Background
In medical tests, a test report for a patient shows a large number of test results every day in a laboratory, and what significance of the test results indicates what problem is, and the results may truly represent the actual change in the patient's body, or may be caused by a change in the physiological period such as blood drawing, specimen transport, pregnancy of the patient, or interference in laboratory equipment testing. That is, in the report given by the laboratory, the increase and decrease of each index have many different meanings, and how to prompt the meaning of the report in the laboratory and clinic as correctly as possible for a report sheet containing a plurality of items has great significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
In the existing medical detection process, the best interpretation needs are screened out according to the report sheet and are closely communicated with the clinic, on one hand, a laboratory needs to know which problems the report may have, and then consults which operations the clinic has done, so that the laboratory may select which case the report sheet may correspond to, for example: the laboratory finds that a certain result is very abnormal, consults the clinical intervention, clinically returns to use a certain medicine, and the laboratory must know that the medicine can cause the result to be abnormal, and the results on the two sides are connected together at the moment to finish the action. From the above operations, it can be seen that the efficiency is very low only by one laboratory, and in the case of many reports, one laboratory cannot cope with the report, resulting in a delay in the time for generating the audit result.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an automatic report auditing method according to an embodiment of the present invention; the report automatic auditing method comprises the following steps:
s1, when the audit command is responded, the current detection item in the user report is obtained;
s2, matching the current detection item with a preset local rule;
s3, judging whether to associate a preset database;
s4, if yes, inquiring a standard item corresponding to the current detection item in the database according to the current detection item; if not, outputting a matching result of the current detection item and the local rule as an auditing result of the current report;
s5, counting the hit and triggered sub-rules of the current detection item;
s6, acquiring the hit and the report explanation corresponding to the triggered sub-rule;
and S7, screening the report interpretations, and outputting the screened report interpretations as the auditing results of the current report form.
It should be noted that the report form automatic audit method described in the embodiment of the present invention is implemented by an automatic audit system, where the automatic audit system is a medical inspection system, and the medical inspection system is particularly applicable to physicochemical mass spectrometry, genomic inspection, pathological diagnosis, biochemical luminescence inspection, immunological inspection, and other comprehensive inspection.
For example, the automatic auditing system is used for checking a report sheet of a patient, and the current detection items are detection items of the patient in the report sheet, such as blood detection, urine detection and the like. The local rule pre-stored in the rule base is to judge whether the current detection item is detected normally. It should be noted that, when the system checks all current detection items, the current detection items are compared with the local rules pre-stored in the rule base one by one, so as to determine whether the current detection items meet any one of the local rules. In the embodiment of the invention, two auditing modes are provided, one mode is local auditing, and automatic auditing is only carried out according to local rules established locally at the moment; and the other method is to perform audit on the associated database, wherein the audit needs to be performed in combination with the result of the local audit in the audit process of the associated database. The database integrates the auditing data from a plurality of laboratories, and the accuracy of automatic auditing can be enhanced.
In the embodiment of the invention, the detection items of a plurality of laboratories are integrated, a standard item database is established, and the same detection item of the plurality of laboratories is pulled under the standard item. An interface as shown in fig. 2 may appear on an interface of the automated audit system, and interface elements include: standard items, the management groups, units, setting persons, creation time, remarks and detection systems; the management group is a unit for managing the standard project, the unit is a unit of the standard project, the setting person is a worker for setting the standard project, the creation time is the time for creating the standard project, and the detection system is an element capable of triggering the addition of a detection project of a laboratory.
For example, for a project a, project numbers of multiple laboratories are different, and the automatic auditing system is that test projects a1, a2 and A3 of jonan, guangzhou and Nanjing are not known to be exactly the same project, then a standard project group is established at this time, including multiple standard projects, and as long as laboratory personnel of jonan, guangzhou and Nanjing know that the project is the project at a glance, they click on "+" behind the display interface, and then pull test projects a1, a2 and A3 of their own laboratory into the standard project a.
