Detailed Description
In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the present application will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, the offline court trial processing method provided in this embodiment of the present application may be applied to a digital technology court system as shown in fig. 2, where in the digital technology court system, each court includes a bookmaker terminal 21, a court trial host 22, and other devices, the bookmaker terminal 21, the court trial host 22, and other devices in each court are connected together in a wired or wireless manner to form a court intranet, and the server 23 may be connected to the intranet of each court through a communication network and may be connected to the operation and maintenance terminal 24 through the communication network.
When the communication network is a local area network, the communication network may be, for example, a WiFi hotspot, a WiFi p2P network, a bluetooth network, a zigbee network, or a Near Field Communication (NFC) network. When the communication network is a wide area network, the communication network may be, for example, a third generation mobile communication technology (3rd-generation wireless telephone technology, 3G) network, a fourth generation mobile communication technology (4 th generation mobile communication technology, 4G) network, a fifth generation mobile communication technology (5th-generation mobile communication technology, 5G) network, a future-evolution Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN), the internet, or the like. As an example: the server 23 may be connected to the intranet of each court through a local area network, and connected to the operation and maintenance terminal 24 through a wide area network.
It should be understood that in practical applications, the digital technology court system may include more or less devices than those shown in fig. 2, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto.
Before describing the embodiments of the present application, some terms in the present application will be explained to facilitate understanding for those skilled in the art.
It should be understood that the online division in the present application refers to the division realized by the server 23 under the condition that the network connection between the server 23 and the bookkeeper terminal 21 in the court is normal. One possible online court is shown in fig. 1. When the court trial is opened offline, the network connection between the bookmarker terminal 21 and the server is failed, the bookmarker terminal 21 and the server 23 cannot normally communicate with each other, and the court trial host 22 is controlled by the bookmarker terminal 21 to open the court trial. The bookkeeper terminal 21 may be a portable device (e.g., a mobile phone, a tablet, a notebook Computer, etc.) or a Personal Computer (PC), etc., and the server 23 may include an application server and a storage server, which may be in one server or two independent servers. The storage server can be used for storing court information and court trial field data of each case, wherein the court trial field data comprises audio and video files, record data and the like of a court trial field. The application server 23 is configured to complete interaction between devices in a court site and a storage server, and provide a service for requesting court trial field audio/video files or providing a live court trial on a private network live.
The present application aims to solve the problems that fault information cannot be reported in time and fault removal work is complicated and processing time is long when a family is opened offline in the prior art, and is described below with reference to specific embodiments.
[ EXAMPLES one ]
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an offline court-trial process provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the process includes:
s301: the server 23 establishes a heartbeat connection with the bookkeeper terminal 21 of each court.
In the present embodiment, the server 23 establishes a heartbeat connection with the bookmarker terminal 21 of each court. Taking fig. 2 as an example, the server 23 establishes heartbeat connections with both the bookkeeper terminal 21 in court 1 and the bookkeeper terminal 21 … … in court n of court 2.
The following are exemplified: the bookkeeper terminal 21 in court 1 and the bookkeeper terminal 21 … … in court n in court 2 may transmit heartbeat packets to the server 23 at a set period (e.g., 10s, 15s, etc.), respectively, to notify that the network connection between the server and the server 23 is normal (i.e., the bookkeeper terminal 21 is online).
Of course, the server 23 may send heartbeat packets to the bookmarker terminal 21 in court 1 and the bookmarker terminal 21 … … in court n in court 2 at a set period, and when a feedback packet (feedback to the heartbeat packet) sent by the bookmarker terminal 21 is received within a set time (for example, 2s) after the heartbeat packet is sent, the server 23 determines that the network connection with the bookmarker terminal 21 that received the feedback packet is normal (that is, the bookmarker terminal 21 is online).
S302: when the heartbeat connection between the server 23 and the bookmarker terminal 21 of any target court is interrupted, the server 23 detects the network connection between the server 23 and the bookmarker terminal 21 of the target court; when detecting that a network fault exists in the network connection, the server 23 sends out alarm information, where the alarm information includes a court identifier of the target court and occurrence time of the network fault.
