The invention discloses a smoothing device which comprises a smoothing plate, a fixed plate, an elastic piece and a connecting shaft, wherein the smoothing plate is rotatably connected with the fixed plate through the connecting shaft; the fixing plate is fixedly connected with the rubber coating machine main body, and the smoothing plate enables the elastic piece to deform after being abutted against the wire harness, so that the smoothing plate rotates relative to the fixing plate. The smoothing device provided by the invention is an independent product, does not depend on a rubber coating machine, has the advantages of low cost, small volume, simple structure, convenience in operation, automatic resetting and the like, can be integrated on different devices, and is suitable for various working environments.

Background
The automobile wire harness is a network main body of an automobile circuit, and no matter the automobile is a high-grade luxury type or an economical and practical type, the automobile wire harness is required to be used for connecting all parts, so that electronic control of the automobile is realized. The wire harness is a component in which a contact terminal punched from a copper material is press-bonded to a wire cable, and then an insulator is molded and pressed on the outside to form a connection circuit by bundling the contact terminal and the wire cable, and it is intended to ensure not only transmission of an electric signal but also reliability of the connection circuit, supply a predetermined current value to an electronic/electric component, prevent electromagnetic interference with a peripheral circuit, and eliminate short-circuiting of an electric device.
In order to perform insulation protection on the automobile wire harnesses, an insulation tape needs to be wrapped outside the automobile wire harnesses by using a wrapping machine. The process of encapsulating the automobile wire harness by the encapsulating machine is as follows: the rubber coating machine drives the rubber belt to move towards the direction of the automobile wire harness until the rubber belt is adhered to the rubber coating initial point of the automobile wire harness, then the rubber coating machine spirally advances according to the rubber coating direction, the rubber belt is driven to rotate and is wound to a rubber coating beam point of the automobile wire harness circle by circle, the rubber belt is cut off through a rubber belt cutter, and the tail of the rubber belt is smoothed onto the wire harness through a smoothing mechanism on the rubber coating machine to prevent the wire harness from being stripped.
At present, no independent flattening mechanism exists in the market, and the flattening mechanism is a module in the rubber coating machine and is an accessory. The flattening mechanism is not convenient enough in use, the coating machine is expensive in manufacturing cost, and in practical application, the purchase of one coating machine for flattening the adhesive tape is not reasonable.
Therefore, a low-cost, independent and convenient flatting device is urgently needed.

When the flattening plate rotates, the elastic force can reset the flattening plate; when the smoothing plate does not rotate, the elastic piece can prevent the smoothing plate from rotating downwards due to gravity, so that the smoothing plate and the fixed plate are kept in an open state, the open state refers to the situation that the smoothing plate and the fixed plate are not attached together, and the smoothing plate and the fixed plate are opened at a certain angle.
The elastic member may be an elastic structure such as an elastic strip or a torsion spring, and the elastic strip may be a rubber strip, a rubber band, or the like.
When the elastic piece is the elastic strip, one end of the elastic strip is fixed on the fixing plate, the other end of the elastic strip is fixed on the smoothing plate, and the smoothing plate and the fixing plate are opened at a certain angle through the elasticity of the elastic strip to be in an opening state.
When the elastic piece is a torsion spring, the torsion spring is sleeved on the connecting shaft, and the placard and the fixing plate are opened at a certain angle by the torsion force of the torsion spring to be in an open state.

