As used herein, the term "include" and its variants mean open-ended terms in the sense of "including, but not limited to. The term "based on" means "based at least in part on". The terms "one embodiment" and "an embodiment" mean "at least one embodiment". The term "another embodiment" means "at least one other embodiment". The terms "first," "second," and the like may refer to different or the same object. Other definitions, whether explicit or implicit, may be included below. The definition of a term is consistent throughout the specification unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.
The block chain is a chain data structure formed by connecting and combining data blocks according to a time sequence, and the data blocks are guaranteed to be not falsifiable and not forged in a cryptographic mode. Each chunk in the chain of chunks is linked to the immediately preceding chunk in the chain of chunks by including a cryptographic hash of the preceding chunk. Each tile also includes a timestamp, a cryptographic hash of the tile, and one or more transactions. Transactions that have been verified by nodes of the blockchain network are hashed and form a Merkle tree. In a Merkle tree, data at leaf nodes is hashed and, for each branch of the Merkle tree, all hash values of the branch are concatenated at the root of the branch. The above process is performed for the Merkle tree up to the root node of the entire Merkle tree. The root node of the Merkle tree stores a hash value representing all the data in the Merkle tree. When a hash value claims to be a transaction stored in the Merkle tree, a quick verification can be performed by determining whether the hash value is consistent with the structure of the Merkle tree.
A blockchain network is a network of computing nodes used to manage, update and maintain one or more blockchain structures. In this specification, a blockchain network may include a public blockchain network, a private blockchain network, or a federated blockchain network.
In a public blockchain network, the consensus process is controlled by nodes of the consensus network. For example, there may be thousands of entity co-processes in a public blockchain network, each entity operating at least one node in the public blockchain network. Thus, a public blockchain network may be considered a public network of participating entities. In some examples, most entities (nodes) must sign each chunk in sequence and add the signed chunk to the blockchain of the blockchain network. An example of a public blockchain network may include a particular peer-to-peer payment network.
Public blockchain networks support public transactions. Public transactions are shared among all nodes within a public blockchain network and are stored in a global blockchain. A global blockchain refers to a blockchain that is replicated across all nodes. To achieve consensus (e.g., agree to add blocks to a blockchain), a consensus protocol is implemented within a public blockchain network. Examples of consensus protocols include, but are not limited to: proof of work (POW), proof of rights (POS), and proof of authority (POA).
A private blockchain network is provided for a particular entity. The read-write authority of each node in the private blockchain network is strictly controlled. Thus, private blockchain networks, also commonly referred to as licensed networks, limit who is allowed to participate in the network and the level of network participation (e.g., only in certain transaction scenarios). In private blockchain networks, various types of access control mechanisms may be used (e.g., existing participants voting for adding new entities, regulatory body controlled permissions, etc.).
A federation blockchain network is private between participating entities. In a federated blockchain network, the consensus process is controlled by an authorizing node. For example, a federation consisting of several (e.g., 10) entities (e.g., financial institutions, insurance companies) may operate a federated blockchain network, each entity operating at least one node in the federated blockchain network. Thus, a federated blockchain network can be considered a private network of participating entities. In some examples, each participating entity (node) must sign each chunk in sequence and add the chunk to the chain of chunks. In some examples, each tile may be signed by a subset of participating entities (nodes) (e.g., at least 7 entities) and added to the tile chain.
Embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail in the present disclosure with reference to a federated blockchain network. However, it is contemplated that embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented in any suitable blockchain network.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic diagram of an example environment 100, according to embodiments of the present description. As shown in fig. 1, the example environment 100 allows entities to participate in a blockchain network 102. The blockchain network 102 may be, for example, a public, private, or alliance chain blockchain network. The example environment 100 may include computing devices 104, 106, 108, 110, 112 and a network 114. In an embodiment, the Network 114 may include a Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), the internet, or a combination thereof, and is connected to websites, user devices (e.g., computing devices), and backend systems. In an embodiment, the computing devices 104, 106, 108, 110, 112 may access the network 114 through wired and/or wireless communication.
In some cases, the computing devices 106, 108 may be nodes of a cloud computing system (not shown), or each computing device 106, 108 may be a separate cloud computing system, including multiple computers interconnected by a network and operating as a distributed processing system.
