Abstract
The invention discloses a method for attaching a touch screen and a display panel, which comprises the following steps: calculating the glue amount and the glue thickness according to the product, and designing two corresponding fishbone graphs; gluing the back of the touch screen according to one fishbone pattern, and simultaneously gluing the display panel according to the other fishbone pattern; and after gluing, applying pressure to attach the touch screen and the display panel. The method for bonding the touch screen and the display panel saves the gluing time, can be bonded with large-size products and has good bonding effect.

Electronic products such as mobile phones and computers are widely applied, and more electronic products replace keyboards with touch screens in order to facilitate operation.
Touch screens of electronic products such as mobile phones and computers are usually attached to display panels by means of a frame glue attaching method or a water glue attaching method. The frame glue is attached, namely the used frame glue has a certain thickness, the four edges of the touch screen and the display panel are fixed by the frame glue, and a gap filled with air is generated between the attached touch screen and the display panel; the glue lamination method is also called a full lamination method, and refers to seamless full lamination of the touch screen and the display panel by using optical transparent resin glue (called glue for short).
In the prior art, no matter frame glue or water glue is pasted, a corresponding fishbone pattern needs to be designed according to the glue amount and the glue thickness of a product, then, during formal pasting, glue is coated on a display panel, and after the glue is coated, a touch screen is overturned and pasted on the display panel. However, in the above bonding method, when a large-sized product is subjected to gluing, the gluing time is long, and the bonding effect is not good.
In view of the above, it is necessary to develop a method for bonding a touch panel and a display panel to solve the problems of long time required for gluing and poor bonding effect.

In order to achieve the above object, the method for bonding a touch panel and a display panel according to the present invention comprises the steps of:
calculating the glue amount and the glue thickness according to the product, and designing two corresponding fishbone graphs, wherein the two fishbone graphs are opposite in mirror image;
gluing the back of the touch screen according to one fishbone pattern, and simultaneously gluing the display panel according to the other fishbone pattern;
and after gluing, applying pressure to attach the touch screen and the display panel.
Optionally, the two fish bone patterns have a large bone glue diameter and a middle bone glue diameter, the middle bone glue diameter is arranged on two sides of the large bone glue diameter, and the glue amount required by the middle bone glue diameter from the end part to the large bone glue diameter is gradually increased.
Optionally, the medial bone glue diameters on each side of the fishbone pattern are non-parallel.
Optionally, the fishbone pattern is from one end to the other end direction, and the included angle between the medium bone glue diameter and one side of the large bone glue diameter is gradually increased.
Optionally, when the pressing and attaching are performed, the touch screen is turned and attached to the display panel, and the glue amount coated on the touch screen which needs to be turned during glue coating is slightly smaller than the glue amount coated on the display panel.
Optionally, when the pressing and attaching are performed, the display panel is overturned and attached to the touch screen, and the glue amount coated on the display panel is slightly smaller than that coated on the touch screen.
Compared with the prior art, according to the method for bonding the touch screen and the display panel, two fishbone patterns with opposite mirror images are designed, the touch screen and the display panel are simultaneously coated with glue according to the fishbone patterns, and then the fishbone patterns are bonded by pressing, so that the glue coated on the touch screen and the display panel is completely bonded because the fishbone patterns are opposite mirror images. Therefore, the gluing method saves the gluing time, can be used for gluing large-size products and has a good gluing effect.

