Detailed Description
Fig. 1 illustrates a vaccine information management server 10 and at least one vaccination terminal 20 capable of communicating with the vaccine information management server 10 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The inoculating terminal 20 may be an electronic device, such as a computer or a server, applied to medical and health institutions, such as provincial, municipal or county hospitals, centers for disease prevention and control, and centers for social health. Wherein, each vaccination terminal 20 can log in the vaccine information management server 10 through registration information (including user name and password, etc.), so as to perform information interaction with the vaccine information management server 10.
The vaccine information management server 10 can also communicate with a plurality of production terminals 30. The production terminal 30 is an electronic device, such as a computer or a server, used by each vaccine manufacturer. Each production terminal 30 can log in the vaccine information management server 10 through registration information, so as to perform information interaction with the vaccine information management server 10. In the vaccine production process, the vaccine manufacturer can automatically generate a production batch number and a unique identification code for each vaccine so as to generate factory information of the vaccine. In this embodiment, the factory information of the vaccine may further include a vaccine type, an identification of the vaccine manufacturer (such as a name or a license number of the vaccine manufacturer), a production date, and the like. After the vaccine production is completed, the circulation link is entered, and the vaccine manufacturer can sell and transport the vaccine to various medical and health institutions. The production terminal 30 of the vaccine manufacturer is configured to send factory information of each vaccine to the vaccine information management server 10. In another embodiment, the factory information of the vaccine can be directly inputted into the vaccine information management server 10 by an input device (e.g., a keyboard or a code scanner), or can be transmitted to the vaccine information management server 10 by an external storage device or a remote terminal device.
The vaccine information management server 10 can also communicate with at least one quality monitoring terminal 40. The quality control terminal 40 is an electronic device, such as a computer or a server, used by a vaccine supervision department (e.g., a national drug administration). Each quality control terminal 40 can log in the vaccine information management server 10 through registration information, so as to perform information interaction with the vaccine information management server 10. When the vaccine supervision department searches out an illegal vaccine, the quality monitoring terminal 40 of the vaccine supervision department is used for sending the illegal production batch number of the vaccine to the vaccine information management server 10. The illegal vaccine can be a fake vaccine produced by illegal persons who illegally use identification codes, or a failed vaccine caused by the fact that the storage, transportation and circulation processes do not meet the standards. In another embodiment, the illegal production lot number can be directly inputted into the vaccine information management server 10 by an input device (e.g., a keyboard).
Fig. 2 is a program architecture diagram of the vaccine information management server shown in fig. 1. The vaccine information management server 10 includes a first memory 11 and a first processor 12. The first memory 11 is used for storing a vaccine tracking system 100. The vaccine tracking system 100 includes one or more program modules comprised of program code. The first processor 12 is configured to load and execute various program modules of the vaccine tracking system 100. The vaccine tracking system 100 includes a storage control module 101, a primary verification module 102, an update module 103, a secondary verification module 104, and an audit module 105.
The specific functions of the program modules of the vaccine tracking system 100 will be described below with reference to fig. 3 (a) and 3 (b).
Referring to fig. 3 (a) and 3 (b), a vaccine tracking method according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is applied to the vaccine information management server 10. The order of the steps of the vaccine tracing method can be changed according to different requirements, and certain steps can be omitted or combined. The vaccine tracking method comprises the following steps:
step S31, the storage control module 101 receives the factory information of each vaccine sent by the production terminal 30, generates a basic information table of the vaccine according to the factory information of the vaccine and a vaccine state, and stores the basic information table into the first memory 11, where the vaccine state is set to be a first vaccine state, and as shown in table 1, the first vaccine state may be "no vaccination".
Table 1 table of primordial information for vaccines
Figure BDA0001857430870000071
After each health and medical institution receives the vaccines from the vaccine manufacturer, the identification code (hereinafter referred to as the first scanning identification code) of each vaccine is scanned for the first time by a code scanner (not shown) in a subsequent warehousing section. Specifically, the code scanner may be electrically connected to the inoculation terminal 20 of the health care facility. The vaccination terminal 20 obtains the first scanning identification code of the code scanner, and sends the first scanning identification code and the identity of the medical and health institution to the vaccine information management server 10, so as to trigger the vaccine information management server 10 to judge the first scanning identification code.
In step S32, the primary verification module 102 receives the first scanning identification code and the identification of the health and medical institution sent by the inoculation terminal 20, and determines whether the first scanning identification code is consistent with one of the stored identification codes. If yes, go to step S33; otherwise, step S35 is performed.
Step S33, the primary verification module 102 determines whether the vaccine status corresponding to the first scanning identification code in the basic information table is a first vaccine status, if yes, step S34 is performed; otherwise, step S35 is performed.
