Abstract
The invention discloses a foam dressing for preventing ear pressure sores, which comprises: the dressing body extends to the upper end of the dressing body and is adhered to the upper ear reinforcing area on the upper edge of an ear, and extends to the lower end of the dressing body and is adhered to the lower ear reinforcing area on the lower edge of the ear; the foam dressing comprises the following components: the buffer foam layer is connected with the thin film layer of the buffer foam layer and the adhesive layer connected with the thin film layer; the mask provided by the invention has excellent fixing capacity, can reduce the compression and friction of the ear band of the mask on the ear skin, is comfortable in skin peeling, and is convenient for medical staff to wear the mask for a long time.

Technical Field

Background
In the new year of 2020, the novel coronavirus pneumonia covers the whole country, and all provinces in the whole country are affected by different degrees. In the period of novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, in order to make personal protection work, people need to wear the mask when going out, in some special posts, such as medical care personnel, epidemic prevention workers, workers working in workshops and the like, the mask needs to be worn for a long time (12 hours or more), ear-hung masks (such as medical surgical masks and disposable medical masks) are generally fixed on ears through ear belts, and when the ears are in a compression condition for a long time, skin erythema and swelling can occur, blister can occur to serious people, pressure sore can be generated, and even skin infection can occur;
at present, the hydrocolloid dressing can be clinically used for ear pressure sore prevention, but the hydrocolloid dressing is generally used for low-exudation wounds, and has the following defects when being used for ear pressure sore prevention;
the hydrocolloid dressing has high viscosity, and because the skin at the ear part is fragile, when the hydrocolloid dressing is replaced after being used, the skin at the ear part is very easy to tear, so that pain is caused, and even the skin is damaged;
hydrocolloid dressing is generally thinner, between 1 ~ 3mm, does not have the resilience simultaneously, and hydrocolloid dressing's prevent pressing sore effect then is not obvious.
The market needs a foam dressing capable of preventing ear pressure sores and facilitating medical workers to wear the mask for a long time, and the invention solves the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the foam dressing for preventing the ear pressure sores, which has excellent fixing capacity, can reduce the compression and friction of ear belts of the mask on the skin of the ears, ensures that the product is comfortable in skin peeling, and is convenient for medical staff to wear the mask for a long time.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:
a foam dressing for preventing ear pressure sores comprising: the dressing body extends to the upper end of the dressing body and is adhered to the upper ear reinforcing area on the upper edge of an ear, and extends to the lower end of the dressing body and is adhered to the lower ear reinforcing area on the lower edge of the ear; the foam dressing comprises the following components: the buffering foam layer is connected in the thin film layer on buffering foam layer, connects in the layer of pasting on buffering foam layer.
The foam dressing for preventing the ear pressure sores is 40-80 mm in height and 15-35 mm in width.
The foam dressing for preventing the ear pressure sore has the height of 65mm and the width of 28 mm.
According to the foam dressing for preventing the ear pressure sores, the thickness range of the buffering foam layer is 1-6.5 mm, and the thickness range of the thin film layer is 10-50 microns.
In the foam dressing for preventing the ear pressure sores, the thickness of the buffer foam layer is 2.5mm, and the thickness of the film layer is 30 microns.
According to the foam dressing for preventing the ear pressure sores, the buffering foam layer is of a three-dimensional porous large-aperture structure, and the aperture range of the foam is 200-800 microns.

