Abstract
The invention discloses a clamping type aluminum alloy building template system, which comprises a clamping piece and at least two U-shaped standard templates, wherein the inner sides of the side ribs of the standard templates are provided with horizontally protruding reinforcing ribs; the clamping piece is in a U shape formed integrally and comprises a locking mechanism, a first clamping edge and a second clamping edge which are symmetrical left and right, and horizontal grooves matched with the reinforcing ribs are formed in the inner sides of the first clamping edge and the second clamping edge; and after the reinforcing ribs are clamped into the grooves, the standard templates are fixed through the locking mechanism. The clamping type aluminum alloy building template system provided by the invention can realize the fixation among the templates through the clamping piece without drilling a hole on a single aluminum template, thereby enhancing the rigidity of the aluminum template, prolonging the service life of the aluminum template, and simultaneously quickly constructing a large building template system in a quick-release mounting mode, thereby greatly improving the construction efficiency.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building templates, in particular to a clamping type aluminum alloy building template system.
Background
With the rapid development of urban construction, the construction formwork technology gradually has a trend of transition from wood, bamboo formwork and steel formwork to aluminum alloy formwork. Compared with a steel template, the aluminum alloy template has the characteristics of convenient assembly and disassembly, light carrying and rust resistance; compared with a wood-bamboo template, the wood-bamboo template has better durability and rigidity and is not influenced by temperature change.
However, aluminum alloy forms also have problems during use. For example, the aluminum mold plate is usually connected with the aluminum mold plate by using pins and pin pieces, so that holes need to be punched on the edge ribs of the aluminum mold plate. Because the hole site can cause the intensity of aluminum mould board to descend, in addition the hole site uses repeatedly for the hole diameter can be bigger and bigger, finally leads to the anchorage of pin round pin piece to descend or even become invalid, thereby brings the safety risk. A clamping type aluminum alloy building template system is characterized by comprising a clamping piece and at least two standard templates, wherein reinforcing ribs protruding horizontally are arranged on the inner sides of side ribs of the standard templates; the clamping piece is in a U shape formed integrally and comprises a locking mechanism, a first clamping edge and a second clamping edge which are symmetrical left and right, and horizontal grooves matched with the reinforcing ribs are formed in the inner sides of the first clamping edge and the second clamping edge; and after the reinforcing ribs are clamped into the grooves, the standard templates are fixed through the locking mechanism.
Optionally, the locking mechanism includes an eccentric wrench disposed outside the first clamping edge or the second clamping edge, and a connecting rod penetrating through the first clamping edge and the second clamping edge, and the connecting rod is fixedly connected to the eccentric wrench.
Optionally, the end of the connecting rod is provided with a thread, and the thread is connected with the eccentric wrench and used for adjusting the depth of the connecting rod.
Optionally, the locking mechanism includes a pin penetrating through the first clamping edge and the second clamping edge, and a pin piece fixed on the pin, and the pin piece is located outside the first clamping edge or the second clamping edge.

The invention provides a clamping type aluminum alloy building template system which comprises a plurality of U-shaped aluminum alloy standard templates, wherein the standard templates are connected and fixed through integrally-formed U-shaped clamping pieces, and horizontally protruding reinforcing ribs are arranged on the inner sides of side ribs of the standard templates; the clamping member comprises a locking mechanism, a first clamping edge and a second clamping edge which are bilaterally symmetrical; the locking mechanism is used for adjusting an included angle between the first clamping edge and the second clamping edge so that the clamping member can be in two using states of opening and clamping; horizontal grooves matched with the reinforcing ribs are formed in the inner sides of the first clamping edge and the second clamping edge; after the reinforcing ribs are clamped into the grooves, a plurality of standard templates can be clamped together through adjustment of the locking mechanism, holes do not need to be drilled on the side ribs connected with the templates like a traditional template system, and then the templates are fixed in a mode of fixing pins and pin pieces; because the hole does not need to be formed on the aluminum template, the rigidity of the aluminum template is enhanced, the service life of the aluminum template is prolonged, and various problems in hole site processing are avoided; and a large building template system can be quickly built in a quick-release mounting mode through the clamping and fixing piece, so that the construction efficiency is greatly improved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
A clamping aluminum alloy building template system is shown in figure 1, and is formed by fixing two U-shaped standard templates (1) through two clamping members (4). The locking mechanism of the clamping member has two realization modes, namely eccentric spanner fixing and pin sheet fixing.