Step S34, the primary verification module 102 determines that the currently scanned vaccine is a legal vaccine and sends the determination result to the vaccination terminal 20, and the update module 103 updates the basic information table of the vaccine for the first time by using the identity of the medical and health institution as receiving institution information. The basic information table after the first update is shown in table 2. Then, the flow advances to step S36.
TABLE 2 basic information Table for vaccines after first update
Figure BDA0001857430870000081
/>
In a step S35, the operation of the method is carried out, the primary verification module 102 determines that the currently scanned vaccine is an illegal vaccine and sends the determination result to the vaccination terminal 20.
Therefore, the vaccination terminal 20 can know whether the currently scanned vaccine is a legal vaccine according to the current judgment result, and further determine whether to put the vaccine in storage.
After the vaccine is put in storage, the medical health institution notifies an vaccinee (which may be an adult or a child) needing to be vaccinated to arrive at the medical health institution on time for vaccination. Specifically, the inoculation terminal 20 of the medical and health institution stores the corresponding relationship among the names, contact information (such as mailbox, mobile phone number or micro-signal), vaccines to be inoculated and the predetermined inoculation time of a plurality of inoculators. The vaccination terminal 20 sends a vaccination notice to the vaccinee through the contact way of the vaccinee before the preset vaccination time according to the corresponding relation, wherein the vaccination notice comprises the type of the vaccine to be vaccinated by the vaccinee, the name and the address of the medical and health institution.
When the vaccinee reaches the health care facility, the health care facility will scan the identification code of the vaccine a second time by the code scanner before using (vaccinating) the session. Specifically, the staff (such as a doctor or a nurse) of the health and medical institution currently scans the identification code (hereinafter, referred to as a second scanning identification code) of the vaccine through the code scanner and sends the second scanning identification code to the vaccine information management server 10, thereby triggering the vaccine information management server 10 to judge the second scanning identification code.
In step S36, the secondary verification module 104 receives the second scanning identification code sent by the inoculating terminal 20, and determines whether the second scanning identification code is consistent with one of the stored identification codes. If yes, go to step S37; otherwise, step S39 is performed.
Step S37, the secondary verification module 104 determines whether the vaccine state corresponding to the second scanning identification code in the basic information table is the first vaccine state, if so, step S38 is performed; otherwise, step S39 is performed.
In step S38, the secondary verification module 104 determines that the currently scanned vaccine is a legal vaccine and sends the determination result to the vaccination terminal 20.
In step S39, the secondary verification module 104 determines that the currently scanned vaccine is an illegal vaccine and sends the determination result to the vaccination terminal 20.
Therefore, the staff of the medical and health institution can know whether the currently scanned vaccine is a legal vaccine or not according to the current judgment result, so that the situation that the vaccine is exchanged by lawless persons before the warehousing link and the inoculation link is avoided. After the vaccination, the vaccination terminal 20 is further configured to send the name of the vaccinee who vaccinated with the vaccine to the vaccine information management server 10.
Step S40, the updating module 103 receives the name of the vaccinee corresponding to the identification code sent by the vaccination terminal 20, updates the basic information table of the vaccine again with the name of the vaccinee as the vaccinee information, and updates the first vaccine state of the vaccine in the basic information table to the second vaccine state. The updated basic information table is shown in table 3, and the second vaccine status may be "vaccinated".
TABLE 3 basic information Table of vaccine after re-update
Figure BDA0001857430870000101
Therefore, when a lawbreaker steals the same identification code to produce an illegal vaccine and sells the illegal vaccine to the health care institution, the health care institution scans the identification code before the warehousing link and the using link and sends the identification code to the vaccine information management server 10, thereby triggering the vaccine information management server 10 to verify the identification code. When the identification code is already stored in the first memory 11 and the vaccination status corresponding to the identification code is "vaccinated", the vaccine information management server 10 can determine that the vaccine corresponding to the identification code is an illegal vaccine (as in step S35 or step S39), thereby preventing the identification code of the vaccine from being stolen by an illegal person.
Step S41, the inspection module 105 receives at least one illegal production lot number of the illegal vaccine sent by the quality monitoring terminal 40, determines whether the illegal production lot number is consistent with one of the stored production lot numbers, and if so, performs step S42; otherwise, the flow ends.
Step S42, the checking module 105 determines a plurality of identification codes belonging to the production lot number according to the basic information table and determines whether the vaccine state corresponding to the identification codes is a second vaccine state, if yes, step S43 is performed; otherwise, step S44 is performed.
