By the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the disordered association relationship is removed, the second verification identification code can be determined according to the number of the acquired parts corresponding to each verification identification code recorded in advance and the number of the boxed products corresponding to the last product filled into the packing box, the association relationship between the second verification identification code and each verification identification code after the second verification identification code and the box number of each non-verified packing box can be updated in sequence, when the non-verified packing box is verified in sequence, the verification can be performed according to the updated product association relationship, if no abnormity occurs in the subsequent packing process, the updated product association relationship corresponds to the actual product packing relationship of the subsequent packing box, the product can be supervised according to the association relationship, the product of the subsequent packing box does not need to be repackaged, and the production efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the first relationship set includes a plurality of verification identification codes acquired in advance in sequence, where the verification identification codes refer to the acquired product identification codes when the code assigning system sequentially acquires the product identification codes of the products according to the sequence in which the products pass through on the production line, and the product identification codes may be product bar codes of the products. Similarly, the verification identification codes in the second relationship set also refer to the product identification codes sequentially collected by the code assigning system. The product identification code and the verification identification code of the target product are the same type of identification code acquired from the product, named here only for convenience of distinction and understanding.
Further, on the basis of the method shown in fig. 1, in the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the establishing process of the association relationship between each verification identification code in the second relationship set and the box number of the target packaging box includes:

In the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the process of establishing the association between each verification identification code in the second relationship set and the box number of the target packaging box refers to that when the code assigning system sequentially collects the product identification codes of the products according to the sequence in which the products pass through the assembly line, that is, the sequentially collected verification identification codes included in the first relationship set, when the number of the collected verification identification codes which are not associated with each other is N, that is, the number of the products which are full of the packaging box, the N verification identification codes are determined as the second relationship set, and the collection sequence of each verification identification code in the second relationship set is the same as the collection sequence of each verification identification code in the first relationship set. And sequentially establishing the association relationship between each verification identification code in the second relationship set and the box number of the target packaging box according to the acquisition sequence corresponding to each verification identification code in the second relationship set. To better illustrate the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, with reference to fig. 2, on the basis of the method provided by the above embodiment, a further method for checking product boxing is provided, in the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, in step S105 shown in fig. 1, a process of determining a second verification identification code in the first relationship set according to the number of pre-recorded collected pieces corresponding to each verification identification code in the first relationship set and the number of boxed products corresponding to the target product includes:
s201: acquiring the number of acquisition pieces corresponding to each verification identification code in the first relation set which is recorded in advance;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the verification identification codes in the first relationship set are sequentially acquired, products corresponding to the acquired verification identification codes are counted by the counter, and the operation of acquiring the verification identification codes is recorded for how many products are executed, for example, when a product corresponding to a certain verification identification code is in the acquisition process, a tenth product passing through the acquisition device is the product, that is, the operation of acquiring the verification identification codes is executed for nine products before the product, after the verification identification code corresponding to the tenth product is acquired, the counter is accumulated, the number of current acquisition pieces is ten, and the number of acquisition pieces corresponding to the verification identification code is ten. in the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the products are sequentially loaded into the packing box or each product loaded into the packing box is determined, the products loaded into the packing box can be counted through the counter, the number of the packed or determined packed products in the packing process is recorded, and the packing sequence of each product is the same as the collection sequence of each product when the verification identification code of the product is collected. For example, the final product loaded into a certain packing box is the twentieth product in the whole packing process, and the number of the packed products corresponding to the product is twenty. The number of boxed products corresponding to the target product recorded in the packaging process, namely the number of boxed products corresponding to the last product loaded into the packaging box, can be stored in the system. S203: determining the number of target collecting pieces, wherein the number of the target collecting pieces is the number of boxed products corresponding to the target products plus one;
in the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the number of the target acquisition pieces can be determined according to the number of the boxed products corresponding to the target product, and the number of the target acquisition pieces is equal to the number of the boxed products corresponding to the target product plus one. For example, if the number of the boxed products corresponding to the target product of the currently-inspected target packing box is twenty, the number of the target collecting pieces is twenty-one.
