Example 1
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a data processing method, it should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the figure may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that while a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a data processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method including the steps of:
step S102, obtaining service data, wherein the service data at least comprises: a processing object and a timestamp;
specifically, the business data may refer to risk transactions actively screened by the inspectors at all levels of the group (general), province and city, but the business data is not limited to this, and may also be data in other business scenarios. The processing object may refer to an operator of a bank, such as a bank teller, and the time stamp may refer to the time of the transaction.
As shown in fig. 2a, the service data may include basic information such as organization number, channel, operator, timestamp, service type, and operation amount of the website.
Step S104, determining a target acquisition device and target time based on the service data;
specifically, the target collecting device may be a camera gun installed on each desk in a bank outlet, and the camera gun may be used to capture video data in the monitored area. The target time may refer to a pre-post viewing time of the video viewing, and may include a start time and an end time of the video viewing.
And step S106, acquiring video data acquired by the target acquisition device based on the target time.
In an optional embodiment, a video management subsystem can be set up in the compliance management system to realize the docking request with a video monitoring system of a website, retrieve and read the video information, and manage the video cache file information. The compliance management system acquires the corresponding information of the teller and the terminal through the data sharing system, and can read the corresponding video of the risk early warning transaction flow according to the corresponding information of the terminal and the camera gun maintained in the system. As shown in fig. 2c, the corresponding video data may be called to view through the video call interface of the video management subsystem, and as shown in fig. 2d, the function of viewing the corresponding video data through the service data is finally realized.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the functional modules of the video management subsystem mainly include video caching, retrieval request, message notification, video file management, flow control, route identification, monitoring management, and the like. Wherein, the retrieval request: receiving a video retrieval request of a service user, forming a retrieval message and forwarding the retrieval message to a corresponding video monitoring system; and (3) route identification: selecting a transaction route of the monitoring system according to the parameter configuration, and retrieving a cache file or a real-time request; video caching: downloading a video data needing to be called to a front server in advance to accelerate the speed of calling and reading the video; video file management: managing the life cycle of the cache file, storing suspicious video file data for a long time, and deleting the video file without problems after 7 days; flow control: according to the configuration threshold value parameters, the number of requests for accessing the video monitoring system at the same time is controlled, and the situation that the whole system is blocked due to the fact that too many retrieval requests exceed the bearing capacity of the network bandwidth is prevented.
The compliance management system may be configured with the following interfaces to enable video retrieval: the basic information interface comprises basic information related to a camera gun, a mechanism, a position and the like; the video calling interface can call video information from the video monitoring platform according to the information such as the mechanism number, the camera gun, the starting time, the ending time and the like provided by the compliance management system; the video file storage interface can be a storage interface for storing special videos in different places; the video file downloading interface can be a storage interface for storing special videos in different places.
As shown in FIG. 4, the compliance management system may be deployed in a production network, interfaced with a video monitoring platform at a site via a video network, and split between video streams and system information streams.
It should be noted that the video management subsystem isolates the call and management of the video monitoring system from the service application subsystem and the data processing subsystem. The change and the abnormity of the video monitoring subsystem can not influence the operation of other subsystems.
According to the embodiment of the invention, after the business data is obtained, the target acquisition device and the target time can be determined based on the business data, and the video data acquired by the target acquisition device is obtained based on the target time, so that the risk early warning transaction of the compliance management system is accurately matched with the transaction video image.
Optionally, the determining the target collecting device based on the service data includes: acquiring the working time of a processing object; determining a target processing terminal corresponding to the processing object based on the working time; and determining a target acquisition device corresponding to the target processing terminal.
Specifically, the working time may refer to check-in and check-out information of the operator, and the target processing terminal may be a network node terminal operated by the operator.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the website pre-posed system and the channel management platform may be modified, and the website pre-posed system adds the terminal number of the up-sending transaction request when sending the sign-in and sign-out transaction request to the channel management platform. When a teller signs in and signs out, the channel management platform automatically records the organization number, the terminal number and the sign-in and sign-out time of the teller to obtain the corresponding relation of the teller and the terminal information, and sends the information to the compliance management system through the data sharing system. As shown in fig. 2b, the compliance management system may find the station where the operator is located according to the check-in and check-out information of the operator, and the camera gun associated with the upper station.
Optionally, determining a target acquisition device corresponding to the target processing terminal includes: acquiring corresponding acquisition device identification information based on the terminal identification information of the target processing terminal; and determining a target acquisition device based on the acquisition device identification information.
Specifically, the terminal identification information may be a terminal number of the network node terminal, and the terminal number may have uniqueness within a certain range.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the network site front-end system stores the configuration of the IP address, the screen number and the terminal number of the network site terminal, and the association between the transaction information and the video information can be realized by associating the terminal number with the camera gun of the network site video monitoring system.
It should be noted that the camera guns are managed by the video monitoring platform in a unified manner, and the compliance management system acquires management information of the camera guns from the video monitoring platform. The management information of the video monitoring platform to the camera gun mainly comprises the following basic information: the name of Chinese; numbering: the organization number (8 bits) + the position code number (such as self-service area equipment, T-station seat, Q-panorama and the like) + the station seat number (3 bits of station seat number, the initial is 001); a location profile; IP address (DVR address) + gun number; window number (shown to the customer).

