The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the data storage module is further configured to obtain a command word grammar file for calibrating the command word combination rule, and determine a speech recognition model file associated with the command word grammar file, where the speech recognition model file contains standard speech feature vectors of all control command words in the control instruction packet.

The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the speech processing module is configured to convert speech instruction information into speech feature vectors, match the speech feature vectors with standard speech feature vectors in the speech recognition model file, obtain standard speech feature vectors closest to the speech feature vectors from the speech recognition model file, and determine the speech recognition result.
