The fruit and vegetable storage and transportation box provided by the invention adopts the foaming vacuum shockproof tube (foaming shockproof sponge tube), the outer layer of the tube adopts the ultralight high-elastic low-heat-conduction sterilization composite foaming material, and the fruit and vegetable storage and transportation box has the effects of lightness, heat preservation, self-cleaning bacteriostasis, box body strength enhancement and the like; the inner layer is a vacuum air bag, so that heat exchange inside and outside the box is blocked to a certain extent, mechanical damage to the fruits and vegetables is reduced to a great extent in a soft environment for the fruits and vegetables, and a shock-proof effect is achieved.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples, which are intended to be illustrative, not limiting and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The fruit and vegetable storage and transportation integrated packing box comprises a box body 1, a sealing cover 4, foaming shockproof sponge pipes 2 and an inert air bag 3, wherein clamping grooves are formed in the periphery of the inner bottom surface of the box body, the foaming shockproof sponge pipes are uniformly embedded and distributed in the clamping grooves, adjacent foaming shockproof sponge pipes form a heat preservation inner layer, the heat preservation inner layer is attached to the inner wall of the box body to form a heat preservation layer, and a layer of foaming shockproof sponge pipe is horizontally paved at the bottom of the box body to increase the shockproof and heat preservation effects.
The air bag strips are filled in each foaming shockproof sponge tube, and play a supporting role on one hand, so that the temperature transfer rate can be reduced, and the heat insulation effect is improved on the other hand.
The sealing cover and the box body can realize sealing and packaging, and the gas condition in the packaging box is ensured. The sealing cover is provided with 1-2 air adjusting pipes 5 for adjusting the gas environment of the box body and prolonging the fresh-keeping period of the fruits and vegetables.
The invention adopts an ultra-light storage and transportation box body: the box body is provided with a sealing groove with the width of 2cm, the outer layer is made of ultralight high-elasticity high polymer materials, and the box body is 55cm long, 55cm wide and 60cm high. The foaming vacuum shockproof tube (foaming shockproof sponge tube) of the invention: the height of the outer layer pipe is 60cm, the inner diameter is 4cm, the outer diameter is 6-8cm, the inner layer of the hollow pipe is filled with 4cm of air bag strips, and a plurality of foaming vacuum pipes form the inner layer of the box body.
The invention adopts a high-sealing air-conditioning cover: the cover bottom is provided with a sealing groove which is 6-8cm in width and 50cm in length and is consistent with the box body, the cover is provided with two air adjusting pipes which are long and short, the long pipe is 8cm and short pipe is 6cm in length and 3cm in diameter, and the surface of the cover is provided with a four-way handle which can respectively lift the storage and transportation box from four directions.

The preparation method of the high polymer material comprises the following steps:
(1) foaming of particles: uniformly mixing all the materials, putting the materials into a high-pressure reaction kettle, heating and melting the materials, introducing carbon dioxide gas into the high-pressure reaction kettle, adjusting the pressure and the temperature of the high-pressure reaction kettle to enable the carbon dioxide to be in a supercritical state, maintaining pressure and permeating, quickly relieving pressure, heating and foaming the materials to prepare foaming particles;
(2) and (3) steam compression molding: carrying out steam compression molding on the foaming particles obtained in the step (1) to obtain an ultralight high-elastic high polymer material;
(3) coating: and (3) coating a low-thermal conductivity coefficient material on the surface of the foaming material obtained in the step (2) to obtain the coated ultralight high-elasticity low-thermal conductivity composite foaming material.

Claims (4)

The fruit and vegetable storage and transportation integrated packing box is characterized in that: the box comprises a box body, a sealing cover, foaming shockproof sponge pipes and inert airbags, wherein clamping grooves are formed in the periphery of the inner bottom surface of the box body, the foaming shockproof sponge pipes are uniformly embedded in the clamping grooves, adjacent foaming shockproof sponge pipes form a heat preservation inner layer, the heat preservation inner layer is attached to the inner wall of the box body to form a heat preservation layer, and each foaming shockproof sponge pipe is filled with an airbag strip; the sealing cover and the box body can be sealed and assembled, and the root gas regulating pipe is arranged on the sealing cover.
