Abstract
The invention relates to the field of speakers, and provides a speaker with a positioning piece and an assembling method thereof. A method of assembling a loudspeaker with a spacer, comprising the steps of: s1, bonding the top ball with the second through hole and the third through hole on the outer side of the vibrating part of the vibrating diaphragm with the first through hole; s2, placing the vibrating diaphragm bonded with the ball top into an injection mold, and placing the voice coil into the injection mold; s3, starting an injection molding process, enabling injection molding molten liquid to permeate into the first through hole, the second through hole and the third through hole, bonding the voice coil, the vibrating diaphragm and the ball top into a whole, and cooling the injection molding molten liquid to form a solid positioning piece; and S4, bonding the base frame bonded with the magnetic circuit system on the diaphragm to complete the assembly. The adoption is provided with the setting element between vibrating diaphragm and voice coil loudspeaker voice coil, not only of setting element is fixed as an organic whole with voice coil loudspeaker voice coil, vibrating diaphragm and ball top, and has increased the depth of insertion of voice coil loudspeaker voice coil in magnetic field to increased the effective height in voice coil loudspeaker voice coil cutting magnetic field, promoted the electroacoustic performance of speaker.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of speakers, in particular to a speaker with a positioning piece and an assembling method thereof.
Background
The loudspeaker is a transducer for converting an electric signal into an acoustic signal, and the quality of the loudspeaker has great influence on the sound quality. The loudspeaker is the weakest component in the audio equipment, and is the most important component for the audio effect. Loudspeakers are of a wide variety and vary widely in price. The audio frequency electric energy makes the vibrating diaphragm vibrate and generate resonance (resonance) with the surrounding air to make sound through electromagnetic, piezoelectric or electrostatic effect.
At present, the effective height of a voice coil cutting magnetic field of a loudspeaker on the existing market is lower, so that the electroacoustic performance of the loudspeaker is poorer.

The invention provides a loudspeaker with a positioning piece and an assembling method thereof, which can effectively solve the problems.
The invention is realized by the following steps:
a method of assembling a loudspeaker with a spacer, comprising the steps of:
s1, bonding the top ball with the second through hole and the third through hole on the outer side of the vibrating part of the vibrating diaphragm with the first through hole;
s2, placing the vibrating diaphragm bonded with the ball top into an injection mold, and placing the voice coil into the injection mold;
s3, starting an injection molding process, enabling injection molding molten liquid to permeate into the first through hole, the second through hole and the third through hole, bonding the voice coil, the vibrating diaphragm and the ball top into a whole, and cooling the injection molding molten liquid to form a solid positioning piece;
and S4, bonding the base frame bonded with the magnetic circuit system on the diaphragm to complete the assembly.
A loudspeaker with a spacer, comprising: magnetic circuit, vibration system and bed frame, magnetic circuit includes central magnet and limit magnet, vibration system includes voice coil loudspeaker voice coil, vibrating diaphragm and ball top, vibration system further includes the setting element, and it includes:
a first positioning portion connected between the voice coil and the diaphragm;
the interval sets up in first location portion keeps away from the second location portion of voice coil loudspeaker voice coil one side, be equipped with on the vibrating diaphragm with second location portion complex first through-hole.
As a further improvement, the positioning element further includes a clamping portion vertically connected to the second positioning portion and abutted against the diaphragm.
As a further improvement, the ball top is provided with:
a second through hole partially fitted with the second positioning portion;
and the third through hole is communicated with one side of the second through hole, which is far away from the vibrating diaphragm, and is matched with the clamping part.
As a further improvement, the first positioning portion is provided with a limit groove matched with the voice coil.
As a further improvement, the depth of the limiting groove is 0.2 mm-3 mm.
In a further improvement, the height of the first positioning portion is 1mm to 5 mm.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the adoption is provided with the setting element between vibrating diaphragm and voice coil loudspeaker voice coil, not only of setting element is fixed as an organic whole with voice coil loudspeaker voice coil, vibrating diaphragm and ball top, and has increased the depth of insertion of voice coil loudspeaker voice coil in magnetic field to increased the effective height in voice coil loudspeaker voice coil cutting magnetic field, promoted the electroacoustic performance of speaker.

In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless specifically defined otherwise.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a speaker with a positioning member 7 includes: magnetic circuit, vibration system, bed frame 3 and U iron 8, magnetic circuit includes central magnet 1 and limit magnet 2, vibration system includes voice coil loudspeaker voice coil 4, vibrating diaphragm 5 and dome 6, vibration system further includes setting element 7, and it includes: a first positioning portion 71 connected between the voice coil 4 and the diaphragm 5; and a second positioning portion 72 spaced apart from the first positioning portion 71 and away from the voice coil 4, wherein the diaphragm 5 is provided with a first through hole 51 engaged with the second positioning portion 72. The adoption is provided with setting element 7 between vibrating diaphragm 5 and voice coil 4, setting element 7 not only fixes voice coil loudspeaker voice coil 4, vibrating diaphragm 5 and dome 6 as an organic whole, and has increased the depth of insertion of voice coil loudspeaker voice coil 4 in magnetic field to increased the effective height in voice coil loudspeaker voice coil 4 cutting magnetic field, promoted the electroacoustic performance of speaker.
