Abstract

The invention discloses a lignin-free coal water slurry additive and a coal water slurry prepared by the same. The additive comprises a naphthalene dispersant, polystyrene sulfonate, a polyoxyethylene series nonionic synthetic dispersant and a sulfonated melamine formaldehyde condensate. Through the synergistic effect of various polymer dispersants and the synergistic effect of anions and non-ions, the additive disclosed by the invention can obviously reduce the viscosity of coal slurry, improve the fluidity and stability of the coal slurry, obtain a better treatment effect than that of a coal slurry additive with lignin, and can be used for preparing high-quality coal water slurry with higher concentration.

Technical Field

The coal water slurry is a coal-based liquid fuel which is formed in the 70 th century, can be used as a furnace fuel or a synthetic gas raw material, and has the advantages of stable combustion, less pollution discharge and the like. The coal slurry is an oil-substituted coal-based fluid fuel which is low in pollution, high in efficiency and capable of being conveyed by a pipeline, is obtained by physically processing about 50-70% of coal, 1% of additive and water, has good fluidity and stability, is easy to store, can be atomized and combusted, is a low-cost clean fuel with high combustion efficiency and low pollution, and can replace heavy oil to relieve the energy safety problem of petroleum shortage. The appearance of the coal water slurry changes the traditional combustion mode of coal and shows great advantages of environmental protection and energy conservation. Especially in recent years, after a technical route of waste recycling is adopted, the environment-friendly coal water slurry which is successfully developed can greatly improve the environment-friendly benefit of the coal water slurry on the premise of not increasing the cost. Under the guarantee of rich coal resources in China, the coal water slurry also becomes the most basic and economic clean energy for replacing oil, gas and other energy sources.
The existing coal water slurry technology is listed as the key popularization technology of energy development in China and is also one of the key technologies of the prior development of clean coal technology in the coal industry. China is a country rich in coal and little in oil, coal water slurry is known by more and more enterprises as a novel oil-replacing environment-friendly fuel, and the product structure of coal enterprises is further improved by adopting the coal water slurry technology, so that the economic benefit of the coal enterprises is improved. The coal water slurry technology can also solve the problems of environmental protection and process adjustment of some coal-fired enterprises.
The varieties of coal are very many, and the composition of the coal changes greatly, so that some coals are easy to form slurry and some coals are difficult to form slurry. The invention aims to solve the problems that the preparation of a coal slurry additive is influenced due to insufficient supply of lignin raw materials, and provides a lignin-free coal water slurry additive and a coal water slurry prepared by using the same.

in the components, the naphthalene dispersant is a coal tar dispersant with large molecular weight, and can effectively disperse coal particles in the coal slurry by being adsorbed on the surfaces of the coal particles, so that the viscosity of the coal slurry is reduced, and the stability of the coal slurry is improved.
The polystyrene sulfonate has better dispersing performance than naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate and strong viscosity reducing effect, thereby obtaining coal slurry with higher concentration.
The polyoxyethylene series nonionic synthetic dispersant has good hydrophilic and lipophilic groups and is not influenced by water quality, so that the stability and the fluidity of coal slurry are improved, the hydrophilicity of the surface of coal can be improved, the effect of the anionic dispersant is improved, and a good synergistic effect is realized.
The sulfonated melamine formaldehyde condensate has high-efficiency dispersing performance, good compatibility with other dispersing agents and better high-temperature resistance, and can ensure the quality of coal slurry when high-temperature wastewater is used for preparing the slurry.
The combination of the components and the percentage ranges of the components are determined by a large number of tests, and the combination and the percentage ranges ensure that the compounded coal water slurry additive has the characteristics of improving the hydrophilicity of the coal surface and improving the dispersibility of the dispersing agent, simultaneously enhance the electrostatic repulsion force among particles and can efficiently improve the fluidity of the coal water slurry; the dispersant provides steric hindrance to stabilize the coal slurry, and the stability of the coal slurry additive can be ensured under the condition of not using a stabilizer.
In order to optimize the above technical solution, the specific measures taken further include:
in the above components, the content of the naphthalene dispersant is preferably 20 to 40%, or the content of the polyoxyethylene nonionic synthetic dispersant is preferably 10 to 20%.
The naphthalene dispersant is selected from naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate; the polystyrene sulfonate is selected from sodium polystyrene sulfonate; the polyoxyethylene nonionic synthetic dispersant is selected from alkylphenol polyoxyethylene or lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene.
In another aspect of the invention, a coal water slurry is provided, which comprises the coal water slurry additive.

