In the related art, some washing machines with special appearances, such as washing machines with narrow top and wide bottom, have different appearances from the traditional square washing machines, and the packaging mode of the traditional washing machine can damage the washing machine during transportation, cause appearance damage or complete machine function damage, affect the sale and use of the washing machine, and have room for improvement.

As shown in fig. 2, in some examples, the guard 30 includes: a first rear shielding member 303 and a second rear shielding member 304, the first rear shielding member 303 being connected to the left rear portion of the base 10 and the left rear portion of the cover 20, the second rear shielding member 304 being connected to the right rear portion of the base 10 and the right rear portion of the cover 20, the first rear shielding member 303 and the second rear shielding member 304 forming levers arranged opposite to each other, shaking of the rear side of the laundry treating apparatus 200 is restrained by the first rear shielding member 303 and the second rear shielding member 304, and the first rear shielding member 303 can protect the left side appearance of the laundry treating apparatus 200, and the second rear shielding member 304 can protect the right side appearance, without damaging the overall appearance.

The protection groove 31 is formed in the opposite side of the first rear protection member 303 and the second rear protection member 304, and the protection rod 41 can be arranged in the protection groove 31 to prevent the first rear protection member 303 and the second rear protection member 304 from collapsing in the vertical direction, so that the strength of the first rear protection member 303 and the second rear protection member 304 can be improved, and the structural strength of the packaging assembly 100 can be further improved.

303 and 304 are respectively disposed at the corners of the sidewalls of the laundry treating device 200, thereby protecting the corners of the sidewalls of the laundry treating device 200 from being damaged during transportation of the laundry treating device 200.

Further, the reinforcing members 40 are disposed in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction of the cover 20, so that the structural strength of the cover 20 is further improved, and the deformation of the cover 20 is prevented from affecting the protection effect of the clothes treating apparatus 200.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the base 10, the cover 20 and the protection member 30 are made of foam, the reinforcement member 40 is made of wood, the foam is strong in plasticity, light, easy to mold, and low in cost, and is suitable for manufacturing the base 10, the cover 20 and the protection member 30 with larger volume, the wood is also easy to mold, does not need to be a mold separately, is low in cost, and is convenient to popularize and use, and the wood has higher strength than the foam, and is suitable for manufacturing the reinforcement member 40. The first front prevention piece 301 and the second front prevention piece 302 form plates arranged opposite to each other, the first rear prevention piece 303 and the second rear prevention piece 304 form rods arranged opposite to each other, the lower end of each prevention piece 30 has a first positioning block 33, and the upper end of each prevention piece 30 has a second positioning block 34.

The front parts of the sides of the first front protection piece 301 and the second front protection piece 302 which are opposite to each other are provided with protection grooves 31, the sides of the first front protection piece 301 and the second front protection piece 302 which are opposite to each other are provided with a plurality of support bars 32, the plurality of support bars 32 are arranged at intervals in the up-down direction, and each support bar 32 extends in the transverse direction; the first rear guard 303 and the second rear guard 304 are also provided with guard grooves 31 on the sides thereof opposite to each other.

When packaging, the foot assembly 70 of the clothes treatment device 200 is supported on the base 10, and the two positioning columns 12 are inserted into the avoiding holes at the bottom of the clothes treatment device 200 and are connected with the frame 60 in a stopping manner; the protection piece 30 is arranged on the base 10, and the protection piece 30 is connected with the base 10 by inserting the first positioning block 33 on the first groove 11; at this time, one end of the support bar 32 is stopped against the front side inclined plane of the laundry treating device 200, and the guard bar 41 is placed in the guard groove 31 of each guard 30; the cover 20 is covered on the clothes treatment device 200, and the protection member 30 is connected with the cover 20 by inserting the second positioning block 34 into the second groove 23; the support rod 42 is matched in the cover groove 21, and the inserting rod 43 is inserted in the cover inserting groove 22; finally, the density board 50 is covered on the top of the cover 20, and the edge of the density board 50 is matched with the matching inclined plane 24 to realize the fixation of the density board 50.

Through the above-mentioned packaging process, the rigidity of the whole packaging assembly 100 is effectively maintained, the structural strength is high, and the damage of the appearance and the whole machine function of the clothes treatment device 200 in the transportation and circulation process is avoided.

a pedestal (10) for supporting the laundry treating apparatus;

a cover (20) for covering a top of the laundry treating apparatus;

at least one shielding member (30), each shielding member (30) being located between the base (10) and the cover (20) and extending in a longitudinal direction, both ends of each shielding member (30) being connected to the base (10) and the cover (20), respectively;

a reinforcement (40), the reinforcement (40) being provided to the shield (30) and/or the cover (20), and the reinforcement (40) having a structural strength greater than that of the shield (30) and/or the cover (20);

each of the protection pieces (30) has a protection groove (31) extending in a longitudinal direction, and the reinforcement piece (40) includes a protection rod (41) extending in the longitudinal direction, the protection rod (41) being fitted in the protection groove (31).