S204: and determining the verification identification codes corresponding to the target acquisition part number in the first relation set according to the acquisition part number corresponding to each verification identification code in the first relation set, and taking the verification identification codes corresponding to the target acquisition part number as second verification identification codes in the first relation set.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the verification identification code corresponding to the number of the target acquisition pieces can be determined according to the number of the acquisition pieces corresponding to each verification identification code, and the verification identification code corresponding to the number of the acquisition pieces matched with the number of the target acquisition pieces is used as the second verification identification code. For example, if the number of the target acquisition pieces is twenty one, the verification identification code with the number of the acquisition pieces being twenty one is used as the second verification identification code.
If the number of the collected pieces corresponding to each verification identification code in the first relation set is not matched with the number of the target collected pieces, accumulating the number of the target collected pieces, namely adding one to the number of the target collected pieces until the number of the target collected pieces is matched with the number of the collected pieces corresponding to the verification identification codes in the first relation set, and taking the verification identification code corresponding to the number of the collected pieces matched with the number of the target collected pieces as a second verification identification code when the number of the target collected pieces is matched with the number of the collected pieces corresponding to the verification identification codes. For example, if the number of the target acquisition pieces is twenty-one and the number of the acquisition pieces corresponding to each verification identification code in the first relationship set is not twenty-one, adding one to the number of the target acquisition pieces, that is, if the current number of the target acquisition pieces is twenty-two, and the verification identification code with the number of the acquisition pieces being twenty-two exists in the first relationship set, using the verification identification code as the second verification identification code. When the number of the target collection parts cannot be matched with the number of the collection parts corresponding to the verification identification code, the verification identification code of a product loaded in the next packaging box of the target packaging box is possibly abnormal, when the next packaging box is inspected, the condition that the inspection is unqualified can also occur, and the next packaging box is also rejected.
Based on the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the situation that the packing box with the disordered actual product packing relation and the product incidence relation in the system flows into the market and influences the normal supervision of the product can be avoided. And the products of the subsequent packing boxes can be supervised according to the updated incidence relation without repackaging the products of the subsequent packing boxes, so that the production efficiency is improved. Further, the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may determine, through the number of the collected pieces corresponding to each verification identifier in the pre-recorded first relationship set and the number of the pre-recorded boxed products corresponding to the target product of the target packaging box, the verification identifier that needs to be re-established in association with each packaging box in the first relationship set. When the verification identification codes are sequentially collected for the products on the production line, the passing sequence of the products is the same as the sequence of the products loaded into the packing boxes in the subsequent packing process, and then the products passing through the collection position of the verification identification codes are loaded into the packing boxes first. And the sequence of the products passing through the collection positions of the verification identification codes corresponds to the number of the collected pieces corresponding to the verification identification codes of the products. The number of the target collecting pieces can be determined through the number of the pre-recorded boxed products corresponding to the target product, so that the number of the collecting pieces corresponding to the verification identification code of the first product behind the target product is determined, namely the sequence of the first product filled into the next packing box passing through the verification identification code collecting position, the verification identification code of the first product filled into the next packing box, namely the second verification identification code, can be determined, and the association relationship between the second verification identification code and the verification identification codes behind the second verification identification code and each non-verified packing box can be reestablished. By the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the condition that the relation between the product incidence relation of the subsequent non-inspected packing box and the actual product packing relation is disordered can be reduced, so that a large number of products are prevented from being packed again, and the production efficiency is improved.
To better illustrate the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, with reference to fig. 3 to 5, on the basis of the method provided by the above embodiment, another method for checking product packing is provided, in the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, in the step S105 shown in fig. 1, the process of sequentially updating the association relationship between each verification identification code and the box number of each unchecked packing box after the second verification identification code and the second verification identification code in the first relationship set includes:
sequentially acquiring the box numbers of all the non-inspected packing boxes behind the target packing box;
sequentially re-determining a relation set corresponding to the box numbers of the non-inspected packing boxes in the first relation set, wherein a first verification identification code in the relation set corresponding to the box number of the first non-inspected packing box is the second verification identification code, and the box number of the first non-inspected packing box is the first box number in the box numbers of the non-inspected packing boxes;
and sequentially establishing the association relationship between each verification identification code in the corresponding relationship set of the box numbers of the non-inspected packing boxes and the box numbers of the non-inspected packing boxes according to the corresponding relationship set of the box numbers of the non-inspected packing boxes.