The first service request may be a transaction request of each website terminal in the province, and the first network address may be an IP address of the website terminal. The second service request may be a transaction request sent by the website front-end platform to the channel management platform, and the second network address may be an IP address of the website front-end platform.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a modified terminal binding system management function may be implemented to implement unified management on terminal key information, the provincial central administrator is only allowed to maintain key information such as an organization number, a terminal IP, a screen number, and a terminal number, and other information of the terminal, such as a device number, is opened to be maintained by a city or county administrator. And the terminal binding system issues the terminal binding information to the network node preposition system. When each network node terminal is connected to the network node front end, the network node front end can search and allocate the appointed terminal number according to the IP address and the screen number.
It should be noted that, for the network nodes not equipped with the encryption machine, the transaction request sent by each network node station terminal to the network node front-end system is sent with its IP address; for a network node equipped with an encryption machine, the transaction requests sent to the network node front-end system by all network node agent terminals of the network node are all sent to the same IP address (the IP address of the network node encryption machine).
Optionally, determining, based on the first service request, to process the terminal identification information of the terminal includes: under the condition that a plurality of processing terminals correspond to the same first network address, determining terminal identification information based on the first network address and the screen identification information; when a plurality of processing terminals correspond to different first network addresses, terminal identification information is determined based on the first network addresses.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the terminal binding system may maintain the IP address, screen number, and terminal number information of the network node terminal, and for a network node without an encryption engine, each network node station terminal may uniquely determine through its IP address (so the screen number of each station terminal may be repeated); for a network node with an encryptor, each network node terminal needs to use its configured screen number to perform unique determination in addition to the IP address (therefore, the screen number of each network node needs to be kept unique within the network node range).
Optionally, determining the target time based on the traffic data includes: acquiring preset time corresponding to a target processing terminal; obtaining a target time based on the timestamp and a preset time, wherein the target time comprises: a start time and an end time of the video data.

In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 2b, the start time and the end time of the video viewing can be obtained by adding the time stamp of the transaction to the set video pre-and post-viewing time.
Optionally, before acquiring the video data acquired by the target acquisition device based on the target time, the method further includes: acquiring the acquisition authority of the service data; determining whether the target time is matched with the target acquisition device and the acquisition authority; and under the condition that the target time is matched with the acquisition permission by the target acquisition device, acquiring video data based on the target time.
Specifically, the acquisition permission may refer to a preset permission of a video viewer, and may include a number of video paths to be viewed, a video file time period, and the like.
In an optional embodiment, in order to ensure the security of video data, different video viewing permissions can be set for different people, when a video viewer needs to view a video, whether the start time and the end time of the video viewing conform to the set video file time period can be judged, if so, the surface video viewer has the video viewing permission, and corresponding video data can be called to view through a video calling interface.
Optionally, the service data further includes: processing time, after acquiring the video data acquired by the target acquisition device based on the target time, the method further comprises: adding a tag of the video data based on the processing time; and storing the video data added with the label.
In an alternative embodiment, based on the given service data information: processing time and the like, adding labels to the information of the video for storage, and searching and positioning the video through a video query interface. For part of important videos, illegal behaviors or case clues and the like found by national and provincial inspection centers are stored in the national center and the provincial center by the video monitoring system.
It should be noted that, the compliance management system also provides a tag data transmission interface, which can provide the tag content of the video file to be added to the manufacturer system, and provide the tag content to the provincial center monitoring platform by the service system.
Optionally, before storing the tagged video data, the method further comprises: acquiring the type of video data; determining a storage time of the video data based on the type; and storing the video data added with the label based on the storage time.
Specifically, the types described above may include: violation type and case thread type.
In an alternative embodiment, the video retention time for violations is one year and the video retention time for case clues is five years.
Optionally, after storing the tagged video data, the method further comprises: acquiring a video query instruction; and acquiring historical video data based on the video query instruction.
In an optional embodiment, the video history information stored in different places can be searched according to information such as service time, network points, station personnel, operation amount and the like.
Optionally, before acquiring the historical video data based on the video query instruction, the method further includes: acquiring a query authority corresponding to the video query instruction; determining whether the inquiry authority meets a preset authority; and acquiring historical video data under the condition that the inquiry authority meets the preset authority.
Specifically, the preset authority may refer to an authority for viewing historical videos set in advance for different operators.
In an alternative embodiment, query and download functionality is provided for historical video, but only by authorized personnel. That is, before querying or downloading the historical video, first, whether the operator has the querying or downloading authority is verified, and after the verification is passed, the historical video can be queried or downloaded.
Optionally, after acquiring the video data acquired by the target acquisition device based on the target time, the method further includes: acquiring network parameters of a current transmission network; determining whether the network parameters meet preset parameters; and under the condition that the network parameters meet preset parameters, synchronously displaying the video data acquired by at least two acquisition devices.
Specifically, the network parameters mentioned above may refer to network bandwidth, transmission rate, etc., but are not limited thereto. The preset parameters can be preset network parameters which can meet the requirement of synchronous transmission of video data of at least two camera guns.
In an alternative embodiment, the video information of the two cameras can be viewed synchronously at least when the network condition allows.
Through the steps, the intra-jurisdiction risk early warning information checking work is intensively carried out on the level of the first-level branch level by relying on the risk early warning transaction and transaction video image accurate retrieval of a compliance management system and a specialized monitoring early warning team, and the labor cost required by the authenticity of the original on-site verification problem is remarkably reduced.
In addition, the inspectors at all levels of the group (head office), province and city call the video of the transaction in real time through the risk transaction pushed by the compliance management system, and further position the risk of the transaction through the current transaction video information; and each level of inspectors can also read the real-time video information or historical video information of the high-risk mechanisms in real time so as to check the risk hidden danger of the high-risk mechanisms.