In an embodiment, the computing devices 104-108 may run any suitable computing system that enables them to act as nodes in the blockchain network 102. For example, the computing devices 104-108 may include, but are not limited to, servers, desktop computers, laptops, tablet computing devices, and smartphones. In an embodiment, the computing devices 104-108 can be affiliated with a related entity and used to implement a corresponding service, which can be used to manage transactions between an entity or entities, for example.
In one embodiment, the computing devices 104-108 respectively store a blockchain ledger corresponding to the blockchain network 102. The computing device 104 may be (or include) a web server for providing browser functionality that may provide visualization information related to the blockchain network 102 based on the network 114. In some cases, the computing device 104 may not participate in the blockchain verification, but rather monitor the blockchain network 102 to determine when other nodes (e.g., which may include the computing device 106 and 108) agree, and generate a corresponding blockchain visualization user interface accordingly.
In an embodiment, computing devices 110 and 112 may be client devices connected to blockchain network 102. For example, computing device 110 may be a terminal device at a medical facility platform and computing device 112 may be a terminal device at an advertising administration platform. Computing devices 110 and 112 may include, but are not limited to, servers, desktop computers, laptops, tablet computing devices, and smartphones.
In an embodiment, computing device 104 may receive a request initiated by a client device (e.g., computing device 110 or computing device 112) for a blockchain visualization user interface. In some cases, the nodes of the blockchain network 102 may also act as client devices, such that a user of the computing device 108 may send the request to the computing device 104 using a browser running on the computing device 108.
In response to the request, computing device 104 may generate a blockchain visualization user interface (e.g., a web page) based on the stored blockchain ledger and send the generated blockchain visualization user interface to the requesting client device. If blockchain network 102 is a private type or a federated type blockchain network, the request for the blockchain visual user interface may include user authorization information, which may be verified by computing device 104 before generating and sending the blockchain visual user interface to the requesting client device, and the corresponding blockchain visual user interface returned after verification.
The blockchain visualization user interface may be displayed on the client device (e.g., as may be displayed in user interface 116 shown in fig. 1). When the blockchain ledger is updated, the display content of the user interface 116 may be updated accordingly. Further, user interaction with user interface 116 may result in requests to other user interfaces, such as a search results page that displays a block list, block details, transaction list, transaction details, account list, account details, contract list, contract details, or results of a user conducting a search of the block chain network, and so forth.
Fig. 2 illustrates an example architectural diagram of an advertisement delivery system 200 according to embodiments of the present description. As shown in fig. 2, the advertisement delivery system 200 includes a medical institution platform 201, an advertisement delivery platform 203, an advertisement supervision platform 205, and an advertisement triggering platform 209.
The medical facility platform 201 may be, for example, a platform system of a medical facility that provides medical services to patients, such as a platform system at a hospital, medical equipment manufacturer, or the like. The medical institution platform 201 is connected to the medical certification authority network, and is configured to initiate a certification request to the medical certification authority and provide information required for the medical certification authority. The medical certification authority is used to certify the medical authority using information provided by the medical authority, for example, to qualify a hospital or to certify equipment produced by a medical equipment manufacturer. Each medical certification authority may be networked with a plurality of medical authority platforms 201 and certify the plurality of medical authorities to obtain certification information of the plurality of medical authorities.
In this specification, the authentication information has a fixed content format including necessary authentication information. Fig. 3 is a diagram showing one example of a data structure of authentication information of a medical institution according to an embodiment of the present specification. As shown in fig. 3, the data structure of the authentication information includes 9 fields: disease name, issuing platform, certification authority name, medical authority address, certificate validity period, certificate issuing date, expiration date and certificate. Shown in fig. 3 is a data structure (may also be referred to as "content format") of authentication information for qualification certification of a medical institution. In this specification, the authentication information may also include authentication information for quality authentication of the medical device.
Further, it is to be noted that, in the present specification, the general content format of the authentication information may correspond to an authentication type of the medical authentication institution, which may include, for example, qualification authentication for qualification (e.g., hospital) of the medical institution, device quality authentication for the medical device, and the like. In addition, qualification certification for medical institutions and device quality certification for medical devices may also be subdivided into finer dimensions, each corresponding to a different certification type. Each authentication type may be identified by an authentication type number. For different authentication types, the corresponding authentication information may adopt different data structures (content formats). It is noted, however, that for each type of authentication information there is a generic data structure that is selected at design time and does not change. In addition, the data structure of the authentication information is also sent to the advertisement monitoring platform 205. For example, the data structure of the authentication information is issued to the advertisement administration platform 205 in association with the authentication type (e.g., authentication type number), or is formed as an industry standard to be issued to the advertisement administration platform.