Referring to the actual product packaging relationship shown in fig. 3, numbers such as 1 to 9 in solid line boxes in the figure represent the verification identification codes in the embodiment of the present invention, capital letters such as A, B and C sequentially represent the box numbers of the packaging boxes prestored in the system, and a lower case letter a represents an abnormal verification identification code. The solid line square boxes represent the products corresponding to the verification identification codes or the packing boxes corresponding to the box numbers of the packing boxes. The box number a is the box number of the target packing box in the embodiment of the invention. It should be noted that, the identification code of the product and the box number of the packaging box are respectively represented by numbers and letters, which is only for convenience of explaining the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and the identification code of the product or the box number of the packaging box in actual application is not limited, and the identification code of the product or the box number of the packaging box in actual application is the identification code of the product or the packaging box, such as the product identification code of a bar code.
In the embodiment of the invention, before products corresponding to the verification identification codes are boxed, the products pass through a verification identification code acquisition device of a coding system on a production line in a sequence from left to right as shown in fig. 3, the acquisition device sequentially acquires the verification identification codes on the passed products, the passed products are counted by a counter, the count value of the counter is the number of acquisition pieces corresponding to the verification identification codes in the embodiment of the invention, for example, when the product corresponding to the verification identification code 1 passes through the acquisition device, the count value of the counter is 1, when the product corresponding to the verification identification code a passes through the acquisition device, the count value of the counter is 2, when the product corresponding to the verification identification code 2 passes through the acquisition device, the count value of the counter is 3, and so on, the verification identification codes of the products corresponding to the count values are recorded in the system. And the verification identification code a is an abnormal verification identification code, and the product corresponding to the a, namely the product of the second piece passing through the acquisition place is not successfully acquired by the acquisition equipment when passing through the acquisition place. The verification identification codes sequentially acquired by the system are 1-9 identification codes and the like. The number of the acquisition pieces corresponding to the verification identification codes such as 1-9 is 1, 3, 4-10 and the like in sequence.
As shown in fig. 4, the association relationship pre-established in the coding system is a sequence of numbers shown by circles to represent a first relationship set in the embodiment of the present invention, and capital letters such as A, B and C sequentially represent the box numbers of the respective packaging boxes pre-stored in the system. In the embodiment of the invention, the number of the products filled with the packing boxes is three, namely the value of N in the method shown in figure 1 is three. When the code assigning system collects the verification identification codes of all products through the collecting equipment, when the number of the verification identification codes collected in sequence reaches three, the relation between the three verification identification codes and the box number of the packing box can be established in sequence. As shown in fig. 4, the portion enclosed by the dashed square box indicates that each authentication identification code in the square box has an association relationship with the box number of the packaging box in the square box. The verification identification codes 1-3 establish an association relationship with the box number A in sequence, the verification identification codes 4-6 establish an association relationship with the box number B in sequence, and the verification identification codes 7-9 establish an association relationship with the box number C in sequence. The verification identification codes 1-3 are a second relation set in the embodiment of the invention. The authentication identification code 3 is the first authentication identification code in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the process of packing the products, the products are also packed in the sequence of the product on the production line, as shown in fig. 3, the products are packed into each packing box according to the actual passing sequence of the products on the production line. When the packing box with the box number A is packed with the product, the actually packed product is the product corresponding to the verification identification code 1, the product corresponding to the abnormal identification code a and the product corresponding to the verification identification code 2, and the last product packed into the packing box is the product corresponding to the verification identification code 2, in the packing box with the box number A, the product identification code of the target product is collected through the collection equipment in the packing process, the collected product identification code is the product identification code of the product corresponding to the verification identification code 2, namely, the verification identification code 2 is the product identification code in the embodiment of the invention.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for inspecting the packaging box with the box number A after the packaging box with the box number A is packaged, or after the product of the packaging box with the box number A is determined, namely the product identification code is determined, before the packaging box with the box number A leaves a factory. Whether the actual product packaging relationship of the packaging box with the box number A corresponds to the pre-established product association relationship is checked by judging the first verification identification code and the product identification code. If the first verification identification code is different from the product identification code, the fact that the actual product packaging relationship of the packaging box corresponding to the box number A is disordered from the pre-established product association relationship is shown, the packaging box corresponding to the box number A is judged to be unqualified to be packaged, the association relationship between the box number A and the verification identification codes 1, 2 and 3 is removed, the packaging box corresponding to the box number A and the products corresponding to the verification identification codes 1, a and 2 are respectively removed from the production line, and the products are not delivered from the factory.
