Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an information presentation process in an embodiment provided in the present specification. As shown in fig. 1, in an example of a scenario provided by an embodiment of this specification, a service terminal may send a transaction request for a current transaction object to a server, where the transaction request may include an object identifier of the current transaction object, and the object identifier is used to identify the current transaction object. The server may perform transaction processing according to the transaction request, and generate current transaction data of the transaction request, where the current transaction data may include the object identifier. The server can obtain one or more pre-configured transaction objects closely related to the transaction of the current transaction object according to the object identification as the related resource. The server can obtain the resource information of the one or more associated resources and send the resource information to the information display terminal, so that the information display terminal can display the resource information. By utilizing the relevance among the transaction objects, after a user conducts the transaction of a certain transaction object, the information of other relevant transaction objects of the transaction object is displayed to the user in time, and the transaction amount of the product can be further improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of the information display method provided in this specification. Although the present specification provides the method steps or apparatus structures as shown in the following examples or figures, more or less steps or modules may be included in the method or apparatus structures based on conventional or non-inventive efforts. In the case of steps or structures which do not logically have the necessary cause and effect relationship, the execution order of the steps or the block structure of the apparatus is not limited to the execution order or the block structure shown in the embodiments or the drawings of the present specification. When the described method or module structure is applied to a device, a server or an end product in practice, the method or module structure according to the embodiment or the figures may be executed sequentially or in parallel (for example, in a parallel processor or multi-thread processing environment, or even in an implementation environment including distributed processing and server clustering).
In a specific embodiment of the information presentation method provided in this specification, as shown in fig. 2, the method may be applied to a server of an information presentation system, and the method may include the following steps:
s20: and acquiring an object identifier from current transaction data, wherein the current transaction data is generated according to a transaction request sent by a service terminal, and the object identifier is used for identifying a current transaction object corresponding to the transaction request.
The server may obtain an object identifier from current transaction data, where the current transaction data may be generated according to a transaction request sent by a service terminal, and the object identifier may be used to identify a current transaction object corresponding to the transaction request.
The transaction object may include a product that the user transacts at the service terminal. The products may include apparel, jewelry, financial products, and the like. The user may initiate a transaction for a current transaction object through the service terminal, and the service terminal may generate a transaction request for the current transaction object, where the transaction request may include an object identifier, and the object identifier may be used to identify the transaction object. The service terminal can send the transaction request to the server, and the server can perform transaction processing according to the transaction request and generate current transaction data of the current transaction object. Accordingly, the object identification of the current transaction object may be included in the current transaction data.
S22: and acquiring an associated resource set corresponding to the object identifier, wherein the associated resource set comprises at least one associated resource of the current transaction object, and the associated resource represents the transaction object with a transaction association relation with the current transaction object.
The server may obtain an associated resource set corresponding to the object identifier, where the associated resource set may include at least one associated resource of the current transaction object, and the associated resource may represent a transaction object having a transaction association relationship with the current transaction object.
The server may be pre-configured with associated resource sets corresponding to the transaction objects, and the associated resource sets may be identified by object identifiers of the transaction objects. After the server obtains the object identifier from the current transaction data, the server can obtain the associated resource set corresponding to the current transaction object according to the object identifier.
The set of associated resources may include at least one associated resource of the current trading object, and the associated resource may represent a trading object having a trading association with the current trading object. The transaction object having the transaction association relationship with the current transaction object may be determined according to historical transaction data, description information of each transaction object, an expert experience library, and the like.
For example, for a transaction object: the vehicle loan, which corresponds to the associated transaction object, may be an ETC (road electronic toll collection). After the user transacts the car loan, the user may need to transact the ETC in the next step, and then the associated transaction object corresponding to the car loan may be set as the ETC, and the ETC is used as the associated resource of the car loan and is put into the associated resource set corresponding to the car loan. For the transaction object: the related transaction object corresponding to a certain financing product A can be other financing products B or insurance products C with less difference in money amount, and the like. The financial product B or the insurance product C can be taken as the associated resource of the financial product A and put into the associated resource set corresponding to the financial product A.