Specifically, when the server 23 determines that the heartbeat connection with the bookmarker terminal 21 in the target court is interrupted, for example, after the server 23 does not receive the heartbeat packet sent by the bookmarker terminal 21 in a certain court within a set time period (e.g., 1min, 2min, etc.), or after the server 23 sends the heartbeat packet to the bookmarker terminal 21 in a certain court within a set time period, the server 23 does not receive the feedback packet sent by the bookmarker terminal 21 in the court, determines that the heartbeat connection with the bookmarker terminal 21 in the court is interrupted, sets the court as the target court, and detects the network connection with the bookmarker terminal 21 in the target court by the server 23. For example, the server 23 may detect whether the route with the bookkeeper in the target court is smooth, whether the packet loss rate is greater than a set packet loss rate threshold, or the like.
When the server 23 determines that a network fault (network error) exists in the network connection with the bookmarker terminal 21 of the target court, if a routing is unavailable or a packet loss rate is high (the packet loss rate is greater than a set packet loss rate threshold), it indicates that the network connection between the server 23 and the bookmarker terminal 21 of the target court has a fault, the server 23 records the occurrence time of the network fault and a court identifier of the target court (an occurrence place of the network fault), and sends alarm information including the occurrence time of the network fault and the court identifier of the target court, so as to prompt an operation and maintenance person to perform network maintenance or network fault removal. As a possible implementation, the server 23 may send an alarm message to the operation and maintenance terminal 24 to prompt the operation and maintenance personnel to perform network maintenance or network troubleshooting.
When the server 23 determines that there is no network failure with the bookmarker terminal 21 of the target court, the server 23 may attempt to re-establish a heartbeat connection with the bookmarker terminal 21 of the target court.
In a possible implementation, if the time duration for the server 23 to attempt to reestablish the heartbeat connection with the bookmarker terminal 21 in the target court is longer than the heartbeat connection reestablishment time duration threshold (e.g., 3min, 5min, etc.), the server 23 still cannot recover the heartbeat connection with the bookmarker terminal 21 in the target court, and the server 23 determines that the network connection with the bookmarker terminal 21 in the target court has a network failure, and sends an alarm message.
Taking a target court as an example of court 1, when the server 23 determines that the heartbeat connection with the bookmarker terminal 21 in court 1 is interrupted, the network connection with the bookmarker terminal 21 in court 1 is detected, the server 23 detects that the network connection with the bookmarker terminal 21 in court 1 has a network fault "route blocked", the server 23 sends alarm information to the operation and maintenance terminal 24, wherein the alarm information includes a court identifier in court 1, such as a court number "FT 0001" in court 1, and an occurrence time of the network fault "19 in 10/20/2019: 35". In one possible implementation, the server 23 may take the time when the heartbeat connection with the bookmarker terminal 21 of the target court is broken as the occurrence time when the network failure is detected.
After receiving the warning information through the operation and maintenance terminal 24, the operation and maintenance personnel can quickly locate the target court with the network fault and the occurrence time of the network fault of the target court according to the information, such as the court identification of the target court, the occurrence time of the network fault and the like, included in the warning information, maintain or repair the network between the server 23 and the target court, and remove the fault.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the network failure may include one or more of a router failure (which may also be a connection interruption), a packet loss rate, and the like. Optionally, the alarm information further includes: a network failure category.
For example: the server 23 detects that the network failure existing in the network connection with the bookmarker terminal 21 of the target court is "route failure", and the alarm information includes the court identification of the target court and the occurrence time of the network failure, and also includes the network failure category "route failure", so that the operation and maintenance personnel can determine the network failure to perform network maintenance or repair.
S303: when the server 23 and the bookmarker terminal 21 of the target court identified by the court recover the heartbeat connection, the server 23 acquires court data generated by the bookmarker terminal 21 of the target court after the occurrence time of the network failure from the bookmarker terminal 21 of the target court.