After the packing box with the box number A is checked to be unqualified, the pre-recorded packing number corresponding to the target product of the packing box with the box number A can be obtained, the target product is the product corresponding to the verification identification code 2 in the embodiment of the invention, the target product is the third packed product in the production process, and the number of the packed products corresponding to the target product in the embodiment of the invention is three. And adding one to the number of the boxed products to obtain four target collection pieces. As shown in fig. 3, it can be known that the verification identification code with the number of four collected pieces is the verification identification code 3 according to the passing order of the products corresponding to the verification identification codes in the first relationship set on the production line. The authentication identification code 3 is the second authentication identification code in the embodiment of the present invention.
And sequentially acquiring the box numbers of all the unchecked packing boxes behind the target packing box prestored in the system, namely the box numbers such as box number B, C and the like in the embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 5, an updated association relationship diagram is shown, where a sequence of numbers enclosed by circles indicates a first relationship set in the embodiment of the present invention, capital letters such as B, C and the like sequentially indicate the box numbers of each unchecked packaging box pre-stored in the system, and a part enclosed by a square frame with a dotted line indicates that each authentication identification code in the square frame has an association relationship with the box number of the packaging box in the square frame. In the embodiment of the invention, the box number of the first unverified packing box is the box number B, the verification identification code 3 is used as the first verification identification code in the corresponding relation set of the box number B, the corresponding relation of the box numbers of all the unverified packing boxes is sequentially determined, the verification identification codes 3-5 are the verification identification codes in the corresponding relation set of the box number B, the verification identification codes 6-8 are the verification identification codes in the corresponding relation set of the box number C, and the verification identification codes corresponding to the box numbers of all the unverified packing boxes are determined by analogy.
After the verification identification codes in the relation combination corresponding to the box numbers of the non-inspected packing boxes are determined, the association relation between each verification identification code in each relation set and the box number corresponding to the relation set is sequentially established, and the updated association relation is shown in fig. 5. As can be seen from fig. 3 and 5, if no abnormality occurs in the subsequent boxing process, the updated product association relationship corresponds to the actual product packaging relationship.
Corresponding to the inspection method for product packaging shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an inspection apparatus for product packaging, which is used for implementing the method shown in fig. 1, and a schematic structural diagram of the inspection apparatus is shown in fig. 6, and includes:
an obtaining unit 301, configured to obtain a product identifier of a target product, where the target product is a last product loaded into a target packaging box, and the target packaging box is a packaging box currently in a packaging state;
a first determining unit 302, configured to determine a second relationship set corresponding to the target packaging box in a pre-established first relationship set, where the first relationship set includes multiple verification identification codes collected in sequence in advance; the second relation set comprises N verification identification codes, an association relation is established between each verification identification code in the second relation set and the box number of the target packaging box, and the value of N is the number of products which fill the target packaging box;
a second determining unit 303, configured to determine a first verification identification code in the second relationship set, where the first verification identification code is a verification identification code for establishing an association relationship between a last verification identification code in the second relationship set and the box number of the target packaging box;
a judging unit 304, configured to judge whether the product identification code is the same as the first verification identification code, and if the product identification code is different from the first verification identification code, remove the association between each verification identification code in the second relationship set and the box number of the target packaging box, and trigger an early warning, so as to reject the target packaging box and each product loaded into the target packaging box;
a third determining unit 305, configured to determine a second verification identifier in the first relationship set according to the number of collected pieces corresponding to each verification identifier in the first relationship set and the number of boxed products corresponding to the target product, which are recorded in advance;
an updating unit 306, configured to sequentially update the second verification identification code in the first relationship set and the association relationship between each verification identification code after the second verification identification code and the box number of each non-verified packaging box, so as to verify each non-verified packaging box.
