Referring to fig. 1, there is shown a schematic overall structure diagram of an embodiment of the luggage handle provided by the present invention. The luggage handle is applied to common traveling cases or traveling bags, or can be used as a handle of other products, and not only can be used as a hand-held part, but also can realize the weighing function. The luggage handle includes: the handle comprises a handle main body 1, a handle tail cover 2, a handle inner cover 3, a fixing part 4, a deformation sensor 5 and a handle elastic sheet 8.
The luggage handle is provided at an upper end portion of the luggage 9, and only a part of the structure of the luggage 9 is shown in the figure. As can be seen from fig. 1, the handle main body 1 and the handle tail cover 2 are located outside the luggage 9; the handle inner cover 3 is positioned in the luggage, and the deformation sensor 5 is arranged in the handle inner cover 3. The fixing piece 4 penetrates through the luggage 9, the upper end of the fixing piece is positioned in the handle tail cover 2, and the lower end of the fixing piece is positioned in the handle inner cover 3. The positions of the handle tail cover 2 and the handle inner cover 3 in the luggage 9 correspond to each other, and the handle tail cover 2 penetrates through the luggage 9 and is fixedly connected with the handle inner cover 3. Two ends of the handle main body 1 are respectively and fixedly connected with the handle elastic sheet 8, and the handle main body 1 is connected with the upper end of the fixing piece 4 through the handle elastic sheet 8; one end of the deformation sensor 5 is connected with the lower end of the fixing part 4, and the other end of the deformation sensor is fixed on the handle inner cover 3. The deformation sensor 5 is connected with an external output device, so that the measurement result is output and displayed.

The deformation sensor 5 is used for measuring the stress size through self deformation; the external output device is used for converting the deformation of the deformation sensor 5 into the stress (namely the weight of the luggage 9) and displaying the stress. During the use, grip through the hand handle main part 1 to lift gradually, then handle main part 1 through handle shell fragment 8 will gradually the mounting 4 is lifted, the promotion of mounting 4 leads to deformation of deformation sensor 5, then external output device gathers deformation of deformation sensor 5 and obtains the actual weight value of case and bag 9 through the calculation.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the luggage handle converts the gravity of the luggage 9 into the deformation of the deformation sensor 5 through the handle elastic sheet 8 and the fixing member 4, and then calculates the weight value of the luggage 9 through the external output device, so that not only the measurement of the weight of the luggage is rapidly and reliably achieved, but also the deformation of the deformation sensor 5 is not related to the holding position of the handle body 1, and therefore, the weight of the luggage can be more accurately obtained. Simultaneously, the handle makes through inside and outside handle tail-hood 2 and the handle inner cup 3 that sets up the structure and the case and bag mutual independence of handle not only are favorable to the installation, the dismantlement and the maintenance of handle, can adapt to various types of case and bag moreover, perhaps set up the handle in case and bag suitable position.
In some alternative embodiments, the external output device comprises: a circuit board 6 and a battery 7. The circuit board 6 is provided with a measuring circuit corresponding to the deformation sensor 5, and the deformation of the deformation sensor 5 can be converted into the corresponding weight of the luggage. For example: when the deformation sensor 5 is a resistance strain type sensor, a corresponding measuring circuit with the resistance strain type sensor is arranged in the circuit board 6, and if an intelligent weighing and anti-loss module is adopted. Meanwhile, the circuit structure that the weight of the luggage calculated by the circuit board 6 is displayed by a display screen or transmitted to the mobile terminal by bluetooth is a commonly used measurement-conversion circuit, for example: a BLE device based on UDP transport. And finally, obtaining an intelligent circuit system based on the BLE wireless technology or an intelligent weighing travel suitcase circuit board module based on the BLE wireless technology. That is, the circuit board 6 of the present invention may be provided with a bluetooth device connected to an external mobile terminal, and the bluetooth device may output the measurement result to the mobile terminal for displaying. In this way, the accuracy of the measurement result of the deformation sensor 5 can be further improved.
In some alternative embodiments, the middle of the handle elastic sheet 8 has a sliding groove structure, and one end of the handle elastic sheet 8 is fixed to the handle main body 1, and the other end is connected with the upper end of the fixing member 4 through the sliding groove, that is, a screw-like portion in the ring-shaped slot of the fixing member 4 is placed in the sliding groove. The handle elastic sheet 8 and the fixing piece 4 can slide relatively along the sliding groove. Thus, the handle elastic sheet 8 can transmit the force applied to the handle main body 1 to the fixing member 4, and the handle main body 1 has a certain expansion and contraction allowance, so that various lifting requirements of a user can be met.
