the material (main material) after the subcritical water reaction kettle resource regeneration and biomass gasification slag (auxiliary material) are gathered and stirred uniformly to obtain a basic product organic fertilizer, (the stirring section adds nutrients according to the requirements to produce special organic fertilizer products or produce new organic and inorganic fertilizer varieties according to the market requirements), and then the organic fertilizer is conveyed to a finished product tank by a conveyor;

before the reaction kettle discharges materials, the reaction kettle enters a procedure of discharging water vapor pressure in the kettle, the pressure and gas discharged by pressure relief are discharged into the water bottom of an absorption water pool through a pipeline, and the pressure, noise, heat and peculiar smell are absorbed by the water in the pool. The emitted peculiar smell gas is slowly released through a water body, the absorption water pool is sealed by a glass fiber reinforced plastic circular arch body, the topmost end of the sealed arch body is provided with an exhaust port connecting pipeline, the exhausted gas is sucked by an exhaust fan, and is discharged to the high altitude by a (15 m) chimney after being subjected to combined deodorization treatment of cooling by a spray tower, light deodorization and a biological bacteria room;
the sewage generated after the feces are subjected to dry-wet separation is sent to a water treatment system by a pump, is subjected to aeration, pH value adjustment, Fenton oxidation reaction, flotation, PAM flocculation, re-flotation, anaerobic treatment, aerobic treatment, nitrification and denitrification biochemical treatment, quartz sand filtration, ozone disinfection and other links or selected part of treatment links, and finally meets the requirement of reuse water or is brought into a sewage discharge system.

s3, carrying out dry-wet separation on the homogenized livestock and poultry manure, conveying the solid dry manure subjected to dry-wet separation to a dry manure storage tank, and conveying the sewage subjected to dry-wet separation to a water treatment system for disposal;
step S4, conveying the dry manure to a metering tank through a dry manure storage tank;
s5, conveying the metered dry manure to a subcritical water treatment device, namely a reaction kettle, and performing resource regeneration treatment;
s6, collecting, stirring and drying the obtained dry materials and auxiliary materials to obtain a basic organic fertilizer; and conveying pressure, waste gas, waste heat and noise generated by pressure relief of the reaction kettle to an absorption tank for treatment.
8. The process for treating livestock and poultry manure by using the subcritical water technology according to claim 7, wherein in step S2, the livestock and poultry manure enters the homogenizing tank after impurities are filtered by a stainless steel fence before entering the homogenizing tank.

The process for treating livestock and poultry manure by using the subcritical water technology according to claim 7, wherein in step S6, fermentation is carried out through a biological fermentation bin before the dry materials and auxiliary materials are gathered; and (4) after the dry materials and the auxiliary materials are gathered, stirred and dried to form the organic fertilizer, packaging and storing finished products.

The process for treating livestock and poultry manure by using the subcritical water technology according to claim 7, wherein wastewater and waste heat obtained by treatment in the absorption tank in the step S6 are recovered and discharged after being subjected to water treatment; and the obtained waste gas is discharged after deodorization treatment.