Based on the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the product verification code of the last product filled into the packaging box can be obtained in the packaging process. And determining the last first verification identification code which is associated with the packaging box from the association relationship between the pre-established verification identification codes and the packaging box. When checking whether the actual product packaging relationship of the packaging box corresponds to a product association relationship pre-established based on the verification identification code and the box number of the packaging box, comparing the product identification code with the first verification identification code to determine whether the product corresponding to the first verification identification code is the last product filled into the packaging box in practice, if the product identification code is different from the first verification identification code, indicating that the relationship between the pre-established association relationship and the product corresponding to the first verification identification code filled into the packaging box is the last product filled into the packaging box in practice, and if the product identification code is not the last product filled into the packaging box in practice, considering that the relationship between the actual product packaging relationship of the packaging box and the product association relationship pre-established based on the verification identification code and the box number of the packaging box is disordered, the association relationship between the packaging box and each verification identification code with the association relationship can be released, and early warning is carried out, the packaging box and the product filled into the packaging box are removed in time, and the situation that the packaging box with the disordered actual product packaging relation and the product association relation in the system flows into the market and influences the normal supervision of the product is avoided. By the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the disordered association relationship is removed, the second verification identification code can be determined according to the number of the acquired parts corresponding to each verification identification code recorded in advance and the number of the boxed products corresponding to the last product filled into the packing box, the association relationship between the second verification identification code and each verification identification code after the second verification identification code and the box number of each non-verified packing box can be updated in sequence, when the non-verified packing box is verified in sequence, the verification can be performed according to the updated product association relationship, if no abnormity occurs in the subsequent packing process, the updated product association relationship corresponds to the actual product packaging relationship of the subsequent packing box, the product can be supervised according to the association relationship, the product of the subsequent packing box does not need to be repackaged, and the production efficiency is improved.
Further, another inspection device for product packaging is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, a schematic structural diagram of which is shown in fig. 7, and on the basis of the apparatus provided in the above embodiment, the apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present invention further includes:
and the associating unit 307 is configured to sequentially establish an association relationship between each verification identification code in the second relationship set and the box number of the target packaging box according to the acquisition sequence corresponding to each verification identification code in the second relationship set.
In an apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of the above apparatus, the third determining unit 305 includes:
a first obtaining subunit 308, configured to obtain the number of acquisition units corresponding to each verification identifier in the first relationship set, which is recorded in advance;
a second obtaining subunit 309, configured to obtain a pre-recorded number of boxed products corresponding to the target product;
a first determining subunit 310, configured to determine the number of target collecting pieces, where the number of target collecting pieces is equal to the number of boxed products corresponding to the target product plus one;
the second determining subunit 311 is configured to determine, according to the number of the acquisition pieces corresponding to each verification identification code in the first relationship set, a verification identification code corresponding to the number of the target acquisition pieces in the first relationship set, and use the verification identification code corresponding to the number of the target acquisition pieces as the second verification identification code in the first relationship set.
Based on the foregoing apparatus, in the apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the updating unit 306 includes:
a third obtaining subunit 312, configured to sequentially obtain the box numbers of the non-inspected packing boxes after the target packing box;
a third determining subunit 313, configured to sequentially re-determine, in the first relationship set, a relationship set corresponding to the box number of each unchecked packaging box, where a first verification identification code in the relationship set corresponding to the box number of a first unchecked packaging box is the second verification identification code, and the box number of the first unchecked packaging box is a first box number in the box numbers of each unchecked packaging box;
the establishing subunit 314 is configured to sequentially establish an association relationship between each verification identification code in the relationship set corresponding to the box number of each unchecked packaging box and the box number of each unchecked packaging box according to the relationship set corresponding to the box number of each unchecked packaging box.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, which comprises stored instructions, wherein when the instructions are executed, the equipment where the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the inspection method for the product packing.