Further, sub-rules are arranged in the rule base corresponding to the standard items, the sub-rules are different from the local rules, the local rules correspond to the detection items of the local laboratory, and the sub-rules correspond to the standard items. The sub-rules include the expressions of the standard items, such as increase, normal, decrease, etc. It can be understood that the rule adopted in the conventional automatic auditing method is a local rule established by each laboratory independently, and the sub-rule is a set of rule shared by a plurality of networked laboratories in the whole area, so that the searching and comparison are convenient because of the connection of the standard project group.
Specifically, in step S1, in response to the audit command, the current detection items in the user report are obtained, and one report may include a plurality of current detection items. Illustratively, the report sheet is a detection report of a patient, and the report sheet can be an electronic version report sheet, or an electronic version report sheet generated after a paper version (doctor/patient handwriting) of the detection report is automatically recognized by a machine, so that information in the report sheet can be automatically extracted, and further current detection items in the report sheet are determined. It should be noted that, the process of identifying/extracting information from the report sheet may refer to a data processing process in the prior art, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Specifically, in step S2, after acquiring the current detection item, the automatic auditing system first performs local auditing (i.e., a conventional automatic auditing method), and matches the current detection item with a preset local rule. Illustratively, the pre-stored local rules are used for judging whether the current detection items are detected normally, when the system checks all the current detection items, the current detection items are compared with the local rules one by one, and as long as the current detection items accord with any one of the local rules, the current detection items are indicated to be abnormal. For example, if the determination condition of a local rule is that the reference interval of the glucose content is 6.00mmol/L to 20.00mmol/L (the normal value is 3.61 mmol/L to 6.11mmol/L), and the description of the local rule correspondingly displayed at this time may be "the glucose content is too high", then when the blood test conforms to the local rule (for example, the glucose content in the patient's blood is 6.01mmol/L), it indicates that the current blood test is abnormal.
Specifically, in step S3, it is determined whether to associate a preset database; the database comprises a plurality of standard items, the standard items comprise detection items added in advance in a plurality of laboratories, and each standard item is correspondingly provided with a plurality of sub-rules. For example, a laboratory worker may select whether to associate the database by himself or herself, or an automatic auditing system may select whether to associate the database according to the detection category, the detection item quantity, and the like of the report, which is not limited in the present invention.
Specifically, in step S4, when the database is not associated, only local audit is performed at this time, and the matching result of the current detection item and the local rule is output as the audit result of the current report form, for example, the "glucose content is too high" is output as the audit result of the current report form. If the database is associated, then on the basis of the completion of the local audit, the standard item corresponding to each current detection item is searched in the database, and the steps S5 to S7 are continuously executed.
Specifically, in step S5, the sub-rules of the hit and trigger of the current detection item are counted. When the local rule met by the current detection item corresponds to the sub-rule, recording that the current detection item hits the sub-rule; and when the local rule met by the performance trend of the current detection item corresponds to the sub-rule, marking that the current detection item triggers the sub-rule (namely, firstly performing local rule judgment, and then performing sub-rule judgment according to the hit and triggered local rule).
It should be noted that the performance trend of the current test item can be understood as a future development trend of the performance of the current test item, for example, if the performance of the current test item is increased (for example, "glucose content is too high"), then the corresponding future development trend has two cases, i.e., "glucose content is normal" (for example, "glucose content is normal") and decreased (for example, "glucose content is too low").
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, the current detection items in the report sheet include item a, item B, and item C. Taking the item a as an example, the item a satisfies its corresponding local rule denoted as elevated, when the item a hits the local rule denoted as elevated, which corresponds to the sub-rule, and the item a hits its corresponding sub-rule a4, which is the standard item a elevated. Meanwhile, according to the performance trend of the item A, the item A also triggers a local rule expressed as normal and a local rule expressed as descending, and correspondingly triggers a sub-rule expressed as normal and a sub-rule expressed as descending. Several sub-rules can be hit in one detection item at the same time, and one sub-rule can also be hit by several detection items at the same time.
Specifically, in step S6, a report interpretation corresponding to the hit and triggered sub-rule is obtained. The report is interpreted as a report interpreted as a symptom, such as central hypothyroidism, and the like.