The bookkeeper terminal 21 generates court data corresponding to a court trial when a court is opened and locally stores the court data in the bookkeeper terminal, and the court trial host 22 also generates and locally stores audio and video files of a court trial site, wherein the court data may include case information, court time, court trial record and other information, and the case information includes case number (UID), case name, main trial court clerk, original notice, notice and other information. When heartbeat connection between the bookmarker terminal 21 and the server 23 is normal, a network fault does not exist between the bookmarker terminal 21 and the server 23, the bookmarker terminal 21 can normally upload generated court data to the server 23, and the court trial host 22 can also normally upload generated court audio and video files to the server. When heartbeat connection between the bookmarker terminal 21 and the server 23 is interrupted, a network fault may exist between the bookmarker terminal 21 and the server 23, the court data generated by the bookmarker terminal 21 may not be normally uploaded to the server 23, and the court audio and video file generated by the court hearing host 22 may not be normally uploaded to the server 23. In order to ensure normal operation of live court trial, specifically, after the operation and maintenance personnel perform network maintenance or repair and get rid of the fault, the server 23 may reestablish heartbeat connection with the bookmarker terminal 21 in the target court, and after the server 23 recovers heartbeat connection with the bookmarker terminal 21 in the target court, the server 23 acquires, from the bookmarker terminal 21 in the target court, court data (i.e., court data of an offline court) generated by the bookmarker terminal 21 in the target court after the occurrence time of the network fault. Synchronization of the court data of the off-line court by the server 23 is achieved.
In one possible implementation, after the server 23 and the bookmarker terminal 21 of the target court resume heartbeat connection, the server 23 downloads the court data generated by the bookmarker terminal 21 of the target court after the occurrence time of the network failure from the bookmarker terminal 21 of the target court according to the court identifier of the target court with the network failure, so as to realize the synchronization of the court data of the offline court by the server 23.
In another possible implementation, after the heartbeat connection with the server is interrupted, the bookmarker terminal 21 in the target court records the court data which fails to be uploaded to the server, after the bookmarker terminal 21 in the target court determines that the heartbeat connection with the server 23 is recovered, the bookmarker terminal 21 in the target court actively uploads the failed court data which is uploaded after the heartbeat connection with the server 23 is interrupted to the server 23, and the server 23 receives the heartbeat connection interrupted court data uploaded by the bookmarker terminal 21 in the target court and uploads the failed court data, so that the server 23 synchronizes the court data of the offline court.
In one possible implementation, after the server 23 downloads the court data from the bookkeeper terminal 21 of the target court or receives the court data uploaded by the bookkeeper terminal 21, the server 23 checks the court data, such as checking whether the court data includes the case number, the case name, the main auditor bookkeeper, the original notice, the notice and the like. If the verification fails, in order to avoid the situation of network instability, the server 23 may download the court data from the bookkeeper terminal 21 of the target court again after a set time (e.g., 15min) after the verification fails; or sending indication information of verification failure to the bookmarker terminal 21 of the target court, and indicating the bookmarker terminal 21 of the target court to upload the court data again after setting the time length (such as 15 min).
In order to ensure the normal operation of court trial live broadcast, the method further comprises the following steps:
the server 23 acquires the court audio and video files corresponding to the court data from the court trial host 22 of the target court.
Specifically, after the server 23 acquires the court data from the bookmarker terminal 21 in the target court, the court audio/video file after the occurrence time of the network failure may be downloaded from the court hearing host 22 in the target court according to the occurrence time of the network failure with the bookmarker terminal 21 in the target court and the court identity of the target court, so as to synchronize the court audio/video file with the server 23. The server 23 may also download the court audio/video file corresponding to the court data from the court trial host 22 of the target court according to the case number and the like included in the court data acquired from the bookkeeper terminal 21 of the target court, thereby synchronizing the court audio/video file with the server 23. In the application embodiment, the audio/video file may be an audio file, a video file, an audio file, and a video file.
Taking an audio and video file as an example of a video file, for example, the server 23 obtains a video list from the court trial host 22 of the target court according to the case number recorded in the court data, where the video list includes information such as video length, video size, view number, and video download address. The server 23 downloads the video file from the court trial host 22 depending on the download address, and synchronizes the court video file corresponding to the court data. Optionally, the server 23 may also verify the integrity of the audio/video file downloaded from the court trial host 22 according to the video length, the video size, and the video quantity.
To ensure the integrity of the data synchronized in the server 23, the server 23 re-downloads at the court trial host 22 for failed audio-video files (e.g., video files that failed verification) downloaded from the court trial host 22.
Optionally, in order to facilitate the operation and maintenance personnel or the administrator to know the operation condition of the digital technology court, the server 23 may summarize the information of the network fault, the synchronization information of the court data, and the synchronization information of the audio and video data to generate a log file, and present the log file to the operation and maintenance personnel or the administrator.
