Abstract

The invention provides a method and a device for processing a prompt message, a storage medium and an electronic device, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring the quantity of commodities selected and purchased by a user; under the condition that the commodity exceeds a preset threshold value, acquiring a face image of the user, and matching the face image with a face image stored in advance; and displaying a prompt message on a current checkout page under the condition that the face image of the user is matched in the pre-stored face image information. The invention solves the problem that the professional fake-makers can only be identified manually in the related technology.

Background
After a professional fake-breaking person makes a malicious claim, a supermarket can only inform a worker of the fact that the complaint person enters the store after going through the malicious claim, and once the complaint person enters the store again, the relevant security personnel supervise the store entering behavior. The method provided by the first embodiment of the present application may be executed in a terminal, a computer terminal, or a similar computing device. Taking an example of the operation on a terminal, fig. 1 is a hardware structure block diagram of the terminal of the method for processing a prompt message according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the terminal 10 may include one or more (only one shown in fig. 1) processors 102 (the processor 102 may include, but is not limited to, a processing device such as a microprocessor MCU or a programmable logic device FPGA) and a memory 104 for storing data, and optionally, a transmission device 106 for communication functions and an input-output device 108. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 1 is only an illustration and is not intended to limit the structure of the terminal. step S204, acquiring a face image of a user and matching the face image with a face image stored in advance under the condition that the commodity exceeds a preset threshold value;
and step S206, displaying a prompt message on the current checkout page under the condition that the face image of the user is matched in the pre-stored face image information.
The number of commodities selected by the user is obtained through the steps S202 to S206, the face image of the user is obtained and matched with the face image stored in advance under the condition that the commodities exceed the preset threshold value, and finally the prompt message is displayed on the current check-out page under the condition that the face image of the user is matched in the face image information stored in advance, so that the suspicious person purchasing the commodities is prompted, and the problem that the professional fake person can be identified only by people in the related art is solved.
The manner of acquiring the quantity of the purchased commodities of the user, which is related to step S202 in this embodiment, may further be implemented as follows:
step S202-11, determining the commodity of the appointed type from the commodity types purchased by the user;
step S202-12, the purchase quantity of the specified kind of goods is determined.
For the above step S202, in a specific application scenario, the following may be performed: firstly, determining a commodity common complaint project information base, and automatically crawling complaint information in the database according to a common complaint platform to comb complaint contents of common commodities. The features of the complained commodities are extracted, and the complained commodities are classified according to commodity categories, so that common complaining contents are combed, such as fresh-eating commodities, and the corresponding common complaining contents are commodity expiration, mildew, foreign matters and the like. The items to be checked, such as fresh food commodities, are arranged according to the contents of common complaints, and whether the items are overdue, whether the items are mildewed, whether foreign matters exist or not, and the like need to be checked. It can be seen that the specified category of goods may be fresh food goods or other goods with a shorter shelf life.
In another optional implementation manner of this embodiment, for the case that the face image of the user is matched in the pre-stored face image information in step S204, the manner of displaying the prompt message on the current checkout page may further be:
step S204-11, displaying a bill for the commodity selected by the user and a face image of the user on a display interface of the current terminal;
and step S204-12, displaying a prompt message on the display interface, wherein the prompt message is used for prompting that the purchase quantity of the specified type of commodities is abnormal and prompting that the user is a suspicious user.
In a specific application scenario of the step S204, a video monitoring device may be deployed in the cash register area, a real-time monitoring picture is uploaded to the server, and the server analyzes face information of the account settling person in the picture through a face recognition technology. Meanwhile, the corresponding relation between the monitoring equipment and the cash register is set on the server. When each consumer checks out, a new statement of account is created on the server and associated with the facial information of the payer. Namely, a closed-loop association relationship among facial information of a purchaser, a settlement list, a cash register and monitoring equipment is formed. After the face information of the checkout person is collected by the video monitoring device deployed in the cashier area, the face information is automatically compared with the information of the database of the suspicious person, and whether the person is in the existing database or not is identified. If the account is a person in the database, finding a corresponding cash register according to the monitoring equipment for collecting the face, and putting forward a settlement list. And according to the commodity information of the settlement list, combining with the commodity common complaint item information base to carry out commodity inspection reminding on the cashier. If the information in the database of the non-suspicious persons is found by the checkout staff, calling a corresponding settlement list, analyzing whether the number of commodities in the settlement list exceeds a specified early warning, and if so, calling a common complaint item of the specified commodity and carrying out commodity inspection reminding on the cashier.
It should be noted that, before obtaining the quantity of the commodities purchased by the user, the method of this embodiment further includes: and establishing a database of the face images, wherein the database is used for storing the face images of the suspicious users.
Through the scheme of the embodiment, if the probability that checkout consumption is detected as a suspicious person is high, the prompt message is displayed to inform a cashier to check the purchased commodities, so that unqualified commodities are prevented from being sold from the supermarket, and the risk that the suspicious person hurts the supermarket is reduced.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, but may also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases.
