Abstract
The invention provides a multi-network converged communication method, wherein a set of converged communication servers are deployed in an intranet and a private video network to form an intranet converged communication system and a private network converged communication system, the private network converged communication system is accessed into the intranet converged communication system through a video boundary platform, and the private network converged communication system and the intranet converged communication system are communicated in an SIP (session initiation protocol) cascade mode to form a converged communication system; and the converged communication system selects an SIP relay mode or a mode of a coder plus a video gateway and a voice gateway to carry out butt joint according to the types of the MCU and the video conference terminal, realizes interconnection and intercommunication between the converged communication system and the high-definition video conference, and provides an SDK interface for a third-party platform.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of mobile communication, in particular to a cross-system, cross-brand and cross-platform interconnection and intercommunication converged communication method for security command.
Background
At present, a common security command center has a plurality of video, audio and service subsystems, when daily communication scheduling, major events and large activities are faced, a plurality of personnel are needed for background command control to respectively control each subsystem, video image scheduling and voice communication control among systems become more and more complex, command scheduling efficiency is greatly reduced, and linkage cross operation requirements among video and audio systems become more and more frequent. How to effectively move various terminals under the original video and audio subsystems on the basis of a set of large platforms becomes more and more urgent.
The basic functions of each system of the security system are complete and play an important role, but most networks and the systems are basically independent of each other, a unified interface is not provided, the converged communication function is incomplete, interconnection and intercommunication are not realized among the networks, and a serious challenge is formed for the converged command of the security system. There are mainly the following problems:
(1) various audio and video resources cannot be fused and intercommunicated: at present, various audio and video systems such as police service mobile phones, wireless individual soldiers, 4G law enforcement instruments, 4G vehicle-mounted image transmission, LTE private network terminals, administrative office telephones, video conferences, trunking talkbacks and the like are independent and used respectively, and the application efficiency is influenced because different systems cannot be effectively communicated; the appropriate system needs to be manually judged and selected for communication; meanwhile, the problems of inconvenient use caused by the difference of the operation modes of the systems are increasingly highlighted.
(2) The method comprises the following steps that audio and video communication and short message receiving and sending cannot be carried out on mobile terminal equipment in an intranet: most of the existing audio and video systems are concentrated in a mobile network and a video private network, and because different networks of a public security system are physically isolated, controlled access is realized through corresponding boundary equipment. Therefore, audio and video communication of an internal network to mobile terminal equipment (such as a 4G law enforcement instrument, a 4G vehicle-mounted device, a 4G individual soldier, a police service terminal, an LTE private network terminal and the like) cannot be realized under the existing conditions; the functions of short message reception, voice broadcasting, and the like of the vehicle-mounted device (the cloud mirror, the motorcycle-mounted Mate8 terminal) cannot be realized.
(3) The mobile terminal positioning information is not integrated and cannot be reported to the intranet in a unified way: the position information of the mobile audio/video terminal of the grid in the private video network cannot be integrated uniformly and transmitted to the positioning server of the internal network PGIS in a unified mode.
(4) A uniform secondary integrated interface cannot be formed for all audio and video resources: with the construction of upper application systems such as synthetic combat and service management, the application systems hope to call various audio and video terminals through a unified standard interface and meet the functional requirements in daily duty, service, command and other scenes. Under the condition that a set of standard and uniform interfaces does not exist, each application system can only be connected with various audio and video systems one by one, the development difficulty is high, the maintenance cost is high, and meanwhile, the problem of how various resources penetrate through the boundary needs to be considered.
(5) All audio and video resources cannot be uniformly managed: at present, various audio and video system resources are independently managed on respective management systems. Unified management is not formed, including user management, organizational management, resource management, rights management, and the like.

The present invention aims to solve the above problems, and provide a multi-network converged communication method, which can break through communication barriers between existing systems, realize cross-platform converged communication, and provide a basic communication platform for a composite combat command system and other police service systems.

