step S33: the logistics storage node records logistics information to a block chain, generates a triplicate bill of lading and sends the triplicate bill of lading to the outlet business node, and performs hash signature on the logistics information and the bill of lading;
step S34: after the customs nodes of the exporter inspect and receive the taxes for the goods, deploying an inspection record sheet, a tariff invoice and a value-added tax invoice which are signed by hash by using a private key of the exporter, and storing the inspection record sheet, the tariff invoice and the value-added tax invoice on a block chain;
step S35: the import side customs node checks the goods, compares the goods with the checking record sheet of the export side customs node, and after checking whether the goods are consistent with the checking record sheet, the checking record sheet which is hash-signed by the private key of the import side customs node is stored and certified on the block chain, and meanwhile, the tariff invoice and the value-added tax invoice which are hash-signed by the private key of the import side customs node are deployed and certified on the block chain;
step S36: when the logistics storage node transports the goods to the warehouse of the goods selling area of the import business node, the logistics arrival information is recorded on the block chain, and the private key of the logistics arrival information is used for carrying out hash signature.
In step S3, the information related to the transportation process of the goods is uploaded to the block chain, so that each node can effectively monitor the circulation of the goods, and prevent the false trade behavior that only invoices but does not deliver the goods.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 7, the step S4 specifically includes the following steps:
step S41: the export business node verifies the abstract after receiving the three-in-one bill, and after confirming that the bill is sent by the logistics storage node, the export business node issues a complete set of bills signed by a hash of a private key of the export business node to the collection node and records the bills on the block chain;
step S42: the receiving bank node verifies the abstract of the complete document after receiving the complete document, confirms the complete document sent by the export business node, issues the complete document signed by hash of the private key of the receiving bank node to the receiving bank node, prompts payment or accepts a redemption sheet, and uploads prompt information to a block chain;
step S43: the collection agency node verifies the abstract of the complete document after receiving the complete document, after confirming that the complete document is sent by the collection agency node and is accurate, carries out hash signature by using a private key of the collection agency node, prompts the import agency node to pay or accept a redemption sheet, and uploads prompt information to a block chain;
step S44: the importer node verifies the abstract after receiving the prompt message, confirms that the abstract is sent by the collection and delivery node, namely, the payment or acceptance is due to the draft, and records the payment or acceptance information on the block chain after carrying out hash signature by using the private key of the importer node.
In the step S4, the communication information between the nodes related to payment of the money is uploaded to the block chain and endorsement and signature are performed by the related nodes, so as to prevent false transactions, and the nodes verify the information by using the public key of the other node, thereby preventing careless mistakes in the payment process and ensuring the security of the transactions.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 8, the step S5 specifically includes the following steps:
step S51: the collection agency node receives remittance or receives a long-term receipt, firstly verifies the abstract of remittance information, determines that the information is sent by the importer node, then confirms the money information of the remittance and carries out hash signature by using a private key thereof, and issues a bill of which the hash signature is carried out by using the private key thereof to the importer node and records the bill of which the hash signature is carried out by using the private key thereof on a block chain;
step S52: the import business node verifies the abstract after receiving the bill of lading, confirms that the abstract is sent by the collection node, applies for goods extraction through the bill of lading, performs hash signature by using a private key of the import business node, and records the hash signature on the block chain;
step S53: after receiving the information of extracting the goods, the logistics storage node verifies the abstract of the goods, determines that the information is sent by the import business node, and after the import business node extracts the goods, confirms the information of the goods leaving the warehouse, performs hash signature by using a private key of the logistics storage node, and records the information on the block chain.
In the step S5, the collection and collection node issues the bill of lading to the importer node after receiving the payment of the goods, and the importer node can only perform goods extraction activities based on the bill of lading, and the goods delivery information is recorded in the blockchain, so that the situation that the importer node draws goods before paying is prevented, the risk of the bank node is reduced, and the goods extraction process can be effectively supervised by each node.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 9, the step S6 specifically includes the following steps:
step S61: the collection agency node pays remittance or long-term receipt payment paid by the importer node to the collection agency node, confirms the money and interest information of the remittance and uses the private key thereof to carry out hash signature authentication and records the hash signature authentication on the block chain;
step S62: the receiving bank node verifies the abstract after receiving the remittance or the accepted long-term draft, determines that the information is sent by the receiving bank node, confirms the money and interest information of the draft and carries out hash signature by using a private key thereof, records the information on the block chain, pays the surplus to the export business node, carries out hash signature on the surplus payment information by using the private key thereof and records the surplus payment information on the block chain;
step S63: the export business node verifies the abstract after receiving the surplus information of the collection line node, determines that the surplus information is sent by the collection line node, performs hash signature by using a private key of the export business node, and finally records the information on the block chain.
It is to be understood that, in the step S62, if the importer node is in the payment form, the consignor node deducts the deposit fund, interest and related fees, and pays the remainder to the exporter node, and records the remainder information on the block chain after performing hash signature authentication with its own private key, and if the importer node is in the acceptance form, pays the payment when the long-term draft expires.
In step S6, the payment must be sent to the exporter node via the collection node and the collection node, and the remaining payment is sent to the exporter node after the collection node and the collection node deduct the related interest charges, thereby reducing the financial risk of the bank node.