Referring to fig. 2 to 3, the positioning member 7 further includes a clamping portion 73 vertically connected to the second positioning portion 72 and abutting against the diaphragm 5. The ball top 6 is provided with: a second through hole 61 partially fitted with the second positioning portion 72; and a third through hole 62 communicated with the second through hole 61 far away from one side of the diaphragm 5 and matched with the clamping part 73.
As shown in fig. 2, the height of the first positioning portion 71 is 1mm to 5 mm. In this embodiment, the height of the first positioning portion 71 is 3 mm. The first positioning portion 71 is provided with a limiting groove 711 matched with the voice coil 4, and the depth of the limiting groove 711 is 0.2 mm-3 mm. In this embodiment, the depth of the limiting groove 711 is 1 mm. That is, in the present embodiment, the voice coil 4 is raised by 2mm compared to the conventional speaker without the spacer 7. The arrangement of the limiting groove 711 improves the positioning precision of the voice coil 4, improves the vibration resistance of the voice coil 4, reduces the falling risk of the voice coil 4, and improves the production and assembly efficiency of the voice coil device.
The positioning member 7 is made of plastic. The voice coil 4 and the vibrating diaphragm 5 are respectively arranged in a mould cavity, the voice coil 4, the vibrating diaphragm 5 and the ball top 6 are bonded together through plastic after injection moulding, and then the loudspeaker is assembled through subsequent loudspeaker assembling procedures. Compared with the traditional voice coil 4 assembling process, the assembling efficiency and the assembling precision are improved. Note that the positioning member 7 is cooled from a molten state to a solid state.
A method of assembling a loudspeaker with a spacer, comprising the steps of:
s1, bonding the dome 6 with the second through hole 61 and the third through hole 62 on the outer side of the vibrating part of the vibrating diaphragm 5 with the first through hole 51;
s2, placing the diaphragm 5 bonded with the ball top 6 into an injection mold, and placing the voice coil 4 into the injection mold;
s3, starting an injection molding process, enabling injection molding molten liquid to penetrate into the first through hole 51, the second through hole 61 and the third through hole 62, bonding the voice coil 4, the vibrating diaphragm 5 and the ball top 6 into a whole, and cooling the injection molding molten liquid to form a solid positioning piece 7;
and S4, bonding the base frame 3 bonded with the magnetic circuit system on the diaphragm 5 to complete the assembly.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Claims (7)
1. A method of assembling a loudspeaker with a spacer, comprising the steps of:
s1, bonding the top ball with the second through hole and the third through hole to the outer side of the vibrating part of the vibrating diaphragm with the first through hole;
s2, placing the vibrating diaphragm bonded with the ball top into an injection mold, and placing the voice coil into the injection mold;
s3, starting an injection molding process, enabling injection molding molten liquid to permeate into the first through hole, the second through hole and the third through hole, bonding the voice coil, the vibrating diaphragm and the ball top into a whole, and cooling the injection molding molten liquid to form a solid positioning piece;
and S4, bonding the base frame bonded with the magnetic circuit system on the diaphragm to complete the assembly.
2. A loudspeaker with a spacer, comprising: magnetic circuit, vibration system and bed frame, magnetic circuit includes central magnet and limit magnet, vibration system includes voice coil loudspeaker voice coil, vibrating diaphragm and ball top, its characterized in that, vibration system further includes the setting element, and it includes:
a first positioning portion connected between the voice coil and the diaphragm;
the interval sets up in first location portion keeps away from the second location portion of voice coil loudspeaker voice coil one side, be equipped with on the vibrating diaphragm with second location portion complex first through-hole.
3. The loudspeaker with the positioning member according to claim 2, wherein the positioning member further comprises a clamping portion vertically connected to the second positioning portion and abutted against the diaphragm.
4. A loudspeaker with a spacer as claimed in claim 3, wherein the dome is provided with:
a second through hole partially fitted with the second positioning portion;
and the third through hole is communicated with one side of the second through hole, which is far away from the vibrating diaphragm, and is matched with the clamping part.
5. The loudspeaker with the positioning member according to claim 2, wherein the first positioning portion is provided with a limit groove for matching with the voice coil.
6. The loudspeaker with the positioning piece as claimed in claim 5, wherein the depth of the limiting groove is 0.2mm to 3 mm.
7. The loudspeaker with the positioning member as claimed in claim 2, wherein the height of the first positioning portion is 1mm to 5 mm.