A plurality of medical certification authorities establish a blockchain network 214, each serving as a blockchain node of the blockchain network 214. Each medical certification authority packages the obtained certification information for the medical authority into blocks, and records the blocks on the block chain 216 after the block chain link points in the block chain network 214 pass through consensus. The block chain 216 is composed of a series of blocks, each of which stores authentication information obtained by a medical authentication authority.
The authentication information needs to be hashed before being stored in the block. The hash process is a process of converting authentication information (provided as character string data) into a hash value of a fixed length (also provided as character string data). After the authentication information is subjected to the hash processing, even if the authentication information is slightly changed, a completely different hash value is obtained. The hash value is generally generated by hashing authentication information using a hash function. Examples of hash functions include, but are not limited to, Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA) -256, which outputs a 256-bit hash value.
A plurality of authentication information is hashed and stored in the chunk. For example, two pieces of authentication information are hashed to obtain two hash values, and then the two obtained hash values are hashed again to obtain another hash value. This process is repeated until a single hash value is obtained for all authentication information to be stored in the block. This hash value is called a Merkle root hash and is stored at the head of the chunk. Any change of the authentication information causes the hash value to change, and finally causes the Merkle root hash value to change.
After storing the authentication information in the block, the medical certification authority adds the block to the blockchain through a consensus protocol. Multiple blockchain nodes in blockchain network 214 participate in the consensus protocol and compete to add a block to blockchain 216. The block link points at which contention succeeds so that a block can be added to the block chain 216 are referred to as primary nodes (or accounting nodes).
Fig. 4 shows a flowchart of one example of a method for packaging authentication information of a medical institution into a blockchain according to an embodiment of the present description. In this specification, authentication information may be considered transaction data in a blockchain. In the example of fig. 4, the medical certification authority that certifies the medical authority serves as the master node (i.e., accounting node, hereinafter referred to as master node R) of the blockchain network0)。
As shown in fig. 4, after the medical certification authority completes certification of the medical authority and generates certification information, the master node R at 4100The authentication information to be written into the blockchain is sorted and packed into blocks. Here, the authentication information has the above-described general content format. For each piece of authentication information, the hash value of the authentication content of the authentication information and the detailed authentication information are stored in the block formed by packaging. The hash value of the authentication content of each piece of authentication information may be within the information for each piece of authentication information according to a predetermined hash calculation formulaAnd carrying out hash calculation to obtain the result. In addition, for each piece of authentication information, an authentication address hash value indicating a storage location of the authentication information may be stored in the block.
Next, at 420, master node R0The packaged blocks are broadcast to all common nodes in the blockchain network 214 for common processing, e.g., the master node R0Broadcasting the packed blocks to a backup node R1、R2And R3And (5) performing consensus processing. Note that the consensus process is shown to include 4 network nodes R0,R1,R2And R3The consensus process may also include any suitable number of network nodes for illustrative purposes only.
In the embodiments of the present specification, the consensus process may be implemented using PoW (workload certification algorithm), PoS (equity certification algorithm), PBFT (practical byzantine fault-tolerant algorithm), and the like. The following description will be made by taking the PBFT consensus process as an example. As shown in fig. 5, the procedure of the PBFT consensus process includes: a Pre-preparation phase (Pre-preparation) 510, a preparation phase (preparation) 520, and a validation phase (Commit) 530.
Specifically, at 510, master node R0The authentication information to be recorded into the blockchain 216 is sorted and packaged into a message m, then a Pre-preparation message Pre-preparation is generated and sent (e.g., broadcast) to the backup node R within a given time interval1、R2And R3. The Pre-prepare message Pre-prepare indicates the master node R0A consensus process is being initiated.
In an embodiment of the present specification, as shown in fig. 6, the format of the Pre-preparation message Pre-preparation may be:<<PRE-PREPARE,epoch,seq,D(m),signature-p>,m,j>. Here, "PRE-PREPARE" indicates the protocol identification of the Preprepare message and "epoch" indicates R0The era of the master node, "seq" represents the proposal number of the proposal that needs to be consensus (i.e., adding the block to the blockchain 216), "D (m)" represents the digest of the request message set, "signature-p" represents R0Signature of (1), "m"Indicates the specific contents of the request message (i.e., the specific contents of the pieces of authentication information in the block), and "j" indicates R0The node identification of (2). Here, d (m) is obtained by performing a hash calculation on each authentication information set in the block.
