Abstract

Performance test
The aqueous aerosol spray paint prepared in each example and comparative example is sprayed on a sample plate of wooden furniture, an artificial accelerated weather resistance test box is adopted, a light source is a 6000-watt water-cooled tubular xenon lamp, the distance between the sample plate and the light source is 40cm, the control temperature is 45 +/-2 ℃, the relative humidity is 70 +/-5%, the test is carried out by rainfall for 12min per hour, the test time is 24h, the grade of the change degree of paint film damage is checked and evaluated according to the rating method of paint film aging test (GB 1766-79), the rating is evaluated according to the numerical grade of 0-5, 0 represents no damage, 5 represents serious damage, and the evaluation result is shown in the following table 3.
