A method for assisting in smoking cessation as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the smoking cessation method comprises four stages of smoking cessation starting, primary smoking cessation, basic smoking cessation and complete smoking cessation, wherein the starting and stopping time of the primary smoking cessation stage is 1 week to 9 weeks, the starting and stopping time of the primary smoking cessation stage is 10 weeks to 33 weeks, the starting and stopping time of the basic smoking cessation stage is 34 weeks to 52 weeks, the starting time of the complete smoking cessation stage is greater than 52 weeks, the total daily smoking cessation time of the starting smoking cessation stage is 6 to 9 hours, the total daily smoking cessation time of the primary smoking cessation stage is 9 to 15 hours, the total daily smoking cessation time of the basic smoking cessation stage is 15 to 19 hours, and the total daily smoking cessation time of the complete smoking cessation stage is 20 hours.