As shown in fig. 3a and 3b, the fixing plate 2 is fixedly connected to the main body 8 of the encapsulation machine, thereby fixing the leveler to the main body 8 of the encapsulation machine. In one embodiment of the present invention, a through hole 7 is formed in the fixing plate 2, a screw hole is formed in the main body 8 of the encapsulation machine at a position corresponding to the through hole 201, and the screw 7 is screwed into the screw hole through the through hole 201, so that the fixing plate 2 is fixed on the main body 8 of the encapsulation machine.
Because the smoothing plate 1 is not fixed on the rubber coating machine main body 8 and can be rotated downwards by gravity, the torsion spring 3 is sleeved on the connecting shaft 4, one torsion arm of the torsion spring 3 is abutted against the fixing plate 2, the other torsion arm is abutted against the smoothing plate 1, the torsion spring 3 provides supporting force for the smoothing plate 1, the smoothing plate 1 is prevented from rotating downwards, and the smoothing plate 1 and the fixing plate 2 are in a horizontal state.
In one embodiment of the present invention, in order to maintain the hinge stability, the number of the hinge loops 5 on the leveling plate 1 is two, and the hinge loops are respectively the first hinge loop 501 and the second hinge loop 502 which are spaced apart, the number of the hinge loops 5 on the fixing plate 2 is also two, and the hinge loops are respectively the third hinge loop 503 and the fourth hinge loop 504 which are spaced apart, and the diameters of the first hinge loop 501, the second hinge loop 502, the third hinge loop 503 and the fourth hinge loop 504 are all the same.
When assembling the pacifier, the pacifier plate 1 and the fixed plate 2 are attached together, such that the first hinge loop 501 and the second hinge loop 502 intersect with the third hinge loop 503 and the fourth hinge loop 504, that is, the second hinge loop 502 is located between the third hinge loop 503 and the fourth hinge loop 504, the third hinge loop 503 is located between the first hinge loop 501 and the second hinge loop 502, the first torsion spring 301 is disposed between the first hinge loop 501 and the third hinge loop 503, the second torsion spring 302 is disposed between the second hinge loop 502 and the fourth hinge loop 504, and the connecting shaft 4 is inserted when the first hinge loop 501, the second hinge loop 502, the third hinge loop 503, the fourth hinge loop 504 and the two torsion springs 3 are aligned.
In order to solve the problem that the installation angle of the smoothing device is limited, the first torsion spring 301 and the second torsion spring 302 are arranged in a positive-negative mode, namely two torsion arms of the first torsion spring 301 are abutted to the surfaces of the same sides of the smoothing plate 1 and the fixing plate 2, two torsion arms of the second torsion spring 302 are abutted to the surfaces of the other sides of the smoothing plate 1 and the fixing plate 2, so that the first torsion spring 301 and the second torsion spring 302 provide two opposite force directions to the smoothing plate 1, when the smoothing device is installed on the glue wrapping machine main body 8 at any angle, the smoothing plate 1 cannot automatically rotate under the action of gravity, the wiring harness 9 can be touched with the smoothing plate 1 from two directions, and the tail of the adhesive tape 10 on the wiring harness 9 can be smoothed from any direction regardless of which the smoothing plate 1.
In order to prevent the connecting shaft 4 from escaping, the connecting shaft 4 is designed to be a connecting shaft having a boss 401 at an end thereof, the boss having a diameter larger than an inner diameter of the hinge ring 5, and after the connecting shaft 4 is inserted into the first hinge ring 501 from one side, the boss 401 plays a role of blocking, preventing the connecting shaft 4 from being completely inserted into the first hinge ring 501. Correspondingly, a locking pin 6 is inserted into the fourth hinge loop 504 from the outside, preventing the connecting shaft 4 from moving out of the other side.
Alternatively, the connecting shaft 4 may be designed to have a hollow structure, and a locking pin 6 may be inserted into each of the ports at both ends of the connecting shaft 4 to prevent the connecting shaft 4 from coming out.
The working principle of the smoothing device is as follows: after the rubber coating of the wire harness 9 is finished, the rubber coating machine main body 8 moves relative to the wire harness 9, the flatting device is pulled to move towards the direction of the wire harness 9, meanwhile, the angle of the rubber coating machine main body 8 is adjusted, the adhesive tape 10 is cut through the cutter 11 fixed on the rubber coating machine main body, after the cutting is finished, the flatting plate 1 and the tail part of the adhesive tape 10 left on the wire harness 9 are in contact, at the moment, the elastic potential energy generated by the torsion spring 3 is smaller than the kinetic energy between the flatting plate 1 and the wire harness 9, the torsion spring 3 is elastically deformed, and the tail part of the adhesive tape 10 is attached to the wire harness 9 through the kinetic energy between the flatting; when the wire harness 9 leaves the pacifying plate 1, the pacifying plate 1 loses kinetic energy with the wire harness 9, and elastic potential energy generated by the torsion spring 3 enables the pacifying plate 1 to reset and the fixing plate 2 to be in a horizontal state.