An electronic device is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and the structural diagram of the electronic device is shown in fig. 8, which specifically includes a memory 401 and one or more instructions 402, where the one or more instructions 402 are stored in the memory 401 and configured to be executed by one or more processors 403 to perform the following operations for executing the one or more instructions 402:
acquiring a product identification code of a target product, wherein the target product is the last product filled into a target packaging box, and the target packaging box is a packaging box in a current packaging state;
determining a second relation set corresponding to the target packaging box in a pre-established first relation set, wherein the first relation set comprises a plurality of verification identification codes which are collected in sequence in advance; the second relation set comprises N verification identification codes, an association relation is established between each verification identification code in the second relation set and the box number of the target packaging box, and the value of N is the number of products which fill the target packaging box;
determining a first verification identification code in the second relation set, wherein the first verification identification code is a verification identification code for establishing an association relation between the last verification identification code in the second relation set and the box number of the target packaging box;
judging whether the product identification code is the same as the first verification identification code or not, if the product identification code is different from the first verification identification code, removing the association relationship between each verification identification code in the second relationship set and the box number of the target packaging box, and triggering early warning so as to remove the target packaging box and each product loaded into the target packaging box;
and determining a second verification identification code in the first relation set according to the pre-recorded number of the collected pieces corresponding to each verification identification code in the first relation set and the number of the boxed products corresponding to the target products, and sequentially updating the second verification identification code in the first relation set and the association relation between each verification identification code behind the second verification identification code and the box number of each non-verified packing box so as to conveniently verify each non-verified packing box.

1. A method of inspecting product packaging, comprising:
acquiring a product identification code of a target product, wherein the target product is the last product filled into a target packaging box, and the target packaging box is a packaging box in a current packaging state;
determining a second relation set corresponding to the target packaging box in a pre-established first relation set, wherein the first relation set comprises a plurality of verification identification codes which are collected in sequence in advance; the second relation set comprises N verification identification codes, an association relation is established between each verification identification code in the second relation set and the box number of the target packaging box, and the value of N is the number of products which fill the target packaging box;
determining a first verification identification code in the second relation set, wherein the first verification identification code is a verification identification code for establishing an association relation between the last verification identification code in the second relation set and the box number of the target packaging box;
judging whether the product identification code is the same as the first verification identification code or not, if the product identification code is different from the first verification identification code, removing the association relationship between each verification identification code in the second relationship set and the box number of the target packaging box, and triggering early warning so as to remove the target packaging box and each product loaded into the target packaging box;
and determining a second verification identification code in the first relation set according to the pre-recorded number of the collected pieces corresponding to each verification identification code in the first relation set and the number of the boxed products corresponding to the target products, and sequentially updating the second verification identification code in the first relation set and the association relation between each verification identification code behind the second verification identification code and the box number of each non-verified packing box so as to conveniently verify each non-verified packing box.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the second verification identification code in the first relationship set according to the pre-recorded number of the collected pieces corresponding to each verification identification code in the first relationship set and the number of the boxed products corresponding to the target product comprises:
acquiring the number of acquisition pieces corresponding to each verification identification code in the first relation set which is recorded in advance;
acquiring the number of the pre-recorded boxed products corresponding to the target product;
determining the number of target collecting pieces, wherein the number of the target collecting pieces is the number of boxed products corresponding to the target products plus one;
and determining the verification identification codes corresponding to the target acquisition part number in the first relation set according to the acquisition part number corresponding to each verification identification code in the first relation set, and taking the verification identification codes corresponding to the target acquisition part number as second verification identification codes in the first relation set.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the establishing process of the association relationship between each verification identification code in the second relationship set and the box number of the target packaging box comprises:
and sequentially establishing the association relationship between each verification identification code in the second relationship set and the box number of the target packaging box according to the acquisition sequence corresponding to each verification identification code in the second relationship set.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein said sequentially updating the association relationship between each verification identification code in the first relationship set after the second verification identification code and the box number of each unverified packaging box comprises:
sequentially acquiring the box numbers of all the non-inspected packing boxes behind the target packing box;
sequentially re-determining a relation set corresponding to the box numbers of the non-inspected packing boxes in the first relation set, wherein a first verification identification code in the relation set corresponding to the box number of the first non-inspected packing box is the second verification identification code, and the box number of the first non-inspected packing box is the first box number in the box numbers of the non-inspected packing boxes;
and sequentially establishing the association relationship between each verification identification code in the corresponding relationship set of the box numbers of the non-inspected packing boxes and the box numbers of the non-inspected packing boxes according to the corresponding relationship set of the box numbers of the non-inspected packing boxes.