For a further understanding of the objects, effects and technical means of the present invention, reference will now be made to the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 to 5 are flowcharts respectively showing steps of a method for attaching a touch screen and a display panel according to the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram showing a fishbone pattern in the method for attaching a touch screen and a display panel according to the present invention, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram showing glue application in the method for attaching a touch screen and a display panel according to the present invention, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram showing an angle in the method for attaching a touch screen and a display panel according to the present invention, and fig. 5 is a schematic diagram showing another angle in the method for attaching a touch screen and a display panel according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, the method for attaching a touch panel to a display panel of the present invention includes the following steps:
step 100: the glue amount and the glue thickness are calculated according to the product, and two corresponding fishbone patterns 10 are designed, as shown in fig. 2, the two fishbone patterns 10 are opposite in mirror image, so that the effect of complete glue lamination can be achieved during lamination.
Step 200: as shown in fig. 3, the glue 20 is applied to the back surface of the touch screen 12 according to one fishbone pattern 10, and the glue 20 is applied to the display panel 11 according to another fishbone pattern 10, so that the glue 20 can be applied to the touch screen 11 and the display panel 12 at the same time, the glue application efficiency is improved, and for a large-size product, the glue 20 is applied to the touch screen 12 and the display panel 11 at the same time, and the amount of the glue 20 is increased, so as to achieve a better attaching effect.
Step 300: after the glue is applied, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the touch screen 12 and the display panel 11 are pressed and attached, and the touch screen 12 and the display panel 11 are bonded into a whole.
The two fishbone patterns 10 have a large bone glue diameter 13 and a middle bone glue diameter 14, the middle bone glue diameter 14 is disposed on two sides of the large bone glue diameter 13, as shown in fig. 6, which illustrates a glue schematic diagram in the bonding method of the touch screen and the display panel of the present invention, the glue amount required by the middle bone glue diameter 14 from the end portion to the large bone glue diameter 13 direction gradually increases, that is, the middle glue 20 is thicker than the two glue 20, and when the two glue 20 are pressed and bonded, the middle glue 20 will flow to the two sides to extrude air, so as to improve the exhaust efficiency and prevent the poor bonding due to the air.
Referring to fig. 1 again, the middle bone glue diameters 14 on each side of the fishbone pattern 10 are not parallel to improve the bonding effect; preferably, the fishbone pattern 10 has a gradually increasing included angle between the middle bone glue diameter 14 and one side of the large bone glue diameter 13 from one end to the other end, for example, the included angle between the one side is 65 degrees, 70 degrees, 75 degrees, 90 degrees, etc.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in an embodiment, the touch screen 12 is turned over and attached to the display panel 11 during the pressing and attaching, and the amount of glue coated on the touch screen 12 to be turned over during the gluing 20 is slightly smaller than the amount of glue coated on the display panel 11, so as to prevent the glue from dripping during the turning; or, in another embodiment, the display panel 11 is turned over and attached to the touch screen 12 during the pressing and attaching, and the amount of glue coated on the display panel 11 is slightly smaller than the amount of glue coated on the touch screen 12 in the same way.
Compared with the prior art, according to the method for bonding the touch screen and the display panel, two fishbone patterns 10 with opposite mirror images are designed, glue is simultaneously coated on the touch screen 12 and the display panel 11 according to the fishbone patterns 10, and then pressing and bonding are carried out, because the fishbone patterns 10 are opposite mirror images, the glue 20 coated on the touch screen 12 and the display panel 11 is completely bonded. Therefore, the gluing method saves the gluing time, can be used for gluing large-size products and has a good gluing effect.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any simple modification, equivalent change and modification made to the above embodiments by those skilled in the art based on the technical solution of the present invention fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. A method for attaching a touch screen and a display panel is characterized by comprising the following steps:
calculating the glue amount and the glue thickness according to the product, and designing two corresponding fishbone graphs, wherein the two fishbone graphs are opposite in mirror image;
gluing the back of the touch screen according to one fishbone pattern, and simultaneously gluing the display panel according to the other fishbone pattern;
and after gluing, applying pressure to attach the touch screen and the display panel.

The method of claim 1, wherein the two fish bone patterns have a large bone glue diameter and a middle bone glue diameter, the middle bone glue diameter is disposed on two sides of the large bone glue diameter, and the amount of glue required by the middle bone glue diameter is gradually increased from the end portion to the large bone glue diameter.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the middle bone glue diameters of the sides of the fishbone pattern are non-parallel.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein an included angle between the middle bone glue diameter and one side of the large bone glue diameter is gradually increased from one end of the fishbone pattern to the other end of the fishbone pattern.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the touch screen is turned over and attached to the display panel during the pressing and attaching, and the amount of glue coated on the touch screen to be turned over during the gluing is slightly smaller than that of the glue coated on the display panel.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the display panel is flipped over and attached to the touch screen during the applying, and an amount of glue applied to the display panel is slightly less than an amount of glue applied to the touch screen.