Specifically, in step S7, according to the report sheet in fig. 3, for A, B, C three current detection items, there are respectively rise, and fall. Then the following table is generated:
table 1 reports the interpretation statistics
Item Report interpretation of trigger sub-rule correspondence Report interpretation corresponding to hit sub-rule
A X、Y、T、M N
B R N、T、S
C N、X S、N、M
Preferably, the screening the report interpretations and outputting the screened report interpretations as an audit result of the current report form specifically includes:
and screening the hit report interpretations, and outputting the screened hit report interpretations as the auditing results of the current report form.
In principle, all reporting interpretations of hits can be prompted, which according to the above example should be: n, T, S, M. But also performs a filtering operation to remove the report interpretation of hits that satisfy preset elimination conditions, wherein the preset elimination conditions include: condition 1, the report interpretation of the hit of the current detection item is the same as the report interpretation triggered by another current detection item, and condition 2, and the report interpretation of the hit is not in a triggered state in the current detection item at the same time, both conditions should be satisfied at the same time.
Illustratively, for the hit report interpretation N, items A, B and C all hit the report interpretation N, and item C triggers the report interpretation N, where the report interpretation N hit by the current detection item C is the same as the report interpretation N triggered by another current detection item a/B (condition 1 is satisfied), but the hit report interpretation N is simultaneously in a triggered state in the current detection item C (condition 2 is not satisfied), so the report interpretation N is not deleted, and the report interpretation N is kept. Similarly, the report interpretation S is not deleted, and the report interpretation S is continuously retained. For a hit report interpretation T, item B hits the report interpretation T, and item a triggers a report interpretation T, when the report interpretation T of the hit of the current detection item B is the same as the report interpretation T triggered by another current detection item a (condition 1 is satisfied), and the hit report interpretation T is not simultaneously in a triggered state in the current detection item B (condition 2 is satisfied), when the report interpretation T is deleted. Similarly, the report interpretation M should also be deleted. The last displayable report is interpreted as: report interpretation N and report interpretation S.
Further, after screening the report interpretation of the hit, the method further includes:
s71, calculating the total number of report interpretations hit by all the current detection items;
s72, sorting the report interpretation of the hit by the size of the total number.
Specifically, as can be seen from table 1, the total number of hits of the report interpretation N by the current test item is 3, the total number of hits of the report interpretation S by the current test item is 2, and the report interpretations of the hits after the screening are sorted in descending order (descending order), so that the displayed order is the report interpretation N and the report interpretation S. Finally, the sorted report interpretations of the hits may be displayed as an audit result of the current report sheet.
For details of the display, reference is made to fig. 4. The report interpretation includes: central hypothyroidism (assumed to correspond to report interpretation N), hypothyroidism (assumed to correspond to report interpretation S), subacute thyroiditis (corresponding to other report interpretations). The "mechanism" in fig. 4 explains the corresponding sub-rule for the report. And the display interface can also display references and pictures corresponding to the sub-rules for laboratory personnel to refer to.
Further, after outputting the report interpretation of the screened hit as an audit result of the current report, the method further includes:
s73, outputting the accumulated heat of the hit report interpretation; wherein, every time the report interpretation is hit, the heat of the report interpretation is increased by 1.
Illustratively, if a report hits on a report interpretation, then the report interpretation is as follows: the report interpretation + standard item set locally is a unique number, and the hit heat is +1 once, so different report interpretations have different heats under the network condition, and when the report interpretations are displayed, the heat of the report interpretations can be displayed on the current display interface, so that a laboratory can be told what most probably the detection item has problems according to the results of other laboratories in the past, and the laboratory can conveniently select the detection item.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is another flowchart of an automatic report auditing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. A comparison is made between the conventional automatic review method and the embodiment of the present invention with reference to fig. 5.
(1) With regard to conventional automatic auditing methods, there are, for example, a laboratory a and a laboratory B.
