects adopted by the present application to achieve the intended purpose, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and preferred embodiments according to the present application. In the following description, different "one embodiment" or "an embodiment" refers to not necessarily the same embodiment. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, the present invention provides a portable electric heating cup (also referred to as "electric heating cup") comprising a casing 1, a cup body 2, a heating element 31, a heating switch 4, an inner cover 5 and an outer cover 6; the upper end of the shell 1 is provided with an opening, a bottom shell 11 of the shell 1 is provided with a switch groove 121 and a movable rod 13, and the movable rod 13 can be limited in the switch groove 121 in a vertically movable manner; the cup body 2 is arranged in the shell 1, the heating body 31 is arranged on the lower side surface of the bottom of the cup body 2, and the heating switch 4 is arranged between the cup body 2 and the switch groove 121, so that the heating switch 4 is positioned above the movable rod 13; the outer cover 6 is detachably covered on the inner cover 5, and the outer cover 6 comprises an outer cover body 61 and a boss 62 arranged on the lower side surface of the outer cover body 61; the inner lid 5 is detachably fitted to the upper end of the housing 1, the inner lid 5 includes an upper lid 51 having a through hole 513 and a sealing valve 53 retained in the through hole 513, and the sealing valve 53 has a closed state in which the through hole 513 is closed and an open state in which the through hole 513 is not closed.
The electric heating cup of the present invention has a heating state in which the outer lid 6 is inserted into the switch groove 121 through the boss 62 to be coupled with the bottom case 11, and a non-heating use state in which the outer lid 6 is inserted into the through hole 513 through the boss 62 to be coupled with the inner lid 5.
As shown in fig. 8, when the electric hot water cup is in the heating state, the outer cover 6 is assembled on the bottom case 11, the boss 62 is inserted into the switch slot 121 to push the movable rod 13 to move upward, so that the upper end of the movable rod 13 contacts the heating switch 4 to switch the heating switch 4 from the first electric state to the second electric state, the power supply supplies power to the heating element 31 only when the heating switch 4 is in the second electric state, the water in the cup body 2 starts to be heated, and the sealing valve 53 is in the open state at this time, so that steam generated by heating in the cup body 2 can be discharged from the through hole 513 through the sealing valve 53.
As shown in fig. 9, when the electric hot water cup is in a use state, the outer lid 6 is assembled to the inner lid 5, the boss 62 is inserted into the through hole 513 so that the lower end of the boss 62 contacts the sealing valve 53 to switch the sealing valve 53 from the open state to the closed state to close the through hole 513, so that hot water in the cup body 2 cannot be spilled through the through hole 513, at this time, the movable rod 13 is pushed against the heating switch 4 due to no external force from bottom to top, so that the movable rod 13 is separated from the heating switch 4, and the heating switch 4 is in the first electric state and the power supply source does not supply power to the heating element 31.
The heating switch 4 is any one of commercially available mechanical switches, for example, a snap-type mechanical switch. The elastic piece type mechanical switch comprises a switch body and a switch elastic piece 41 arranged on the switch body. When the switch elastic sheet 41 is not pressed down towards the switch body, the elastic sheet type mechanical switch is in a disconnected state; and the switch spring 41 is pressed towards the switch body, and then the spring is in a conducting state. Therefore, the mechanical switch of the leaf spring type is only required to be disposed above the movable rod 13, and the switch leaf spring 41 is only required to be located within the movable stroke range of the movable rod 13.
Among them, the heating switch 4 and the heating element 31 are connected in various ways. For example, the heating switch 4 is connected in series with the heating element 31, and the power supply source can supply power to the heating element 31 through the heating switch 4 only when the heating switch 4 is in an on state. For another example, a control circuit board is disposed in the electric heating cup, the heating element 31 is connected to a power supply through a controllable switch (e.g., a relay or a silicon controller), the heating switch 4 is electrically connected to the control circuit board, and the control circuit board detects that the heating switch 4 is switched from the first electrical state to the second electrical state to send a control signal to switch the controllable switch from the off state to the on state, so that the heating element 31 is electrically heated. When in actual use, the temperature controller 32 is arranged at the bottom of the cup body 2, the temperature controller 32 is connected with the heating element 31 in series, and when the temperature in the cup body 2 is higher than the set temperature of the temperature controller 32, the temperature controller 32 is switched off to stop heating when the heating element 31 is powered off, so that the use safety of the electric heating water cup is improved.
The heating switch 4 is fixed in the housing 1 by a holder 16. Although the movable rod 13 can move downward in the switch groove 121 according to its own weight to disengage from the heating switch 4 when the electric hot water cup is in use, so that the heating switch 4 is in the first electrical state. In a preferred embodiment, a partition 1211 is disposed at an upper end of the switch slot 121, a position-limiting hole is disposed on the partition 1211, a spring 15 is sleeved on the movable rod 13, the spring 15 is located between a lower end of the movable rod 13 and the partition 1211, and an upper end of the movable rod 13 passes through the position-limiting hole and a blocking piece 14 with a size larger than the position-limiting hole is fixedly disposed at a top end of the movable rod 13. Thus, when the electric heating water cup is in a heating state, the movable rod 13 is compressed to accumulate the return elastic force in the upward movement process of the spring 15; after the outer cover 6 is taken down from the bottom cover 12, the return elasticity of the spring 15 pushes the movable rod 13 to move downwards so that the movable rod 13 is separated from the heating switch 4, thereby ensuring that the electric heating water cup stops heating when the outer cover 6 is taken down from the bottom cover 12, avoiding misoperation and improving the use safety.