(3) the video private network converged communication system is accessed to a police service mobile phone, a 4G vehicle-mounted image transmission device, a 4G law enforcement recorder, a 4G distribution control ball, a 4G individual soldier, a cloud mirror, an LTE private network terminal and the like, so that audio and video bidirectional communication is realized;
(4) the private network converged communication system is accessed into the intranet converged communication system through a video boundary platform, and the private network converged communication system and the intranet converged communication system are communicated in an SIP (session initiation protocol) cascade mode to form a converged communication system;
(5) the converged communication system selects an SIP relay mode or a mode of a coder, a video gateway and a voice gateway to carry out butt joint according to the types of the MCU and the video conference terminal, so that interconnection and intercommunication between the converged communication system and the high-definition video conference are realized; the converged communication system provides an SDK interface for a third-party platform, and comprises a synthetic combat platform, a service management system and PGIS application.
The invention finally realizes the intercommunication of public network resources, video private network resources, public security intranet resources and satellite communication resources, realizes cross-system, cross-brand and cross-platform interconnection and intercommunication, and constructs a multi-network fusion communication system with up-down linkage, transverse response and high-efficiency operation.

A set of converged communication servers is deployed in each of the intranet and the private video network to form an intranet converged communication system and a private network converged communication system; the private network converged communication system is accessed into the intranet converged communication system through the video boundary platform, and the private network converged communication system and the intranet converged communication system are communicated in an SIP (session initiation protocol) cascade mode to form a converged communication system.
The intranet converged communication system can be accessed into high-definition video conference, IP telephone, PSTN, 350M analog cluster, PDT, satellite vehicle-mounted monitoring, telephone and other systems.
The video private network converged communication system can be connected with a police service mobile phone, a 4G vehicle-mounted image transmission device, a 4G law enforcement recorder, a 4G distribution control ball, a 4G individual soldier, a cloud mirror, an LTE private network terminal and the like, so that audio and video bidirectional communication is realized; monitoring by a motorcycle-mounted system, an unmanned aerial vehicle, a helicopter and the like is accessed to realize the retrieval of videos;
the converged communication system can access an LTE private network terminal, a police service mobile phone, a PSTN, 350M analog cluster, PDT and police wing law enforcement instrument, and realize functions of cross-terminal type cluster talkback, single call, conference call and the like;
wireless terminals such as police service mobile phones, 4G vehicle-mounted image transmission, 4G individual soldiers, 4G law enforcement recorders, 4G distribution control balls, unmanned aerial vehicles and the like communicate based on an APN private network of a public security system, enter a video private network through a firewall and a carrier private line, and access a converged communication system in a sea health 86 platform SDK mode, a national distance enforcement instrument SDK mode and the like; and audio and video communication and command scheduling of each terminal by the converged communication system are realized.
The police service mobile phone and the LTE private network terminal are provided with a communication APP, and terminal application software supports an Android operating system and can be managed based on user levels, groups and authorities.
The office telephone accesses the office telephone of the office building to the converged communication system in a mode of converging the communication platform and the PSTN gateway, thereby realizing the unified dispatching and commanding of the office telephone.
The cluster intercom system can realize fusion by deploying a cluster gateway hardware docking mode, configure the vehicle-mounted station and add two frequency points of reporting and instruction issuing, realize a unified communication command and scheduling function of cluster intercom after the cluster intercom gateway docks the vehicle-mounted station, and realize functions of group calling of 350M analog cluster/digital cluster and the like. And the interconnection and intercommunication of the converged communication system and the high-definition video conference are realized.
The converged communication system provides an SDK interface (or an SIP protocol docking mode) for a third-party platform such as a composite combat platform/service management system/PGIS application and the like.

(1) a set of converged communication servers is deployed in each of the intranet and the private video network to form an intranet converged communication system and a private network converged communication system;
(2) the intranet converged communication system is accessed into a high-definition video conference, an IP telephone, a PSTN, a 350M analog cluster, a PDT, a satellite vehicle-mounted monitoring and telephone system;
(3) the video private network converged communication system is accessed to a police service mobile phone, a 4G vehicle-mounted image transmission device, a 4G law enforcement recorder, a 4G distribution control ball, a 4G individual soldier, a cloud mirror, an LTE private network terminal and the like, so that audio and video bidirectional communication is realized;
(4) the private network converged communication system is accessed into the intranet converged communication system through a video boundary platform, and the private network converged communication system and the intranet converged communication system are communicated in an SIP (session initiation protocol) cascade mode to form a converged communication system;