And the laboratory A audits the items X1 and Y1 (the ↓ in the figure indicates rising, and the ↓ indicates falling, and the items are omitted in the figure) in the report sheet, and searches and runs the automatic audit rules of the items X1 and Y1 in the laboratory A to obtain the audit result of the report in the laboratory A. And the laboratory B audits the items X2 and Z2 in the report list, and searches and operates the automatic audit rules of the items X2 and Z2 of the laboratory B to obtain the audit result of the report in the laboratory B. The above process is equivalent to the first three steps in fig. 5 (one block in the figure represents one step), the two laboratories perform the auditing separately, the auditing process, the time and the result are not mutually coherent, and the auditing is performed only based on local rules.
(2) As for the automatic auditing method in the embodiment of the present invention, there are, for example, a laboratory a and a laboratory B.
For the laboratory a which performs the review preferentially on the first day, based on the conventional automatic review method, in addition to the review result of the report obtained locally (after the first three steps), the standard items X, Y corresponding to the current inspection items X1 and Y1 are found in the preset database, the sub-rules corresponding to X, Y are respectively queried, then all report interpretations corresponding to X, Y are integrated, analyzed, sorted and displayed, and the report interpretations T corresponding to X and Y (assumed to be the report interpretations which do not satisfy the above two deletion conditions) are selected and are respectively at the heat degree +1 of T corresponding to X, Y. If the T heat corresponding to X is 3 and the T heat corresponding to Y is 5, then after the report is reviewed, the T heat corresponding to X is now 4 and the T heat corresponding to Y is now 6.
For the B laboratory, which underwent the examination the next day later, the standard item X, Z of the current inspection items X2, Z2 was found, and the sub-rule corresponding to the standard item X, Z was found, and similarly all report interpretations corresponding to X, Z were integrated, analyzed, sorted and displayed, and the report interpretations T and O corresponding to X and Z (assuming that the report interpretations that did not satisfy the above two deletion conditions) were selected, respectively the heat of T corresponding to X, Z +1, and the heat of report interpretation O corresponding to Z + 1. If the heat of the O is zero, the heat of the T corresponding to the X is 4 in the laboratory A in the previous day, so the heat needs to be presented in front of the auditing system and displayed as a column of reminding, and the possibility of informing the current result of the laboratory is high. At this point, the system records that X now corresponds to T with a heat of 5 and Z now corresponds to O with a heat of 1. In the process, two laboratories share a set of sub-rules, and the auditing is combined, so that the auditing process, time and result are coherent.
Compared with the traditional automatic auditing method, the embodiment of the invention adds a layer of sub-rules under local rules, the sub-rules take standard projects as units, and a plurality of laboratories share one set of sub-rules; the one-to-many relationship between the local rules and the sub-rules, and after the execution of a plurality of sub-rules, the elimination of the report interpretation non-conformity can be carried out according to the triggering and violation of the rules; once a certain explanation is selected by the laboratory, the data explanation + the standard group project of the time is taken as a unit, the heat value is added with 1, and other laboratories meet the result mode display, so that the effect of experience accumulation and sharing among a plurality of laboratories is achieved.
Compared with the prior art, the report sheet automatic auditing method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention comprises the steps of firstly, when responding to an auditing instruction, acquiring the current detection item in a user report sheet; then, judging whether to associate the database; if the database is not associated, local examination is carried out, and the matching result of the current detection item and the local rule is directly output as the examination result of the current report form; if the database is correlated, inquiring a standard item corresponding to the current detection item in a preset database according to the current detection item, and counting the hit and triggered sub-rules of the current detection item; and finally, acquiring the hit and the report interpretation corresponding to the triggered sub-rule, screening the report interpretation, and outputting the screened report interpretation as an auditing result of the current report form. The data of a plurality of laboratories can be combined, and the interpretation of the report can be correctly and timely obtained.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an automatic report auditing apparatus 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention; it should be noted that the report sheet automatic audit device 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention is an automatic audit system, and the automatic audit system is a medical inspection system, which can be used for physical and chemical mass spectrometry, genome inspection, pathological diagnosis, biochemical luminescence inspection, immunological inspection, and other comprehensive inspection.
