8. The cooling fan of claim 7, wherein the drainage groove is disposed directly under the water spraying device, for collecting water drops sprayed by the water spraying device, and draining the water drops to the water tank.
9. The cooling fan according to claim 6, wherein an air inlet is provided at one side of an air inlet area of the housing, and a connector is provided at an outer side of the air inlet for connection with a wet curtain of the cooling fan.
10. The cooling fan of claim 5, wherein a water absorbing sponge is provided on a bottom inner surface of the housing.
