The carbon black production is that fuel (raw oil) is incompletely combusted, namely part of raw oil is combusted to generate high temperature, and part of raw oil is pyrolyzed to generate carbon black. The invention aims to provide a choke and a raw oil spray gun for producing carbon black, which solve the problems that in the prior art, the position of the raw oil spray gun is fixed, the parameter adjustable range in the whole production process of the carbon black is small, and the process parameter optimization cannot be obtained by replacing equipment for many times due to large investment of a carbon black production device and high equipment manufacturing cost; and, carbon black is a continuous process in production, can't shut down the change equipment at will in the production process, shut down and lead to producing unstably, product quality fluctuation and economic loss are all very big, simultaneously because throat section has set up a round of raw oil spray gun on a radial cross-section only, a plurality of nozzle sprays raw oil to the choke central axis simultaneously, the raw oil atomization cracking efficiency that easily leads to spraying is low, influence carbon black quality and yield, it is single to produce carbon black product technological means simultaneously, can't reach the purpose of producing a plurality of series of carbon black products on the same apparatus for producing.

The inner diameter of the spray hole of the nozzle does not exceed the inner diameter of the raw oil spray gun pipe and is 1/10-2.5/10 of the inner diameter of the raw oil spray gun pipe.