In the preparation phase 520, for each backup node (R)1、R2Or R3) After receiving the Pre-preparation message Pre-preparation and detecting that the Pre-preparation message Pre-preparation is legitimate, the Pre-preparation message Pre-preparation may be stored in a local log, and a preparation message preparation for responding to the Pre-preparation message Pre-preparation may be generated and then broadcast to other nodes. The Prepare message Prepare indicates that the backup node has received the Pre-Prepare message Pre-Prepare from the primary node and is sending a reply in response to the Pre-Prepare message Pre-Prepare.
Accordingly, each backup node will also receive the prepare message Pre-prepare sent by the other backup nodes. With a backup node R1For example, backup node R1Receiving a master node R0After the Pre-Prepare message Pre-Prepare is transmitted, the generated Pre-Prepare message is broadcast to the master node R0Backup node R2And R3. Accordingly, the backup node R1Will also receive the master node R0Backup node R2And R3The transmitted preparation message Prepare.
In this description, the Prepare message Prepare broadcast by the backup node may be used to indicate the consensus commitment made by the backup node during the Prepare phase 520.
In this specification, as shown in fig. 6, the format of the preparation message Prepare may be: < PREPARE, epoch, seq, D (m), i, signature-i >. Here, "PREPARE" denotes a protocol identification of the preparation message PREPARE, "i" denotes a node identification of the node that transmitted the preparation message PREPARE, and "signature-i" denotes a signature of the node that transmitted the preparation message PREPARE. The meaning of "epoch", "seq", and "d (m)" in the preparation message Prepare is the same as that of "epoch", "seq", and "d (m)" in the above-described preparation message Pre-Prepare.
In the acknowledgement phase 530, when the network node receives a sufficient number of preparation messages Prepare from other network nodes, the network node determines that consensus has been reached. For example, if the primary node R0 or backup nodes R1, R2, or R3 receive qurum (e.g., 2f + 1, where f represents the number of failed network nodes) Prepare messages Prepare, it is determined that consensus is achieved between the network nodes. The master node R0 or the backup node R1, R2 or R3 then broadcasts an acknowledgement message Commit to the other nodes.
In this specification, as shown in fig. 6, the format of the acknowledgment message Commit may be: < COMMIT, epoch, seq, D (m), p, signature-p >. Wherein "COMMIT" represents a protocol identification of the acknowledgment message COMMIT, "p" represents a node identification of a node that transmits the acknowledgment message COMMIT, and "signature-p" represents a signature of the node that transmits the acknowledgment message COMMIT. The meaning of "epoch", "seq" and "d (m)" in the acknowledgment message Commit is the same as that of "epoch", "seq" and "d (m)" in the aforementioned Pre-preparation message Pre-preparation.
In this description, a node sends a confirmation message Commit and stores the confirmation message Commit in a local log to represent consensus commitments made by the node during the confirmation phase 530.
Returning to fig. 4, after reaching consensus for the initiated proposal as above, the master node records the block into the blockchain 216 at 430, thereby completing the recording of the authentication information into the blockchain 216.
Further, it is to be noted that fig. 4 shows an operation in which the medical certification authority that certifies the medical authority is the medical certification authority that is the backup node of the blockchain network. If the medical institution is authenticated by a medical authentication institution that is a backup node of the blockchain network, the medical institution needs to transmit the authenticated authentication information to the master node.
In addition, after the authentication of the medical institution is completed and the authentication information is obtained, the medical authentication institution can also perform encryption processing on the authentication information before packaging the authentication information into blocks, so that the information leakage caused by the fact that the authentication information is obtained by other medical authentication institutions is avoided. Accordingly, in this case, the encrypted authentication information is used to calculate the authentication content hash value of the authentication information, and the encrypted authentication information is also stored in the block. Further, it is to be noted that the encryption for the authentication information may include encrypting all information of the authentication information or encrypting part of information of the authentication information. For example, when performing qualification certification for a medical institution, part of the certification information may include private data, such as patient information. In this case, it is necessary to perform encryption processing on the part of information for privacy protection.