As further shown in connection with fig. 3 and 4. Any one of the conventional detachable attachment methods such as screwing or clipping may be employed between the outer lid 6 and the inner lid 5. For example, the lower surface of the outer cover body 61 is provided with an inverted buckle 63, the inner cover 5 is correspondingly provided with a buckling groove 511, and the inverted buckle 63 is screwed into the buckling groove 511 to realize the buckling connection between the outer cover 6 and the inner cover 5. Of course, the inner lid 5 is generally screwed to the upper end of the housing 1, for example, the outer side surface of the upper end of the housing 1 is provided with a first screw 11, the inner side surface of the inner lid 5 is provided with a second screw 512, and the inner lid 5 is screwed to the housing 1 by screwing the second screw 512 to the first screw 11.
As further illustrated in connection with fig. 4-6. In a preferred embodiment, the sealing valve 54 includes a valve body 541, a valve core 542, and a plurality of elastic connecting portions 543 connected between the valve body 541 and the valve core 542, and a gap 544 is formed between adjacent elastic connecting portions 543, wherein the valve body 541 is limited at the lower end surface of the through hole 513, and the periphery of the valve core 542 is connected to the valve body 541 by the plurality of elastic connecting portions 543 and then disposed in the through hole 513.
As further shown in connection with fig. 8. When the electric heating water cup is in a heating state, the outer cover 6 is not assembled on the inner cover 5, so that the valve core 542 is in a natural state and is not extruded, the elastic connecting parts 543 cannot deform, and gaps 544 are formed between the adjacent elastic connecting parts 543, so that the sealing valve 54 is in an open state which does not seal the through hole 513 when the electric heating water cup is in the heating state, steam generated in the heating process in the cup body 2 can penetrate through the gaps 544 between the adjacent elastic connecting parts 543 to enter the through hole 513, and the cup body 2 is removed through the through hole 513, so that the use risk that the explosion is generated due to the fact that the pressure of the cup body 2 is too large in the heating process is.
As further shown in connection with fig. 9. When the electric heating cup is in a use state, the outer cover 6 is assembled on the inner cover 5, the boss 62 is inserted into the through hole 513 to be contacted with the valve core 542, the valve core 542 moves towards the valve body 541, and the elastic connecting parts 543 are elastically deformed when the valve core 542 moves towards the valve body 541, so that gaps 544 between the adjacent elastic connecting parts 543 disappear, and the effect of closing the through hole 513 is achieved. Therefore, when the electric heating cup is in a use state, the sealing valve 54 is in a closed state for sealing the through hole 513, so that hot water in the cup body 2 cannot enter the through hole 513 through the sealing valve 54, and the electric heating cup is convenient to carry and use.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 6 again, in order to ensure that the valve body 541 is always limited to the lower end surface of the through hole 513 and to improve the reliability of the sealing valve 54, the inner cover 5 further includes a lower cover 53 provided on the lower end surface of the upper cover 51, and the valve body 541 is pressed against the lower end surface of the through hole 513 by the lower cover 53; the lower cover 53 is provided with a vent hole 531 below the through hole 513, and the valve element 542 is positioned above the vent hole 531. As shown in fig. 8, when the sealing valve 54 is in the open state, the steam in the cup 2 is discharged through the air hole 531, the gap 544 of the sealing valve 54, and the through hole 513 in this order. As shown in fig. 9, when the electric hot water cup is in use, the valve element 542 is pressed by the boss 62 of the outer lid 6 onto the lower lid 53, so that the valve element 542 closes the air vent 531, thereby blocking the communication between the cup body 2 and the through hole 513, and the sealing valve 54 is in a closed state, at which time the hot water in the cup body 2 cannot flow out.
In addition, in order to improve the reliability of the valve element 542 in sealing the air vent hole 531, the lower surface of the valve element 542 is formed as a concave arc surface. Thus, when the boss 62 of the outer cover 6 abuts against the upper side surface of the valve core 542, the valve core 542 itself can generate a certain elastic deformation to make the concave arc surface of the lower side surface attach to the air passing hole 531, and the periphery of the lower side surface of the valve core 542 can more tightly seal the periphery of the air passing hole 531.
Furthermore, a sealing groove 514 is provided on the lower side surface of the upper cover 51, a sealing ring 52 is provided in the sealing groove 514, and the upper edge of the lower cover 53 is positioned in the sealing groove 514 by the sealing ring 52. During assembly, the valve body 541 of the sealing valve 54 is firstly installed on the lower end surface of the through hole 513, the lower cover 53 is limited and arranged in the sealing groove 514 through the sealing ring 52, and the valve body 541 is pressed on the lower end surface of the through hole 513 by the lower cover 53, so that the inner cover 5 is assembled, the assembly is simple and convenient, and a user can conveniently detach and clean the inner cover 5 in the using process.
Preferably, a storage battery is further arranged in the shell 1 as a power supply, and the storage battery supplies power to the heating body 31, so that the use requirement of heating hot water at any time when the electric heating water cup is portable is met.
In summary, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
