Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Before describing the embodiments of the present invention, technical terms related to the implementation of the present invention will be described first.
1. Intermediate transition money: when a customer pays money to other people through a bank, the money is paid to the bank firstly due to uncertainty of money payment time, geographical position and the like and complexity of a transaction flow, the bank takes the money as intermediate transition money, and the intermediate transition money is paid out when receiving instructions of paying to other people.
2. The ticket business: the applicant pays money to a bank, and the bank pays the ticket to the applicant; when the ticket holder holds the ticket to pay by the bank or the ticket is put into the bank through the clearing center after the ticket is stored in the bank, the bank pays money unconditionally.
The inventors found that the technical problem is: temporarily storing internal transition money data by using an internal account of a bank, creating product parameters of the service, creating the account and providing a maintenance function of the account, wherein the same internal account is used by the same service; as an internal account of the entity account, there is a risk of manually changing transition money data, namely, there is a risk of manually stealing money; when the actual transaction occurs, the actual posting process is performed on the internal account of the bank, for example: checking the validity of an account, updating the balance of the account, recording transaction running water and the like, consuming additional processing time and affecting customer experience; meanwhile, when the asynchronous general ledger is split, the internal account is required to be split independently.
The inventor discovers the technical problems, fully considers the reliability, the system performance and the customer experience of money data in the development process, and provides an accounting processing scheme which is a novel accounting mechanism for replacing the internal account of the bank: the prompt code is used for processing accounts in the bank. That is, different banking businesses correspond to different accounting subjects, and the embodiment of the invention firstly establishes a one-to-one correspondence between the business accounting subjects and the prompt codes, and then uses the prompt codes to temporarily store/pay intermediate transition money when specific businesses are completed. In the process of real-time business transaction, the prompt code is only recorded and does not participate in financial accounting processing; and when asynchronous accounting is split, the prompt codes are converted into corresponding general accounts. Because the embodiment of the invention adopts the prompt code to temporarily store the transition money data in the bank, when the real-time transaction occurs, the prompt code only records, and does not actually account the physical account in the bank, thereby improving the system performance and the customer experience. The scheme of this accounting is described in detail below.
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of an accounting method according to an embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step 101: when a preset service payment transaction request of a first user is received, acquiring a subject identifier to be calculated corresponding to the preset service;
step 102: determining a prompt code corresponding to the subject identification to be calculated according to the subject identification to be calculated and the relation between the pre-configured subject identification to be calculated and the prompt code; the prompt code represents intermediate transition money data between a first user account and a corresponding second user account;
step 103: performing posting processing on the first user account, and recording a prompt code corresponding to the intermediate transition money data as a prompt code corresponding to the subject identification to be checked;
step 104: when a preset business income transaction request of the second user is received, posting the second user account, and recording a prompt code corresponding to intermediate transition money data as a prompt code corresponding to the subject identification to be checked;
step 105: and when the account removing processing is carried out, obtaining general account data corresponding to the preset service according to the recorded prompt code.
In the prior art, temporary storage of internal transition money data by creating an internal entity account of a bank has the following problems: risk of artificially changing transition money data; when the actual transaction occurs, the actual posting processing of the internal entity account of the bank needs to be carried out for consuming time; and the same kind of business uses the unique internal account of bank, when the business volume is large, high concurrency, the deadlock easily occurs, the system performance is reduced, and the transaction failure is caused.
Compared with the prior art, the accounting processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention works as follows:
first, the relationship between the accounting subject identification and the prompt code is preconfigured.
Secondly, when the transaction actually occurs:
first, when a payment transaction request (e.g., issuing a principal ticket transaction request or a money transfer transaction request, etc.) is received from a preset service (e.g., principal ticket service or money transfer service, etc.) of a first user (e.g., a debit client or credit client mentioned in the following embodiments), a subject identification to be calculated corresponding to the preset service is acquired (see table 1 below, e.g., XX, za, etc.); then, according to the object identification to be checked and the relation between the pre-configured object identification to be checked and the prompt codes, determining the prompt codes corresponding to the object identification to be checked, namely, matching and searching the object identification to be checked in the relation shown in the following table 1, and finding the prompt codes corresponding to the object identification to be checked; the first user account (for example, a debit customer account mentioned in the following embodiments) is subjected to posting, and a prompt code corresponding to intermediate transition money data (if the first user account is a debit customer account, the second user account is a credit customer account) is recorded as a prompt code corresponding to the subject to be calculated.
