The public opinion influence score can be obtained by inputting the public opinion parameters matched with the food safety events into a public opinion influence score evaluation system, and the processing priority of the food safety events can be determined according to the public opinion influence score, so that the food safety events with large public opinion influence are preferentially processed, the probability that the food safety events with large public opinion influence are not processed in time is reduced, and the technical problem that the processing timeliness of the current food safety events is low is solved.

1. An event processing method, comprising:
determining public sentiment parameters matched with the food safety events in a knowledge graph of the food safety events, wherein the public sentiment parameters at least comprise public sentiment propagation paths and public sentiment influence degrees, and the food safety events are negative events related to food safety;
inputting the public opinion parameters into a public opinion influence score evaluation system to obtain a public opinion influence score corresponding to the food safety event, wherein the public opinion influence score is higher and the public opinion influence is larger;
determining a processing priority of the food safety event according to the public opinion influence score, wherein the processing priority is used for indicating a processing sequence for processing the food safety event;
processing the food safety events in the processing order indicated by the processing priority.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the inputting the public opinion parameters into a public opinion influence score evaluation system to obtain the public opinion influence score corresponding to the food safety event comprises:
inputting the public opinion parameters into a public opinion influence score evaluation system, and acquiring a weight value matched with each public opinion parameter;
acquiring a score calculation model corresponding to the public opinion influence score evaluation system;
and inputting the public opinion parameters and the weight values matched with the public opinion parameters into the score calculation model to obtain the public opinion influence scores corresponding to the food safety events.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to determining the food safety event matching public opinion parameters in the food safety event knowledge graph, further comprising:
acquiring food safety data and extracting entity data from the food safety data, wherein the food safety data at least comprises the entity data and attribute data corresponding to the entity data, and the entity data at least comprises food store data and food personnel data;
constructing a connection relation between the food store data and the food personnel data to establish an initial food safety event knowledge graph framework;
on the basis of the initial food safety event knowledge graph framework, adding attribute data matched with each entity data to obtain the initial food safety event knowledge graph framework added with the attribute data;
and adjusting the initial food safety event knowledge graph framework added with the attribute data according to the corresponding semantics of the attribute data and the entity data to obtain the food safety event knowledge graph.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein said obtaining food safety data comprises:
capturing first food safety data from an internet platform, and acquiring second food safety data from a preset database;
determining the first food safety data and the second food safety data as food safety data.
5. The method of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein determining the public opinion parameters matching the food safety event in the food safety event knowledge graph comprises:
acquiring event elements corresponding to food safety events;
and determining public opinion parameters matched with the event elements in the food safety event knowledge graph.
6. An event processing apparatus, comprising:
the first determining unit is used for determining public sentiment parameters matched with the food safety events in a knowledge graph of the food safety events, wherein the public sentiment parameters at least comprise a public sentiment propagation path and a public sentiment influence degree, and the food safety events are negative events related to food safety;
the first acquisition unit is used for inputting the public opinion parameters into a public opinion influence score evaluation system to obtain a public opinion influence score corresponding to the food safety event, wherein the public opinion influence score is higher and the public opinion influence is larger;
a second determination unit, configured to determine a processing priority of the food safety event according to the public opinion influence score, where the processing priority is used to indicate a processing order for processing the food safety event;
a processing unit for processing the food safety events according to the processing sequence indicated by the processing priority.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first obtaining unit comprises:
the first acquisition module is used for inputting the public opinion parameters into a public opinion influence score evaluation system and acquiring a weight value matched with each public opinion parameter;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a score calculation model corresponding to the public opinion influence score evaluation system;

the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring food safety data before determining public sentiment parameters matched with the food safety events in the food safety event knowledge graph, and extracting entity data from the food safety data, wherein the food safety data at least comprises the entity data and attribute data corresponding to the entity data, and the entity data at least comprises food store data and food staff data;
the establishing unit is used for establishing a connection relation between the food store data and the food personnel data so as to establish an initial food safety event knowledge graph framework;
the third acquisition unit is used for adding attribute data matched with each entity data on the basis of the initial food safety event knowledge graph architecture to obtain the initial food safety event knowledge graph architecture added with the attribute data;
and the adjusting unit is used for adjusting the initial food safety event knowledge graph framework added with the attribute data according to the semantics corresponding to the attribute data and the entity data to obtain the food safety event knowledge graph.
9. A computer-readable storage medium comprising a stored program, wherein the program when executed performs the method of any of claims 1 to 5.
