Abstract
A method for processing enamel wood edge through paraffin moisture resistance. The method comprises melting paraffin to a nozzle in a pressure pump device with a controllable heated hose in the range of 60-140 degrees celsius. The edge of the workpiece is heated in the temperature range of 40-70 degrees celsius by using a heating plate device or a hot air blower device or an infrared device or a heating coil device with the aim of heating the passing edge of the workpiece and when the workpiece is passed along an enamel wax nozzle or paraffin is impregnated by painting with a roller or brush on the edge surface, the hot edge surface will then absorb the paraffin into the particle board and enamel at said surface. The object is to solve the problems of moisture and mildew which directly affect the life of furniture and to reduce the cost of the existing sideband lamination method prevention methods by using paper sidebands or ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) plastic sidebands.

Electrical and mechanical engineering are parts of the enamel processing method associated with paraffin wax (paraffin wax).
Background
Nowadays, furniture factories use particle boards mainly in the production process. It is always subject to furniture life problems due to moisture absorption by the wood edges. It causes swelling and mildew, directly affecting the strength of the furniture, especially in asia. Nevertheless, at present, these edges have been protected by closing them with EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) glue and ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene Styrene) plastic, paper or PP (polypropylene) using Edge-banding machine (Edge banding machine), but with high investment in both processing and materials. The following process is shown in figure 1. The process comprises the following steps: the EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) glue is melted at 190-. The workpiece is put into the processing. And the protection quality is improved, so that moisture and mould can be prevented, and the service life of the furniture is prolonged. Also, the enamel wood edge finishing method of the present invention by paraffin moisture-proof has passed the edge water test (water on edge test), which is recognized as a world standard. Detailed Description
Figure 2 shows a method of processing an edge of enamelled wood protected from moisture by means of paraffin. The method comprises melting paraffin wax in the range of 60-140 degrees celsius by placing the paraffin wax in a pump pressure device setting the temperature in the range of 60-140 degrees celsius until it is completely melted and mixed. The next step of the process is to set the heating device in the range of 40-70 degrees celsius. And before the enamel paraffin processing, the workpiece passes through the heating device to heat the edge of the wood. Thus, the high temperature around the edge surface is able to absorb the paraffin well into the particle board and to enamel at the edge surface.
The input to the process is to deliver the workpiece to a nozzle for the enamel paraffin. The workpiece must be aligned with an aligner (aligner) by using side and top pressure rollers until the conveyor (conveyor) speed ranges from 1-15 meters/minute.
The workpiece will be cleaned by using a scrubbing device. The aim is to remove residual stains of paraffin that overflow along the top and bottom edges.
