The flocculated precipitate is accumulated above the filtering piece 10, so that the filtering piece 10 is easily blocked, the discharge of circulating water after waste liquid treatment is influenced, the motor 28 can be started, the lifting screw 29 is driven to rotate when the motor 28 is started, the outer ring 11 is driven to do lifting motion along the axial direction of the lifting screw 29 under the limiting action of the limiting rod 30 on the outer ring 11 when the lifting screw 29 rotates, so that the filtering piece 10 is lifted and shaken in the treatment tank 2 to reduce the attachment quantity of floccules of the filtering piece 10, and meanwhile, the floccules above the filtering piece 10 are further stirred and scraped when the stirring device is lifted along with the filtering piece 10, so that the floccules cannot be precipitated on the filtering piece 10, the blockage phenomenon of the floccules on the filtering piece 10 is effectively prevented, and the treatment efficiency of the printing water by the printing wastewater treatment system is improved; and when the filter element 10 is driven by the lifting device to lift in the treatment tank 2, the outer ring 11 is attached to the interior of the treatment tank 2, and the support rod 13 protects the filter layer 14, so that the sealing performance of the filter layer 14 on the treatment tank 2 and the stability of the filter layer 14 per se are ensured when the filter layer 14 slides in the treatment tank 2.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the stirring device comprises a plurality of paddles 15 rotatably arranged above the filter member 10, the paddles 15 are arranged in a plurality and are distributed in an equidistant circumferential array along the axis of the treatment tank 2, the paddles 15 are arranged in an inclined manner, and when the paddles 15 ascend along with the filter member 10, the included angle between the paddles 15 and the rotating direction of the filter member is an acute angle; the treatment tank 2 is provided with a linkage mechanism for driving the blades 15 to ascend and descend and rotate along with the filter element 10, the linkage mechanism comprises a fixed screw 16 which is vertically and fixedly connected in the treatment tank 2 and is coaxial with the inner ring 12, the fixed screw 16 is in threaded connection with a linkage ring 17 positioned above the filter element 10, the blades 15 are fixedly connected on the outer circumferential wall of the cambered surface of the linkage ring 17, and a linkage element is arranged between the linkage ring 17 and the inner ring 12; the linkage piece comprises a plurality of elastic pieces 18, the elastic pieces 18 are distributed in an equidistant circumferential array mode by the axis of the inner ring 12, the lower end of the linkage ring 17 is coaxially and fixedly connected with a bearing 19, the inner ring of the bearing 19 is fixedly connected with the linkage ring 17, one end of each elastic piece 18 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the outer ring of the bearing 19, the other end of each elastic piece is fixedly connected with the inner ring 12, the lower end face of the outer ring of the bearing 19 is also vertically and fixedly connected with a plurality of vertical rods 20 penetrating through the inner ring 12, and the elastic pieces 18 are preferably springs sleeved on the outer peripheral walls of the vertical rods 20.
When the filter element 10 is driven by the lifting device to ascend, the inner ring 12 pushes the linkage ring 17 to move on the fixed screw rod 16, the vertical rods 20 on the outer ring of the bearing 19 slide in the holes of the inner ring 12, the elastic element 18 is compressed to deform, the linkage ring 17 is in threaded connection with the fixed screw rod 16, so that the linkage ring 17 rotates on the fixed screw rod 16 along with the upward movement of the inner ring 12, the paddles 15 on the linkage ring 17 are further driven to rotate around the linkage ring 17, floccules above the filter layer 14 are cleaned, the probability of floccules depositing above the filter layer 14 is reduced, meanwhile, when the paddles 15 rotate, partial waste liquid above the treatment tank 2 is pumped to the lower sides of the paddles 15 to wash the filter layer 14, and the treatment effect of the paddles 15 on floccules adhered to the filter layer 14 is improved.
When the filter element 10 moves downwards in the treatment tank 2, the inner ring 12 pulls the linkage ring 17 to move upwards and downwards on the fixing screw rod 16 through the elastic elements 18 and rotate reversely, the elastic elements 18 are stretched to generate deformation, the linkage ring 17 drives the blades 15 to rotate reversely to form eddy currents in waste liquid in the treatment tank 2 so that floccules on the filter layer 14 are sucked and kept away from the filter layer 14, the treatment effect of the floccules adhered to the filter layer 14 by the blades 15 is improved, meanwhile, linkage driving of the blades 15 by the linkage mechanism is realized, the arrangement of a driving part for driving the blades 15 to rotate is omitted, the potential energy for lifting the filter element 10 is fully utilized, and energy is effectively saved.
When the filtering piece 10 stops lifting, the deformed elastic piece 18 drives the bearing 19 to drive the linkage ring 17 to continuously lift for a distance at one end of the fixed screw 16, so that the treatment effect of the paddle 15 on floccules on the filtering layer 14 is further improved; the arrangement of the vertical rod 20 can effectively prevent the outer ring of the bearing 19 from rotating along with the rotation of the inner ring of the bearing 19 driven by the linkage ring 17, so that the radial torsion of the elastic part 18 is avoided, and the connection stability of the elastic part 18, the outer ring of the bearing 19 and the inner ring 12 is ensured as much as possible.
Referring to fig. 3, a first sealing ring 21 is arranged on the inner side wall of the inner ring 12, the inner side wall of the first sealing ring 21 is abutted to the outer peripheral wall of the fixing screw rod 16, round corners are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the inner edge of the first sealing ring 21, a second sealing ring 22 is arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the cambered surface of the outer ring 11, and an annular groove 23 matched with the second sealing ring 22 in an embedded manner is formed in the outer peripheral wall of the cambered surface of the outer ring 11.
The first sealing ring 21 seals a gap between the inner ring 12 and the fixing screw 16 so as to prevent waste liquid which is not filtered by the filtering layer 14 from flowing into the lower part of the filtering layer 14 through a pore in the inner ring 12 to pollute treated circulating water as far as possible, and the arrangement of the inner edge of the first sealing ring 21 with a fillet can prevent the first sealing ring 21 from being excessively scratched when the first sealing ring 21 is lifted on the fixing screw 16 along with the inner ring 12, so that good sealing performance of the first sealing ring 21 between the inner ring 12 and the fixing screw 16 is ensured as far as possible; the arrangement of the second sealing ring 22 improves the sealing performance between the outer ring 11 and the inner side wall of the treatment tank 2, and the arrangement of the annular groove 23 improves the stability of connection between the second sealing ring 22 and the outer ring 11.