Second, when receiving the preset service of the second user (for example, if the preset service of the first user is the ticket service, the corresponding preset service of the second user is also the ticket service) and receiving a transaction request (cashing the ticket transaction request), if the second user is the money transfer service, the second user is the money receiving user, the income transaction request can be an instruction sent by a teller, when receiving a trigger instruction (including the income transaction request), the second user account is subjected to account processing, and the prompt code corresponding to the intermediate transition money data is recorded as the prompt code corresponding to the to-be-checked subject identifier.
Thirdly, when the account removing process is performed, general account data corresponding to the preset service is obtained according to the recorded prompt code, which is described in detail in the following embodiments.
By applying the accounting processing method, the following steps are realized: the temporary storage of the transition money by using the prompt code is equivalent to the temporary storage of the transition money, the establishment of an internal account as an entity account is not required, and the risk of manually modifying the transition money data is not required, so that the safety of the transition money data is ensured; secondly, the time consumed by posting the bank internal account when the actual transaction occurs is saved, and the customer experience is improved; then, when the business volume is large and the concurrent transaction is high, the account passing processing is not needed to be carried out on the same internal account, so that the occurrence of overtime waiting and deadlock is prevented, the performance of the system is improved, and the normal operation of the business transaction is ensured.
In summary, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention ensures the safety of transition money data, and improves the efficiency and success rate of transaction, thereby improving user experience.
In particular implementations, the first user (the paying user) and the second user (the receiving user) are two parties involved in processing the transitional funds data, such as a debit party and a credit party.
The following describes each step related to the embodiment of the present invention in detail.
1. Firstly, introducing a step of pre-configuring a corresponding relation between a business accounting subject and a prompt code, namely a parameter mechanism of the prompt code, wherein the step can be realized by a parameter configuration module of the prompt code, and the function of the module is as follows: and setting the corresponding relation between the prompt code and the business accounting subjects and the attribute thereof.
In the specific implementation, the prompt code is a character combination, can be a specific service identifier, and can represent the transition money data corresponding to the service type. A one-to-one correspondence of the prompt code to a specific business accounting subject, and its attributes, such as its attributes related to the accounting split (accounting mechanism and business description), are set as shown in table 1 below.
That is, in one embodiment, the attributes may include accounting split related attributes corresponding to the hint codes.
That is, in one embodiment, the attributes may include: accounting institutions and business descriptions. Wherein the accounting mechanism can be taken from a transaction mechanism, an opponent account mechanism, a province, or a designated mechanism; the service description may be: description of specific services represented by hint codes.
Prompt code Accounting subjects Accounting mechanism Business description
UT 9991 Accounting for easy traffic Temporary deposit of defaults
XX 8381 Line-saving accounting Ticket business transition
Za 8321 Accounting for adversary account rows Money transfer service transition
XY 9014 Accounting for appointed mechanism NOSTRO
TABLE 1
In the concrete implementation, the purpose attribute of each business accounting department can be flexibly set in the form of parameters, and the business accounting department is convenient to use and modify. For example, for the accounting subjects of the bank note business, setting the corresponding prompt code XX, setting the accounting mechanism as provincial, if the accounting of the bank note business is generally belonged to the provincial mechanism, setting the accounting mechanism as appointed mechanism. Therefore, the parameterization mechanism of the prompt code is beneficial to flexibly adjusting the attribute of the prompt code.
In particular, NOSTRO in Table 1 above represents: when bank A opens deposit account at bank B, bank A opens one internal account corresponding to the account.
2. Next, introducing a step of accounting processing in the transaction process by using the pre-configured relationship when the transaction actually occurs, where the step of accounting processing may include a step of accounting in the actual transaction, where the step may be implemented by a real-time accounting module, where the module is used to record only the prompt code and not perform actual accounting processing on the prompt code when the actual transaction occurs, where the step of accounting processing may further include a step of asynchronous accounting splitting to obtain general account data, where the step may be implemented by an asynchronous accounting splitting module, where the function of the module is that: when the general ledger is split according to the account record, the prompt code is converted into the general ledger record of the accounting subjects. The following is a detailed description.
