1. A method of content localization, the method comprising:
identifying text content from the book image;
carrying out semantic analysis processing on the text content to obtain text meanings and semantic logic relations of the text content;
dividing the text content into a plurality of text groups meeting complete semantics based on the text meanings and the semantic logic relations;
associating corresponding location information for each of the groupings of text in the book image with the grouping of text;
outputting a target consist associated with a target location when the target location is invoked; the target position is position information corresponding to any text grouping.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein said performing semantic analysis processing on said text content to obtain text meaning and semantic logic relationship of said text content comprises:
word segmentation processing is carried out on the text content so as to obtain a plurality of target words which are arranged in sequence from the text content;
carrying out semantic analysis processing on the target words to obtain word senses of each target word and semantic logic relations among the target words;

determining a location range of the text content from the book image;