The invention has the advantages that:
the invention is provided with the upper ear reinforcing area and the lower ear reinforcing area, and the product has better fixing capacity by matching with the adhesive layer;
the adhesive layer adopts soft silicone adhesive, the adhesive is characterized by being softer in adhesion, not pulling skin when being stripped, and simultaneously, the product adopts a dot or strip adhesive coating mode, so that the air permeability of the product is increased, and the use is more comfortable;
the foam pore structure of the buffer foam layer is designed into a three-dimensional porous large-aperture structure (200-800 mu m), so that the buffer foam layer has better resilience and pressure release capacity;
the film layer is made of polyurethane, friction is reduced, and the frosted low-resistance design is adopted on the surface, so that the risk of pressure sores caused by friction of ear bands is reduced.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and the embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a foam dressing for preventing ear pressure sores comprises: the dressing body C30, an upper ear reinforcing area C10 which extends to the upper end of the dressing body C30 and is adhered to the upper edge of the ear, and a lower ear reinforcing area C20 which extends to the lower end of the dressing body C30 and is adhered to the lower edge of the ear; the foam dressing comprises the following components: a cushioning foam layer 10, a film layer 20 connected to the cushioning foam layer 10, and an adhesive layer 30 connected to the cushioning foam layer 10.
Because the back of the ear is not a smooth surface, higher requirements are put forward to the application and the fixed of product, in product design, upper ear reinforcing area C10 and lower ear reinforcing area C20 have been increased respectively, when this foam dressing is pasted and is applied on the ear, upper ear reinforcing area C10 just pastes the upper edge at the ear, lower ear reinforcing area C20 just pastes the edge under the ear, can be inseparabler like this and the laminating of ear, cooperate together with pasting layer 30, make prevent that the ear from pressing sore foam dressing is after long-time use, can also keep fine effect of pasting.
As shown in figure 1, the height of the foam dressing ranges from 40 mm to 80mm, and preferably, the height A40 of the foam dressing is 65 mm; the width is in the range of 15 to 35mm, and preferably, the width B50 is 28 mm.
The thickness range of the buffer foam layer 10 is 1-6.5 mm, and the thickness range of the thin film layer 20 is 10-50 mu m; preferably, the thickness of the cushion foam layer 10 is 2.5mm and the thickness of the film layer 20 is 30 μm.
Because the foam dressing is only used for pressure release and does not need to absorb exudates, the buffering foam layer 10 is of a three-dimensional porous large-aperture structure, the foam aperture range is 200-800 μm, and preferably, the foam aperture is 350 μm. Such pore sizes provide the cushioning foam layer 10 with better resilience and pressure relief capabilities.
Materials that may be selected for the cushioning foam layer 10 include: PVA and polyurethane, preferably, the cushioning foam layer 10 is a polyurethane foam layer, and the polyurethane foam has high resilience and good biocompatibility.
Materials that may be selected for film layer 20 include: preferably, the film layer 20 is a polyurethane layer, which has the characteristics of high air permeability and low frictional resistance, and the design of frosting the surface and low frictional resistance reduces the risk of pressure sores caused by friction of the ear band.
The adhesive layer 30 may be selected from the group consisting of: preferably, the adhesive layer 30 is a flexible silicone adhesive, which has a soft adhesive peeling property and good biocompatibility. The adhesive has the characteristics of softer adhesion, no pulling on skin during peeling, and increased air permeability due to the adoption of a dot or strip gluing mode, so that the adhesive is more comfortable to use.
The reason for the ear pressure sores mainly comprises two aspects, namely, the compression of the ear straps of the mask on the skin of the ears on one hand, and the friction of the ear straps on the skin of the ears in the using process on the other hand; according to the invention, the cellular structure of the buffering foam layer 10 is designed into a three-dimensional porous large-aperture structure (200-800 μm), so that the buffering foam layer 10 has better resilience and pressure release capacity; through having adopted the polyurethane film with thin layer 20, reduced the friction, the surface adopts dull polish low resistance design to reduce the risk that the friction of ear area produced and presses the sore.

A foam dressing for preventing ear pressure sores comprising: the dressing body extends to the upper end of the dressing body and is adhered to the upper ear reinforcing area on the upper edge of an ear, and extends to the lower end of the dressing body and is adhered to the lower ear reinforcing area on the lower edge of the ear; the foam dressing comprises the following components: the buffering foam layer is connected in the thin film layer on buffering foam layer, connects in the layer of pasting on buffering foam layer.
2. The foam dressing for preventing ear pressure sores as claimed in claim 1, wherein the foam dressing has a height ranging from 40 to 80mm and a width ranging from 15 to 35 mm.
3. The ear pressure sore prevention foam dressing of claim 2 wherein the foam dressing has a height of 65mm and a width of 28 mm.
4. The foam dressing for preventing ear pressure sores as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickness of the cushioning foam layer is in the range of 1-6.5 mm and the thickness of the film layer is in the range of 10-50 μm.
5. The foam dressing for preventing ear pressure sores as recited in claim 4, wherein the cushioning foam layer has a thickness of 2.5mm and the film layer has a thickness of 30 μm.
6. The foam dressing for preventing the ear pressure sores as claimed in claim 1, wherein the buffering foam layer is of a three-dimensional porous large-aperture structure, and the aperture of the foam ranges from 200 to 800 μm.
7. The ear pressure sore prevention foam dressing of claim 6 wherein the foam cells are 350 μm in size.
8. The ear pressure sore prevention foam dressing of claim 1 wherein the cushioning foam layer is a polyurethane foam layer.
9. The ear pressure sore prevention foam dressing of claim 1 wherein the film layer is a polyurethane film layer.
10. The foam dressing for preventing ear pressure sores as recited in claim 1, wherein the adhesive layer is a layer of pliable silicone adhesive.
