The device of claim 1, wherein the base further comprises a base, fixed plates are fixed on two sides of the base, a pull rod penetrates through the inner sides of the fixed plates, sliding blocks are fixed on two sides of the pull rod, and the bottom of the pull rod is fixed to the adsorption device.
