When the pressure of the whole purification system is insufficient, the external container can supplement clean gas to the pressure container through the valve so as to improve the pressure of the purification system; when the pressure of the whole purification system is too high, the pressure container can release the gas circulated by purification to the external container through a valve so as to reduce the pressure of the purification system.