2. The packaging assembly (100) of a laundry treatment device according to claim 1, characterized in that the guard (30) comprises:

a first front guard (301) connected between a left front portion of the base (10) and a left front portion of the cover (20);

a second front guard (302) connected between a right front portion of the base (10) and a right front portion of the cover (20),

wherein the first front guard (301) and the second front guard (302) form plates arranged opposite to each other and the guard groove (31) is provided at a front portion of each of the first front guard (301) and the second front guard (302).

The packaging assembly (100) of a laundry treatment device according to claim 2, characterized in that the protection recess (31) of the first front protection piece (301) is provided in front of a side of the first front protection piece (301) facing away from the second front protection piece (302), the protection recess (31) of the second front protection piece (302) being provided in front of a side of the second front protection piece (302) facing away from the first front protection piece (301).

The packaging assembly (100) of laundry treatment devices according to claim 2, characterized in that the front of the side of the first front guard (301) and the second front guard (302) opposite each other is provided with a plurality of support bars (32) arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction, each support bar (32) being adapted to rest against the front side of the laundry treatment device.

The packaging assembly (100) of a laundry treating device according to claim 4, characterized in that the front side of the laundry treating device has an inclined surface disposed obliquely with respect to the longitudinal direction, each supporting strip (32) extends in the transverse direction, one end of the plurality of supporting strips (32) being flush and the other end being adapted to stop against the inclined surface.

6. The packaging assembly (100) of a laundry treatment device according to claim 1, characterized in that the guard (30) comprises:

a first rear guard (303) connected between a left rear portion of the base (10) and a left rear portion of the cover (20);

a second rear guard (304) connected between a right rear portion of the base (10) and a right rear portion of the cover (20),

wherein the first rear guard (303) and the second rear guard (304) form levers arranged opposite to each other, and the sides of the first rear guard (303) and the second rear guard (304) facing away from each other are provided with the guard grooves (31).

7. The packaging assembly (100) of a laundry treatment device according to claim 6, characterized in that the first rear guard (303) and the second rear guard (304) are adapted to be provided at a sidewall corner of the laundry treatment device, respectively.

8. The packaging assembly (100) of a laundry treating device according to any one of claims 1-7, characterized in that two opposite side edges of the cover (20) are respectively provided with a cover groove (21) extending in the transverse direction, the reinforcement (40) comprises two support rods (42) extending in the transverse direction, and the two support rods (42) are fitted in the two cover grooves (21) in a one-to-one correspondence.

9. The laundry treatment device packaging assembly (100) according to claim 8, wherein the cover (20) further has a cover slot (22) therein perpendicular to the cover groove (21), and the reinforcement member (40) further comprises an insertion rod (43) inserted into the cover slot (22).

10. The packaging assembly (100) of a laundry treatment device according to any one of claims 1-7 and 9, characterized in that the base (10), the cover (20) and the guard (30) are pieces of foam material, and the reinforcement (40) is a piece of wood material.

11. The packaging assembly (100) of a laundry treatment device according to any one of claims 1-7 and 9, characterized in that one of the guard (30) and the base (10) has a first positioning block (33), and the other of the guard (30) and the base (10) has a first recess, into which the first positioning block (33) is plugged.

The packaging assembly (100) of a laundry treatment device according to any of claims 1-7 and 9, characterized in that one of the guard (30) and the cover (20) has a second locating block (34) and the other of the guard (30) and the base (10) has a second recess (23), the second locating block (34) being plugged into the second recess (23).

13. The packaging assembly (100) of a laundry treatment device according to any one of claims 1-7 and 9, characterized in that the bottom of the laundry treatment device has at least two spaced-apart relief holes,

the side of the base (10) facing the cover (20) is provided with at least two positioning columns which are arranged at intervals and are suitable for being inserted into the avoidance holes and resisting against one part in the clothes treatment device.

14. The packaging assembly (100) of a laundry treatment device according to any one of claims 1-7 and 9, further comprising: a density plate (50), the density plate (50) covering the top of the cover (20), and the density plate having a structural strength greater than that of the cover (20).

15. The packaging assembly (100) of a laundry treatment device according to claim 14, characterized in that the top of the cover (20) has a plurality of spaced-apart engaging ramps (24), at least a portion of the edge of the density board (50) engaging with a plurality of said engaging ramps (24).
