Background
The pipeline connection means that the prefabricated pipe sections are connected into a complete system according to the requirements of design drawings. In the construction, different connection methods are selected according to the material of the used pipe; in the pipeline engineering construction, different connection methods should be selected according to the material of the used pipes. The common steel pipe is connected with a flange plate through a threaded connection and a welding connection; the seamless steel pipe, the nonferrous metal and the stainless steel pipe are mostly welded and connected with a flange; the cast iron pipes are connected by socket joints, and a small number of cast iron pipes are connected by flanges; the plastic pipe is mainly connected by threads, bonding, hot melting and the like, and other nonmetal pipes are connected in various forms.
However, the existing sealing pipes are generally connected by adopting a thread or welding method when being connected, but the thread connection sealing performance is not perfect enough, and the welding is also laborious; thus, the existing need is not met, and a pipe sealing connector is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pipe fitting sealing connecting piece which is simple in structure, low in cost and good in sealing effect.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a pipe fitting sealing connecting piece comprises a body and a sliding buckle cap, wherein the two ends of the body are respectively provided with a connecting end, the sliding buckle cap is arranged on one side of the connecting end, a sealing element is arranged in an inner cavity of the connecting end, and the sealing element is arranged between the body and the sliding buckle cap; the outer side walls of the two ends of the body are respectively provided with a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove, and a clamping table is arranged between the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove; the body connecting end comprises a first inner cavity wall and a second inner cavity wall, and the first inner cavity wall and the second inner cavity wall are mutually crossed to form a first included angle; a sealing table is arranged at one end of the sealing element, and the sealing table and the outer side wall of the sealing element are obliquely arranged to form a second included angle; the first included angle is smaller than the second included angle;
the sliding buckle cap comprises a first sliding buckle cap and a second sliding buckle cap which are arranged oppositely; one ends of the inner cavities of the first sliding buckle cap and the second sliding buckle cap are respectively provided with a first limiting table and a second limiting table, and the other ends of the first sliding buckle cap and the second sliding buckle cap are provided with a third clamping groove and a fourth clamping groove; and the third clamping groove and the fourth clamping groove are matched with the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove for use.

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in fig. 1, a pipe fitting sealing connector comprises a body 1 and a sliding buckle cap 2, wherein a connecting end 3 is respectively arranged at two ends of the body 1 and the sliding buckle cap 2, the sliding buckle cap 2 is arranged at one side of the connecting end 3, a sealing element 4 is arranged in an inner cavity of the connecting end 3, and the sealing element 4 is arranged between the body 1 and the sliding buckle cap 2; the outer side walls of two ends of the body 1 are respectively provided with a first clamping groove 41 and a second clamping groove 42, and a clamping table 5 is arranged between the first clamping groove 41 and the second clamping groove 42; the connecting end 3 of the body 1 comprises a first inner cavity wall 11 and a second inner cavity wall 12, and the first inner cavity wall 11 and the second inner cavity wall 12 are mutually crossed to form a first included angle 13; a sealing table 43 is arranged at one end of the sealing element 4, and the sealing table 43 and the outer side wall of the sealing element 4 are obliquely arranged to form a second included angle; the first included angle 13 is smaller than the second included angle;
the sliding buckle cap 2 comprises a first sliding buckle cap 21 and a second sliding buckle cap 22, and the first sliding buckle cap 21 and the second sliding buckle cap 22 are arranged oppositely; one ends of the inner cavities of the first slide buckle cap 21 and the second slide buckle cap 22 are respectively provided with a first limiting table 23 and a second limiting table 24, and the other ends of the inner cavities are provided with a third clamping groove 25 and a fourth clamping groove 26; third card slot 25 and fourth card slot 26 cooperate with first card slot 41 and second card slot 42.
In addition, the middle part of the inner cavity of the body 1 is provided with a separation table 6, so that the water pipes at the two ends of the connecting piece are prevented from interfering.

In addition, the first included angle 13 is smaller than 150 °, the second included angle is larger than 160 °, in this embodiment, the first included angle 13 is 145 °, the second included angle is 165 °, and when the body 1 and the sliding buckle cap 2 are tightly pressed on the sealing element 4 in the installation and connection process, elastic deformation is generated between the sealing table 43 of the sealing element 4 and the body 1, so that the sealing effect is improved.
Further, the clamp spring 8 is a square clamp spring 8.