In one embodiment, determining the prompt code corresponding to the to-be-calculated subject identifier according to the to-be-calculated subject identifier and the relationship between the pre-configured to-be-calculated subject identifier and the prompt code may include:
determining a prompt code corresponding to the subject identifier to be calculated and the attribute thereof according to the subject identifier to be calculated and the relationship between the pre-configured subject identifier to be calculated and the prompt code and the attribute thereof;
when the account removing process is performed, obtaining general account data corresponding to the preset service according to the recorded prompt code may include:
and when the account removing processing is carried out, obtaining general account data corresponding to the preset business according to the recorded prompt code and the attribute thereof.
In the implementation, when the business transaction actually occurs, besides determining the prompt code corresponding to the subject to be checked, the attribute corresponding to the subject to be checked, such as the account splitting attribute, is determined, and the account splitting attribute is used for the subsequent account removing processing to obtain general account data.
When the specific implementation is carried out, when the business transaction actually occurs, the prompt code is used as the middle transition in the bank, only the actual posting processing is carried out on the entity account, and the prompt code is only recorded without the actual posting processing. Taking a bank ticketing service as an example:
(1) When issuing the ticket, the customer account A is debited, the ticket business accounting subject is credited (according to the table 1, the accounting subject identification corresponding to the ticket business accounting subject can be XX), the actual posting process (account validity check, account balance update, transaction running water record and the like) is only carried out on the customer account A, and meanwhile, the prompt code of the creditor is recorded as the ticket business accounting prompt code XX. At this point, there is a transaction flow record at customer account A as shown in Table 2 below:
Figure BDA0002350391000000071
/>
Figure BDA0002350391000000081
TABLE 2
(2) When cashing the ticket, the accounting subjects of the ticket business are debited (according to the table 1, the accounting subject identification corresponding to the accounting subjects of the ticket business can be XX), the customer account B is credited, the actual posting processing is only carried out on the customer account B, and meanwhile, the prompt code of the debiting party is recorded as the accounting prompt code XX of the ticket business. At this point, there is a transaction flow record in customer account B as shown in Table 3 below:
Figure BDA0002350391000000082
TABLE 3 Table 3
3. Next, a step of generating general ledger data at the time of system day end reconciliation will be described.
When the system is used for realizing the specific implementation, each account passing record is automatically split when the system is disassembled at the end of the day, and the account passing records are converted into corresponding general account codes according to the recorded prompt codes and the set attributes thereof. The explanation will be made by taking the bank note business as an example:
(1) If the ticket issuing business is issued, the system performs split processing on the account of the client account A to obtain the corresponding debit general ledger record of the account, and meanwhile, the system obtains the corresponding credit general ledger record of the ticket accounting according to the prompt code of the record.
Splitting accounting accounts in a core system:
debiting: the institution of customer account a + rmb + accounting code + the product 100 of customer account a;
and (3) credit: the province agency + renminbi +8381+ product (all 0) 100.
(2) If the ticket business is cashed, the system performs split processing on the account of the customer account B to obtain the credit general account record corresponding to the account, and meanwhile, the corresponding debit general account record for ticket accounting is obtained according to the prompt code of the record.
Splitting accounting accounts in a core system:
debiting: the province-going mechanism + rmb +8381+ product (all 0) 100;
and (3) credit: the institution of customer account B + the rmb + the accounting code + the product 100 of customer account B.
By introducing the above example, when the asynchronous general ledger is split, because no internal account exists, the step of independently splitting the internal account of the bank is omitted, and the efficiency of accounting processing is further improved.
In summary, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention realizes that:
1. and temporary storage of transition money data in the bank by using the prompt codes, and flexible parameterization of the prompt codes.
2. When the real-time transaction occurs, the prompt code is recorded only and the actual posting process is not performed.
3. When the general ledger is split asynchronously, the prompt code is converted into a corresponding general ledger record.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention adopts the prompt code to temporarily store the data of the transition money in the bank, does not need to establish an internal physical account of the bank, only records the prompt code when the actual transaction occurs, does not need to do actual posting processing on the internal physical account of the bank as in the prior art, and improves the system performance and the customer experience.