Examples of encryption methods for authentication information include, but are not limited to, symmetric encryption, asymmetric encryption, homomorphic encryption, and the like. Symmetric encryption may use a single key for both the encryption process of encrypting (generating ciphertext from plaintext) and decrypting (generating plaintext from ciphertext) authentication information. In symmetric encryption, multiple nodes may have the same key, and thus each node may encrypt/decrypt authentication information.
Asymmetric encryption may use a key pair to encrypt the authentication information. Specifically, when the medical certification authority encrypts the certification information, a public/private key pair is generated. The medical certification authority encrypts the certification information using one key (e.g., a public key) of the public/private key pair, and then records the encrypted certification information onto the blockchain. In addition, the medical certification authority issues a key for encryption to the medical authority, and issues another key (e.g., a private key) as a decryption key to the advertising administration platform 205, for example, to the advertising platform database 207, and stores in the advertising platform database 207 in correspondence with the corresponding certification content hash value. In this case, after the advertising administration platform 205 obtains the authentication content hash value, the corresponding decryption key is found from the advertising platform database. Then, the authentication information queried from the block chain is decrypted by using the decryption key, thereby obtaining plaintext data of the authentication information.
As described herein, the blockchain network 214 is provided in the form of a peer-to-peer network that includes a plurality of blockchain nodes that are each used to persist a blockchain 216 (also referred to as a blockchain ledger 216) formed by blockchain data. Only one blockchain 216 is shown in fig. 2, but there may be multiple blockchains 216 or copies thereof in the blockchain network, e.g., one blockchain 216 or copy thereof may be maintained for each blockchain link point.
The medical institution platform 201 also provides advertisement placement information of the medical advertisement, including authentication information provided by the medical institution, to the advertisement placement platform 203. In addition, the ad placement information may also include other information needed for ad placement, such as ad words, ad creatives, bids, and so forth.
The advertisement delivery platform 203 generates the medical advertisement based on the advertisement delivery information, for example, the advertisement delivery platform 203 may generate the medical advertisement using the advertisement material provided by the advertisement material library 204 based on the advertisement delivery information.
The ad administration platform 205 is networked with a blockchain network 214. The advertisement supervision platform 205 is provided with an advertisement supervision device. Upon receiving the medical advertisement from the advertisement delivery platform 203, the advertisement supervision means extracts authentication information from the received medical advertisement, and compares the extracted authentication information with the authentication information recorded in the blockchain 216 to perform advertisement supervision. The structure and operation of the advertisement administration apparatus will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 7-14.
After the advertisement administration platform 205 confirms that the received medical advertisement is a compliant medical advertisement, the advertisement administration platform 205 provides the medical advertisement to the advertisement triggering platform 209. The ad trigger platform 209 advertises for presentation medical ads that are confirmed to be compliant. For example, the ad trigger platform 209 may make admission decisions, orders, and exposes the medical ads according to the general logic & rules of the SEM.
A method and apparatus for policing medical advertisements based on blockchains according to embodiments of the present specification will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 7-14.
FIG. 7 illustrates a flow diagram of one example of a method 700 for curating medical advertisements based on blockchains in accordance with an embodiment of the present description. Method 700 is performed by an advertisement administration apparatus. In the illustrated example in fig. 7, the authentication information recorded in the blockchain 216 is authentication information that is not encrypted.
As shown in fig. 7, at block 710, a medical advertisement to be administered is obtained from the advertising platform 203. The medical advertisement is generated at the advertisement delivery platform 203 based on advertisement delivery information provided by the medical institution, including authentication information provided by the medical institution. Here, the medical advertisement may be, for example, a disease treatment advertisement of a hospital, or a medical device advertisement of a medical device provided by a medical device manufacturer, for example, a medical device for treating a specific disease or having a specific purpose, such as a thermal macgil ultrasonic knife, a stego, a medical device, or the like.
At block 720, first authentication information is extracted from the medical advertisement based on the content format of the authentication information. Here, the content format of the authentication information is a general authentication information content format, which is consistent with the content format of the authentication information used when the blocks are packed in the process of recording the authentication information to the blockchain. For example, if the data structure used by the authentication information when the tile is packaged is the data structure format shown in fig. 3, the first authentication information is extracted from the medical advertisement based on the data structure format shown in fig. 3 in block 720. In one implementation, for example, the advertisement content of the medical advertisement may be analyzed to determine an authentication type, thereby obtaining an authentication information content format corresponding to the authentication type. Here, the correspondence between the authentication type and the authentication information content format may be an industry standard, or may be issued to the advertisement monitoring platform in advance by a medical authentication authority.