When the aluminum alloy building template system is fixed by adopting an eccentric spanner mode, the side view of the clamping type aluminum alloy building template system is shown as 2, and a horizontally protruding reinforcing rib (3) is arranged on the inner side of each side rib (2); and horizontal grooves (43) matched with the reinforcing ribs are formed in the inner sides of the first clamping edge (41) and the second clamping edge (42) of the clamping piece, and a user can adjust the moving depth of the connecting rod (512) by pulling the eccentric wrench (511), so that the first clamping edge and the second clamping edge are clamped, and the two standard templates are fixed together.
When the clamping type aluminum alloy building template system is fixed by the pin sheet mode, the side view is shown in fig. 3, and the first clamping edge (41) and the second clamping edge (42) of the clamping piece clamp the edge rib (2) through the tightening of the pin (521) and the pin sheet (522), so that two standard templates are fixed together.
It will be appreciated that standard forms are not limited to the u-shape of figures 2 and 3 but may be rectangular as shown in figure 4 or of any other cross-sectional shape, as long as aluminium forms joined by conventional dowel pins are suitable for the clamping type of the present invention. The side view of a single U-shaped aluminum form is shown in fig. 5, wherein the inner side of the side rib (2) is provided with a reinforcing rib (3) which horizontally protrudes and has the same length as the side rib. The plurality of standard templates are connected in a quick-release mounting mode through the plurality of clamping pieces, and the templates do not need to be drilled and welded, so that the construction speed can be greatly improved, and the method is particularly suitable for quickly building a large building template system; the number of the reinforcing ribs is not limited to a single reinforcing rib, and the reinforcing ribs can also be formed by a plurality of reinforcing ribs with equal intervals, so that the clamping piece has more selectable clamping positions during clamping, and convenience is brought to construction.
A detailed structural view of the clamp is shown in figure 6, a schematic view in an open state is shown in figure 7, and a schematic view in a clamped state is shown in figure 8. Wherein the body part of the clamping member is integrally U-shaped; comprises a first clamping edge (41) and a second clamping edge (42) which are symmetrical left and right; a horizontal groove (43) is arranged on the inner side of the clamping edge; the end of the connecting rod (512) is provided with a thread which penetrates through the clamping edge and is connected with an eccentric spanner (511), and the telescopic depth of the connecting rod can be adjusted by pulling the eccentric spanner, so that the clamping edge is clamped.
A detailed structural view of another clamp is shown in figure 9, and a schematic view thereof in a clamped state is shown in figure 10. Wherein the body part of the clamping member is integrally U-shaped; comprises a first clamping edge (41) and a second clamping edge (42) which are symmetrical left and right; a horizontal groove (43) is arranged on the inner side of the clamping edge; a horizontal groove (43) is arranged on the inner side of the clamping edge; the pin (521) penetrates through the two clamping edges and is screwed and fixed by the pin sheet (522) to drive the clamping edges to clamp. Preferably, if the position of the clamping edge is stressed particularly, the clamping edge can also be in the form of double pins (as shown in fig. 11) or multiple pins and the like.
The clamped aluminum alloy building formwork system of the present invention has been described above for the purpose of facilitating understanding of the present invention, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the above-described examples, and any changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit of the present invention should be construed as being equivalent replacements within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. A clamping type aluminum alloy building template system is characterized by comprising a clamping piece and at least two standard templates, wherein reinforcing ribs protruding horizontally are arranged on the inner sides of side ribs of the standard templates; the clamping piece is in a U shape formed integrally and comprises a locking mechanism, a first clamping edge and a second clamping edge which are symmetrical left and right; horizontal grooves matched with the reinforcing ribs are formed in the inner sides of the first clamping edge and the second clamping edge; and after the reinforcing ribs are clamped into the grooves, the standard templates are fixed through the locking mechanism.
2. The clamping aluminum alloy building formwork system of claim 1, wherein the locking mechanism comprises an eccentric wrench disposed outside the first clamping edge or the second clamping edge, and a connecting rod extending through the first clamping edge and the second clamping edge, the connecting rod being fixedly connected to the eccentric wrench.
3. The clamping aluminum alloy building formwork system of claim 2, wherein the connecting rod is provided with a screw thread at its distal end, the screw thread being connected to the eccentric wrench and being used to adjust the depth of the connecting rod.
4. The clamping aluminum alloy building panel system of claim 1, wherein the locking mechanism comprises a pin extending through the first and second clamping edges and a pin secured to the pin, the pin being located outside the first or second clamping edge.
5. The clamp-on aluminum alloy building formwork system of claim 4, wherein the number of pins is at least one.
6. A clamping aluminum alloy building template system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said standard template is U-shaped and comprises side ribs that are left-right symmetrical.