In some embodiments, the associated resources in the set of associated resources may be determined by:
acquiring a first transaction data set corresponding to the current transaction object, wherein the first transaction data set comprises at least one first transaction data, and the first transaction data comprises a user identifier;
acquiring a preset number of second transaction data corresponding to corresponding user identifications before and after each first transaction data occurs, and acquiring a second transaction data set; wherein the second transaction data comprises a second transaction object;
extracting the transaction times of each second transaction object in the second transaction data set and the distance between each second transaction object and the current transaction object, wherein the distance is determined according to the transaction number of the interval between the second transaction data corresponding to the second transaction object and the corresponding first transaction data;
determining the transaction association closeness degree of each second transaction object and the current transaction object according to the transaction times of each second transaction object and the distance between each second transaction object and the current transaction object;
and determining the second trading object with the trading association closeness degree larger than a specified threshold value as the associated resource of the current trading object.
The association resource may be used to represent trading objects that are more closely associated with the current trading object than a specified threshold. The degree of closeness of transaction relationship between the transaction objects can be analyzed in advance, and the degree of closeness of transaction relationship can be used for representing the degree of relevance of each transaction object in the actual transaction.
The closeness of the transactional relationship between the transaction objects may be determined from a large amount of historical transactional data. For example, a first transaction data set corresponding to the current transaction object X may be obtained, and the first transaction data set may include at least one first transaction data. Each transaction data may include a user identification. The transaction data of the same user identifier may be analyzed first, for example, for the user identifier Y, the first transaction data R of the user identifier Y may be obtained, and 2j second transaction data performed by the user identifier Y before and after the first transaction data R are obtained. Each second transaction data includes a corresponding transaction object, and for convenience of description, may be defined as a second transaction object.
For any one first transaction data in the first transaction data set, the user identifier of the first transaction data may be obtained, and according to the above manner, 2j second transaction data corresponding to each first transaction data are obtained to form a second transaction data set.
Then, a second transaction object of each second transaction data in the second transaction data set may be extracted, and statistical analysis may be performed on the extracted second transaction object. More than one second transaction data corresponding to some second transaction objects may appear, and the number of the second transaction data corresponding to each second transaction object in the second transaction data set may be counted as the transaction frequency of the second transaction object. Some of the second transaction data corresponding to the second transaction object may be the first transaction data RiThe first transaction before and after the occurrence may be the second transaction, the third transaction, and the jth transaction.
In some embodiments, the distance between each second transaction object and the current transaction object X may be quantified by using the transaction number of the interval between the second transaction data corresponding to the second transaction object and the first transaction data corresponding to the user identifier of the second transaction data. For example, the user identifier of the second transaction data W corresponding to a certain second transaction object Q is Y, the first transaction data R corresponding to Y is obtained, then, the second transaction data W may be analyzed as the first transaction before and after the first transaction data R occurs, if the second transaction data W is the first transaction, the number of interval transactions is zero, and if the second transaction data W is the jth transaction, the number of interval transactions is j-1.
Then, the reciprocal of the number of transactions of the interval after adding 1 can be taken as the distance between the second transaction object Q and the current transaction object X. Of course, other quantization modes may be used, and are not limited herein. The greater the number of transactions at an interval, the greater the distance.
Then, features such as the number of times of transaction of each second transaction object and the distance between each second transaction object and the current transaction object may be counted, and the transaction association closeness between each second transaction object and the current transaction object may be determined according to the extracted features. The larger the number of times, the closer the second trading object is to the trading relation of the current trading object. In some embodiments, the extracted features may be learned using a machine learning algorithm to determine how closely the transaction is associated.
In some embodiments, the trading objects with the transaction association closeness degree greater than a specified threshold value can be used as the association resources of the trading objects. The specified threshold may be determined according to an actual application scenario.
In other embodiments, an associated user identifier corresponding to the user identifier of the first transaction data may also be obtained; accordingly, the second transaction data set is obtained by: and acquiring corresponding user identifications before and after the first transaction data occur and a preset number of second transaction data corresponding to the associated user identifications to acquire a second transaction data set. The associated user identifier may be preconfigured according to an association relationship between users. Some users have an association relationship, such as a relationship of relatives, an affinity relationship, and the like. For example, association relations, such as relatives, among users pre-stored in the server can be obtained; or determining whether a relatively close transaction relationship exists between the users according to historical transaction data.