At block 730, a hash calculation is performed on the extracted first authentication information to obtain a first authentication content hash value. Here, the hash calculation performed at the advertisement administration apparatus takes the same hash calculation manner as that performed on the block chain.
After the first authentication content hash value is calculated, at block 740, a compliance check is performed using the resulting first authentication content hash value. Specifically, it is checked whether a second authentication content hash value that is consistent with the first authentication content hash value exists in the blockchain 216. If a second authentication content hash value that is consistent with the first authentication content hash value exists in the blockchain 216, the authentication information in the medical advertisement is considered to be consistent with the authentication information recorded in the blockchain 216, and the medical advertisement compliance is confirmed. If the second authentication content hash value consistent with the first authentication content hash value does not exist in the blockchain 216, the authentication information in the medical advertisement is considered to be inconsistent with the authentication information recorded in the blockchain 216, so that the medical advertisement is confirmed to have false information, and therefore the medical advertisement is not in compliance.
In one example, the ad administration platform 205 may have an ad platform database 207, as shown in FIG. 2. The advertisement platform database 207 includes a list of authentication content hash values that includes authentication content hash values for all authentication information stored in all tiles of the blockchain 216 issued via the blockchain network node. Fig. 8 is a diagram illustrating an example of an authentication content hash value list according to an embodiment of the present specification. It is noted that the hash value shown in fig. 8 is merely an example, and in other examples, the hash value may have a longer or shorter number of bytes. In another example, the ad platform database 207 may also be disposed in a third party device accessible by the ad administration platform 205. Accordingly, the ad administration platform 205 is networked with the blockchain network 214 via the ad platform data 207.
In this case, the advertisement administration apparatus inquires of the advertisement platform database 207 whether there is a second authentication content hash value that coincides with the first authentication content hash value. If there is a second authentication content hash value in the advertisement platform database 207 that is consistent with the first authentication content hash value, medical advertisement compliance is confirmed. If the second authentication content hash value that is consistent with the first authentication content hash value does not exist in the advertisement platform database 207, it is confirmed that the medical advertisement is not compliant.
In another example, the ad platform database 207 may not be included. In this case, the ad administration platform 205 queries directly in the blockchain 216 whether there is a second authentication content hash value that is consistent with the first authentication content hash value.
In another example, in addition to issuing the authentication information to the medical facility platform 201, the medical authentication facility also issues to the medical facility platform 201 an authentication address hash value that the authentication information stores in the blockchain, i.e., an address hash value that stores the authentication information. Accordingly, the authentication address hash value is included in the advertisement placement information provided by the medical institution platform 201 to the advertisement placement platform 203. The advertising platform 203 includes the authentication address hash value in the generated advertisement. Thus, the advertisement administration device may extract the authentication address hash value from the advertisement. For example, the extraction policy of the advertisement policing apparatus may include extracting a hash value contained in the advertisement. Alternatively, the authentication address hash value may be provided to the advertisement administration device by the advertisement delivery platform 203 in other suitable manners.
In this case, as shown in FIG. 9, at block 910, the advertising administration device queries the blockchain 216 for a second authentication content hash value corresponding to the authentication address hash value. Then, at block 920, it is checked whether the second authentication content hash value matches the first authentication content hash value. If so, at block 930, the medical advertisement is confirmed to be a compliant medical advertisement. If not, at block 940, it is determined that the medical advertisement is not a compliant medical advertisement.
Upon confirmation that the medical advertisement is a compliant medical advertisement, the medical advertisement is provided to the advertisement trigger platform for advertisement presentation at block 750. Upon determining that the medical advertisement is not a compliant medical advertisement, at block 760, advertisement presentation of the medical advertisement is inhibited.
With the advertisement supervision method shown in fig. 7, the authenticity and the non-tamper property of the authentication information in the medical advertisement can be ensured by using the block link network established based on the medical certification authority, thereby realizing effective filtering of the medical advertisement before advertisement placement.
By using the advertisement supervision method shown in fig. 7, the advertisement platform database is set in the advertisement supervision platform or the third-party device, and the authentication content hash value list of all the authentication information in the block records of the block chain is sent to the advertisement platform database via the connected block chain network node, so that the advertisement supervision platform can directly query the second authentication content hash value in the advertisement platform database without querying in the block chain, thereby improving the query efficiency of the authentication content hash value and further improving the compliance check efficiency of the medical advertisement.
