Description

Pesticide granule taking mineral substances as auxiliary material carriers and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide preparation, in particular to pesticide granules taking mineral substances as auxiliary material carriers and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The pesticide is chemical for preventing and controlling diseases and pests and regulating plant growth. It is widely used in agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry production, environment and household sanitation, pest and disease control, and industrial product mildew and moth prevention. The agricultural chemicals are widely used and mainly classified into insecticides, acaricides, rodenticides, nematicides, molluscicides, bactericides, herbicides, plant growth regulators and the like according to their applications.
The granule is a solid dosage form obtained by mixing and granulating the pesticide and auxiliary agents such as a carrier, an adhesive, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a stabilizing agent and the like. Its performance requirements mainly include fineness, uniformity, storage stability, hardness and disintegration property. The granules are solid dosage forms, have the largest particle size and the diameter of 300-1700 um, and have the advantages of simple use, small outward diffusion and lasting drug effect. Floating granules, microgranules, microcapsules, etc. have been developed from it, and granules are generally classified into soluble granules, suspension granules and effervescent granules, and also called fine granules if the particle size is in the range of 105-500 μm. The plant growth regulator is mainly characterized in that the plant growth regulator can be directly dissolved and can also be directly buried in soil, and is conveniently placed in a bell mouth (namely a leaf center) of a plant. Convenient application and carrying, and rapid dissolution and absorption.
At present, the traditional pesticide granules have high raw material cost, low processing efficiency and poor plant absorption effect, and aiming at the above, the pesticide granules taking mineral substances as auxiliary material carriers and the preparation method thereof are provided.