In step S43, the audit module 105 generates a control command by using the identification code as an illegal identification code and sends the control command to the vaccination terminal 20, so as to trigger the vaccination terminal 20 to determine the vaccinee corresponding to the illegal identification code and the contact manner thereof, and send a reseeding notice to the vaccinee through the contact manner, wherein the reseeding notice is used for notifying the vaccinee to return to the healthcare institution for re-vaccination.
In step S44, the audit module 105 generates a vaccination stop notification according to the identification code and sends the vaccination stop notification to the vaccination terminal 20, so as to notify the vaccination corresponding to the identification code to the vaccination terminal 20 that the vaccination is an illegal vaccination, thereby preventing the staff of the medical and health institution from vaccinating the vaccinator with the illegal vaccination without knowing.
As shown in FIG. 4, the inoculating terminal 20 includes a second memory 21 and a second processor 22. The second memory 21 is used for storing a vaccine tracking system 200. The vaccine tracking system 200 includes one or more program modules comprised of program code. The second processor 22 is used to load and execute the various program modules of the vaccine tracking system 200. The vaccine tracking system 200 includes a primary verification request module 201, a notification module 202, a secondary verification request module 203, and an update request module 204.
The specific functions of the program modules of the vaccine tracking system 200 will be described below with reference to fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 5, a vaccine tracing method is provided in the vaccination terminal 20 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The sequence of steps of the vaccine tracking method can be changed according to different requirements, and certain steps can be omitted or combined. The vaccine tracking method comprises the following steps:
in step S51, the primary verification request module 201 obtains the first scanning identification code of the code scanner, and sends the first scanning identification code and the identity of the medical and health institution to the vaccine information management server 10, so as to trigger the vaccine information management server 10 to determine the first scanning identification code.
Step S52, the notification module 202 receives the judgment result that the vaccine information management server 10 judges that the vaccine is a legal vaccine, and sends an inoculation notification to the vaccinee who needs to be inoculated, where the inoculation notification is used to notify the vaccinee who needs to be inoculated to arrive at the medical and health institution on time for inoculation. Wherein the vaccination notification includes a type of vaccine that the vaccinee needs to be vaccinated, a name of the healthcare facility, and an address.
In this embodiment, the second memory 21 stores the corresponding relationship among the names of a plurality of inoculators, the contact information (such as mailbox, mobile phone number or micro-signal), the vaccines to be inoculated and the predetermined inoculation time. The inoculating terminal 20 will send the inoculation notification to the inoculator through the contact way of the inoculator before the predetermined inoculation time according to the corresponding relation.
In step S53, the secondary verification request module 203 obtains the second scanning identification code of the code scanner, and sends the second scanning identification code to the vaccine information management server 10, so as to trigger the vaccine information management server 10 to determine the second scanning identification code.
In step S54, the notification module 202 receives the judgment result that the vaccine information management server 10 judges that the vaccine is a legal vaccine.
In one embodiment, the notification module 202 may send a vaccine qualified notification to the vaccinee who needs to be vaccinated after receiving the determination result that the vaccine is judged to be a legal vaccine from the vaccine information management server 10, so as to notify the vaccinee that the currently vaccinated vaccine is a legal vaccine.
In step S55, the update request module 204 sends the name of the vaccinee corresponding to the second scanning identification code to the vaccine information management server 10, so as to trigger the vaccine information management server 10 to update the basic information table of the vaccine with the name of the vaccinee as the vaccinee information, and update the first vaccine state of the vaccine in the basic information table to the second vaccine state.
In this embodiment, the update request module 204 further stores the second scan identification code in association with the name of the vaccinee of the vaccine in the second memory 21, so that the vaccination terminal 20 can search for the corresponding vaccinee according to each identification code.
Step S56, when receiving a control command containing a plurality of illegal identification codes sent by the vaccine information management server 10, the notification module 202 determines the vaccinee corresponding to the illegal identification code and its contact address, and sends a reseeding notification to the vaccinee through the contact address, where the reseeding notification is used to notify the vaccinee to return to the health and medical institution to reseed the vaccine. Wherein the vaccine state of the illegal identification code in the basic information table is a second vaccine state.
The embodiment of the invention can provide reliable guarantee for vaccine supervision, and once the illegal vaccine occurs, the circulation and inoculation conditions of all identification coded vaccines in the same batch can be followed and inquired, so that the medical and health part can timely take necessary treatment to inform an vaccinee inoculated with the illegal vaccine to timely replant the vaccine, thereby avoiding the occurrence of public health major events, maintaining good public trust and having important significance for the healthy development of the medical and health industry.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments are illustrative only and not intended to be limiting, and that suitable modifications and variations may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the true spirit and scope of the invention.