Then, when the second transaction data is obtained, in addition to the transaction data corresponding to the user identifier of the first transaction data, the transaction data corresponding to the associated user identifier corresponding to the user identifier may be further obtained as the second transaction data. Therefore, the transaction habits of a certain user and the associated users of the certain user can be comprehensively analyzed to determine other transaction objects which are possible to be transacted before and after the transaction of the current transaction object occurs. For example, after the husband finishes the car loan, the wife may transact ETC. Therefore, by using the scheme, the trading objects which are closely related to the current trading objects can be more accurately and comprehensively extracted.
In other embodiments, the resource associated with the current transaction object may be further determined in combination with a pre-configured transaction order set of transaction objects, where the transaction order set includes transaction orders between one or more transaction objects. The possible transaction sequence of one or more transaction objects in an actual transaction may be determined by analysis of historical transaction data or in conjunction with a expert experience library.
Correspondingly, the acquiring resource information corresponding to one or more associated resources in the associated resource set includes: sequencing each associated resource in the associated resource set according to the transaction sequence set and the transaction association closeness degree; and sequencing the resource information corresponding to the one or more top associated resources from the associated resource set.
A trading object subsequent to the current trading object may be determined from the trading order set as a third trading object. For example, K third transaction objects may exist after the current transaction object X is collected in the transaction sequence, where the K third transaction objects represent that the K third transaction objects are likely to be performed after the current transaction object X is performed by the user in the actual transaction scene. The K third transaction objects may be determined by a large amount of historical data and a base of expert experience. Then, the transaction association affinity degrees corresponding to the K third transaction objects may be obtained, the K third transaction objects are sorted according to the sequence of the transaction association affinity degrees from large to small, the sorted K third transaction objects are placed into the sequential association resource subset, other association resources in the association resource set are placed into the potential association resource subset, and sorting is performed according to the sequence of the transaction association affinity degrees from large to small.
Then, the resource information of the K third transaction objects in the sequentially associated resource subset may be sequentially sent to the information presentation terminal. And after the resources in the sequential associated resource subset are sent, sending the resource information of each resource of the potential associated resource subset to the information display terminal in sequence.
Some transaction objects may have a relatively fixed transaction sequence, for example, after a user transacts a car loan, the user usually transacts an ETC, and purchases a car insurance, and the information delivery sequence of the transaction objects is determined by further combining the fixed transaction sequence of some transaction objects, so that the reasonability of information delivery can be further improved, and the transaction success rate is further improved.
S24: and acquiring resource information corresponding to one or more associated resources in the associated resource set, wherein the resource information represents information displayed by the associated resources on an information display terminal.
The server may obtain one or more associated resources from the set of associated resources. One or more associated resources can be randomly acquired from the associated resource set, and then, resource information corresponding to the corresponding associated resources is acquired. Or, in some embodiments, the associated resources in the associated resource set may be sorted according to the degree of closeness of the transaction association, and the server may extract the associated resources from the associated resource set in order, and then obtain resource information corresponding to the corresponding associated resources.
The resource information may represent information that the associated resource is displayed at an information display terminal. The resource information may be advertisement information, function introduction information, etc. of each transaction object. The resource information set can be configured in advance for each transaction object and identified by the object identification. The associated resources in the associated resource set can be identified by using the object identifiers, the server can acquire the object identifiers corresponding to the associated resources from the associated resource set, then acquire the resource information set of the associated resources according to the object identifiers, and further acquire the resource information of the associated resources from the resource information set.
S26: and sending the resource information to an information display terminal so as to display the information display terminal.
The server can send the acquired resource information to the information display terminal, and the information display terminal can display the resource information.
In the embodiment, by using the relevance between the transaction objects, after the user conducts the transaction of a certain transaction object, the information of other relevant transaction objects of the transaction object is displayed to the user in time, so that the user can know and pay attention to the information of other relevant transaction objects corresponding to the transaction object in time, and the transaction amount and the transaction success rate can be further improved.
It should be noted that the method described above may also include other embodiments according to the description of the foregoing method embodiments. The specific implementation manner may refer to the description of the related method embodiment, and is not described in detail herein.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments.