By using the advertisement supervision method shown in fig. 9, the authentication address hash value is issued to the medical institution platform, and the authentication address hash value is included in the advertisement delivery information and provided to the advertisement delivery platform, and then provided to the advertisement supervision platform, so that the advertisement supervision platform can directly and quickly query the corresponding second authentication content hash value by using the authentication address hash value, thereby improving the query efficiency of the authentication content hash value, and further improving the compliance check efficiency of the medical advertisement.
Fig. 10 shows a flow diagram of another example of a method 1000 for curating medical advertisements based on blockchains in accordance with an embodiment of the present description. In the example shown in fig. 10, the authentication information recorded in the blockchain 216 is encrypted authentication information. Here, the encryption method for the authentication information may be encryption using the encryption method described above, and the encryption for the authentication information may be encryption for part or all of the authentication information.
As shown in fig. 10, at block 1001, a medical advertisement to be administered and an encryption key are obtained from the advertisement delivery platform 203. The medical advertisement is generated at the advertisement delivery platform 203 based on advertisement delivery information provided by the medical institution, including authentication information provided by the medical institution. The encryption key can be issued to the medical institution by the block chain nodes and then provided to the advertisement delivery platform by the medical institution.
At block 1002, first authentication information is extracted from the medical advertisement based on a content format of the authentication information. For example, the first authentication information may be extracted from the medical advertisement in a data structure format shown in fig. 3.
At block 1003, the extracted first authentication information is encrypted. Here, the encryption for the first authentication information may be performed in the same encryption manner as that in the medical authentication authority, that is, the same encryption algorithm is employed to encrypt the same authentication information portion.
At block 1004, the encrypted first authentication information is hashed to obtain a first authentication content hash value. Here, the hash calculation performed at the advertisement supervision apparatus and the hash calculation performed in the block packing process employ the same hash calculation manner.
After the first authentication content hash value is calculated, at block 1005, it is checked whether a second authentication content hash value consistent with the first authentication content hash value is present in the blockchain 216. The verification of the authentication content hash value of block 1005 may be as described in block 740 described with reference to fig. 7.
In the absence of a second authenticated content hash value that is consistent with the first authenticated content hash value in blockchain 216, at block 1006, the healthcare advertisement is confirmed to not be a compliant healthcare advertisement and advertisement presentation of the healthcare advertisement is inhibited.
When a second authentication content hash value that matches the first authentication content hash value exists in the blockchain 216, second authentication information corresponding to the second authentication content hash value is acquired from the blockchain 216 at block 1007.
At block 1008, the second authentication information is decrypted using the decryption key. In the case of a symmetric encryption algorithm, the decryption key used by the decryption process may be the same key as the encryption key. In the case of an asymmetric encryption algorithm, a public/private key pair is generated when encrypting authentication information. The authentication information is encrypted with one key (e.g., a public key) of the public/private key pair and the key used for encryption is issued to the medical institution and the other key (e.g., a private key) is issued as a decryption key to the advertising administration platform 205, e.g., to the advertising platform database, and stored in the advertising platform database in correspondence with the corresponding authentication content hash value. In this case, after the second authentication content hash value is obtained, the corresponding decryption key is found from the advertisement platform database. Then, the second authentication information is decrypted using the decryption key.
At block 1009, the second authentication information is checked for consistency with the first authentication information. For example, it is detected whether all fields of the authentication information coincide.
When the second authentication information is consistent with the first authentication information, at block 1010, the medical advertisement is confirmed to be a compliant medical advertisement and provided to the advertisement trigger platform 209 for advertisement presentation.
When the second authentication information does not correspond to the first authentication information, at block 1006, it is confirmed that the medical advertisement is not a compliant medical advertisement and advertisement presentation of the medical advertisement is inhibited.
It is to be noted here that various forms of modifications may be made to the embodiment shown in fig. 10. For example, in one example, the operations of blocks 1007 through 1009 in fig. 10 may not be included. Alternatively, in another example, the operations of blocks 1003 and 1008 in fig. 10 may not be included.
With the advertisement supervision method shown in fig. 10, after it is checked that the first authentication content hash value is consistent with the second authentication content hash value, it is further checked whether the first authentication information corresponding to the first authentication content hash value is consistent with the second authentication information corresponding to the second authentication content hash value, so that false verification caused by hash collision can be avoided, thereby improving the accuracy of advertisement supervision.