5. A product bin inspection device, comprising:
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a storage unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a product identification code of a target product, the target product is the last product filled into a target packaging box, and the target packaging box is a packaging box in a current packaging state;
the first determining unit is used for determining a second relation set corresponding to the target packaging box in a pre-established first relation set, wherein the first relation set comprises a plurality of verification identification codes which are collected in sequence in advance; the second relation set comprises N verification identification codes, an association relation is established between each verification identification code in the second relation set and the box number of the target packaging box, and the value of N is the number of products which fill the target packaging box;
the second determining unit is used for determining a first verification identification code in the second relation set, wherein the first verification identification code is a verification identification code for establishing an association relation between the last verification identification code in the second relation set and the box number of the target packaging box;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the product identification code is the same as the first verification identification code or not, and if the product identification code is different from the first verification identification code, the association relationship between each verification identification code in the second relationship set and the box number of the target packaging box is released, and early warning is triggered so as to reject the target packaging box and each product filled into the target packaging box;
a third determining unit, configured to determine a second verification identification code in the first relationship set according to a pre-recorded number of collected pieces corresponding to each verification identification code in the first relationship set and a number of boxed products corresponding to the target product;
and the updating unit is used for sequentially updating the second verification identification code in the first relation set and the association relation between each verification identification code after the second verification identification code and the box number of each non-verified packing box so as to conveniently verify each non-verified packing box.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the third determining unit comprises:
the first obtaining subunit is configured to obtain the number of collected pieces corresponding to each verification identification code in the first relationship set, which is recorded in advance;
the second acquiring subunit is used for acquiring the number of the pre-recorded boxed products corresponding to the target product;
the first determining subunit is used for determining the number of target collecting pieces, wherein the number of the target collecting pieces is the number of boxed products corresponding to the target products plus one;
and the second determining subunit is used for determining the verification identification code corresponding to the target acquisition part number in the first relation set according to the acquisition part number corresponding to each verification identification code in the first relation set, and taking the verification identification code corresponding to the target acquisition part number as the second verification identification code in the first relation set.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
and the association unit is used for sequentially establishing the association relationship between each verification identification code in the second relationship set and the box number of the target packaging box according to the acquisition sequence corresponding to each verification identification code in the second relationship set.

the third acquiring subunit is used for sequentially acquiring the box numbers of all the unchecked packing boxes behind the target packing box;
a third determining subunit, configured to sequentially re-determine, in the first relationship set, a relationship set corresponding to the box number of each unchecked packaging box, where a first verification identification code in the relationship set corresponding to the box number of a first unchecked packaging box is the second verification identification code, and the box number of the first unchecked packaging box is a first box number in the box numbers of each unchecked packaging box;
and the establishing subunit is used for sequentially establishing the association relationship between each verification identification code in the relation set corresponding to the box number of each unchecked packing box and the box number of each unchecked packing box according to the relation set corresponding to the box number of each unchecked packing box.
9. A storage medium comprising stored instructions, wherein the instructions, when executed, control a device on which the storage medium is located to perform a method of inspecting product containers as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.