The invention can effectively ensure the effect of the novel water-coal-slurry additive, thoroughly solves the problem of poor effect of compounding the lignin with the naphthalene polymer, can better improve the quality of coal slurry and the concentration of the coal slurry, thereby improving the gas production rate of the gasification furnace and providing products even under the condition of shortage of lignin raw materials. Meanwhile, the proportion of various dispersing agents is adjusted according to the change of coal types, so that a good slurry mixing effect can be ensured when coal which is difficult to form slurry is used.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
The alkylphenol ethoxylates used in the following examples and comparative examples were produced by the technique of Popo and the laureth-oxide was produced by the technique of Popo. The naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate is produced by Shandong Wanshan group. Polystyrene sulfonate is produced by lion king company. The sulfonated melamine formaldehyde condensate is produced by Hongxin corporation.
Example 1
At normal temperature and normal pressure, mixing 30 wt% of naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate, 30 wt% of sodium polystyrene sulfonate, 20 wt% of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene and 20 wt% of sulfonated melamine-formaldehyde condensate in a reaction vessel, adding water for dilution, and stirring for 30-60 min until the mixture is uniformly stirred to obtain the liquid coal water slurry additive with the solid content of 30%.
Example 2
At normal temperature and pressure, mixing 40 wt% of naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate, 20 wt% of sodium polystyrene sulfonate, 10 wt% of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene and 30 wt% of sulfonated melamine-formaldehyde condensate in a reaction vessel, adding water for dilution, and stirring for 30-60 min until the mixture is uniformly stirred to obtain the liquid coal water slurry additive with the solid content of 30%.
Example 3
At normal temperature and pressure, mixing 50 wt% of naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate, 35 wt% of sodium polystyrene sulfonate and 15 wt% of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene in a reaction vessel, adding water for dilution, and stirring for 30-60 min until the mixture is uniformly stirred to obtain the liquid coal water slurry additive with the solid content of 30%.
Example 4
At normal temperature and pressure, mixing 20 wt% of naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate, 40 wt% of sodium polystyrene sulfonate, 10 wt% of polyoxyethylene lauryl ether and 30 wt% of sulfonated melamine-formaldehyde condensate in a reaction vessel, adding water for dilution, and stirring for 30-60 min until the mixture is uniformly stirred to obtain the liquid coal water slurry additive with the solid content of 30%.
Comparative example 1
And (2) mixing 80 wt% of lignin and 20 wt% of naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate in a reaction container at normal temperature and pressure, adding water for dilution, and stirring for 30-60 min until the mixture is uniformly stirred to obtain the liquid coal water slurry additive with the solid content of 30%.
It should be noted that the normal temperature and the normal pressure in the present invention mean 25 degrees celsius and 1 standard atmosphere, respectively.
The lignin is a complex class of organic polymers that form important structural materials in the supporting tissues of vascular plants and some algae, and chemically, it is a cross-linked phenolic polymer.
The coal water slurry of the present invention comprises the coal water slurry additive prepared according to any one of examples 1-4 above.
As a preferred embodiment, the coal water slurry comprises 1 wt% of a coal water slurry additive, 65-75 wt% of coal and the balance of water. Specifically, the content of the coal water slurry additive is 1 wt%, the content of the coal is 65 wt%, and the content of the water is 34 wt%.
It is understood that the "balance" refers to the percentage of the coal water slurry additive and the coal that is 100 wt% minus the remainder of the coal.

The coal-water slurry additives prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative example 1 were each prepared according to the ratio of 1 wt% of the coal-water slurry additive, 65 wt% of coal and 34 wt% of water, and the concentration and viscosity of the obtained coal-water slurries were measured, and the results of the measurements are shown in table 1 below.
The viscosity here refers to the shear viscosity of the coal water slurry; the coal slurry concentration refers to the percentage of the mass of coal to the mass of the coal slurry, and the concentration test method is carried out according to the method disclosed in the national standard GB/T18856.2-2002.

From the viscosity results, the viscosity of examples 1-4 is reduced compared with that of comparative example 1, and the lower the viscosity is, the better the dispersibility of the system is, which also indicates that the coal water slurry additive of the invention can obviously improve the dispersibility, enhance the electrostatic repulsion force among particles and effectively improve the fluidity and stability of the coal water slurry.