With the advertisement supervision method shown in fig. 10, by performing encryption processing before block-packing the authentication information, it is possible to prevent the authentication information from being learned by other medical authentication authorities to cause information leakage, thereby protecting the data privacy of the authentication information.
Fig. 11 shows a flow diagram of another example of a method 1100 for curating medical advertisements based on blockchains in accordance with an embodiment of the present description.
As shown in FIG. 11, at block 1110, a medical advertisement to be administered is obtained from the advertising platform 203. The medical advertisement is generated at the advertisement delivery platform 203 based on advertisement delivery information provided by the medical institution, the advertisement delivery information including authentication information provided by the medical institution and an authentication address hash value.
At block 1120, first authentication information is extracted from the medical advertisement based on the content format of the authentication information. For example, the first authentication information may be extracted from the medical advertisement in a data structure format shown in fig. 3.
At block 1130, second authentication information corresponding to the authentication address hash value is obtained from blockchain 216.
At block 1140, it is checked whether the first authentication information matches the second authentication information.
When the first authentication information matches the second authentication information, at block 1150, the medical advertisement is confirmed to be a compliant medical advertisement and provided to the advertisement trigger platform for advertisement presentation.
When the first authentication information does not match the second authentication information, at block 1160, it is confirmed that the medical advertisement is not a compliant medical advertisement and advertisement presentation of the medical advertisement is inhibited.
By using the advertisement supervision method shown in fig. 11, the authentication address hash value is issued to the medical institution platform, and the authentication address hash value is included in the advertisement delivery information and provided to the advertisement delivery platform, and then provided to the advertisement supervision platform, so that the advertisement supervision platform can directly and quickly query the corresponding second authentication information by using the authentication address hash value, thereby improving the query efficiency of the authentication information and further improving the compliance check efficiency of the medical advertisement.
Fig. 12 illustrates a block diagram of one example of an apparatus 1200 for curating medical advertisements based on blockchains (hereinafter "advertisement curation apparatus 1200") according to embodiments of the present description. As shown in fig. 12, the advertisement supervision apparatus 1200 includes an advertisement acquisition unit 1210, an authentication information extraction unit 1220, a hash calculation unit 1230, a hash value verification unit 1240, and a compliance confirmation unit 1250.

The operation of the advertisement acquisition unit 1210 may refer to the operation of block 710 described above with reference to fig. 7.
The authentication information extraction unit 1220 is configured to extract first authentication information from the medical advertisement based on a content format of the authentication information. The operation of the authentication information extraction unit 1220 may refer to the operation of the block 720 described above with reference to fig. 7.

In one example, the advertising administration platform 205 may have an advertising platform database 207. The advertisement platform database 207 includes an authentication content hash value list including authentication content hash values of all authentication information recorded in all blocks of the block chain issued via a block chain network node. In this case, the hash value verifying unit 1240 inquires of the advertisement platform database whether there is a second authenticated content hash value identical to the first authenticated content hash value. In another example, the ad platform database 207 may also be disposed in a third party device accessible by the ad administration platform 205. Accordingly, the hash value verifying unit 1240 accesses the advertisement platform database 207 in the third party device to inquire whether there is a second authenticated content hash value that is identical to the first authenticated content hash value. In another example, the ad platform database 207 may not be included. In this case, the hash value verification unit 1240 directly inquires of the block chain 216 whether there is a second authentication content hash value that coincides with the first authentication content hash value.
In another example, the advertising placement information provided by the medical facility includes an authentication address hash value. Accordingly, the hash value verifying unit 1240 may include a query module (not shown) and a hash value checking module (not shown). Further, optionally, the advertisement supervision apparatus 1300 may further include an advertisement providing unit (not shown). The advertisement providing unit is configured to provide the medical advertisement determined to be compliant to the advertisement trigger platform for advertisement presentation.
Fig. 14 illustrates a block diagram of another example of an apparatus 1400 for curating medical advertisements based on blockchains (hereinafter referred to simply as "advertisement curation apparatus 1400") according to embodiments of the present description. As shown in fig. 14, the advertisement supervision apparatus 1400 includes an advertisement acquisition unit 1410, an authentication information extraction unit 1420, an authentication information acquisition unit 1430, an authentication information verification unit 1440, and a compliance confirmation unit 1450.
The advertisement acquisition unit 1410 is configured to acquire a medical advertisement to be regulated from the advertisement placement platform 203.
