Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco equipment, in particular to a movable external cleaning device, which comprises a trolley, a water tank, a water pump and a wastewater collecting box, wherein the trolley is arranged on the trolley; the water pump is arranged on the water tank, a water inlet of the water pump is communicated with the inside of the water tank through a pipeline, and a water outlet of the water pump is communicated with a pipeline of a cooling circulation system of the filter stick forming equipment; the water tank is provided with a water filling port; the water tank and the waste water collecting box are arranged on the trolley. The water pump adopts a vortex type self-priming electric pump. The side wall of the water tank is provided with a water level observation pipe for observing the water level in the water tank. When the device is used, water is injected through a water injection port of the water tank, a water outlet of the water pump is connected with a pipeline water inlet of a cooling circulation system of the filter stick forming device to be cleaned, a water outlet end of a water outlet pipe of the cooling circulation system of the device is placed into the wastewater collection box, the water pump is started to clean, and the sewage in the wastewater collection box is observed until the discharged wastewater becomes clear.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco equipment, in particular to a movable external cleaning device.
Background
After a cooling circulation system of the filter stick forming equipment (ZL22D, KDF2 and ZL26B) is used for a period of time, due to the fact that rust in a pipeline and impurities in cooling water cause blockage in the pipeline, the amount of circulating water is reduced, cooling is insufficient, and the equipment is stopped when the temperature rises and is alarmed. At present, water can only be added manually when pipelines of a cooling circulation system are cleaned, the high-pressure air pipe is used for pressurizing after the water is added, and cleaned sewage is discharged, but the amount of water which can be added each time is small, the water is required to be added and pressurized repeatedly for cleaning, and time and labor are wasted. Because water cannot be supplied continuously, the cleaning effect is not ideal.
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the inventors of the present invention have finally obtained the present invention through a long period of research and practice.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical defects, the invention provides movable external cleaning equipment which can continuously supply water and keep water pressure, does not need to repeatedly add water and pressurize by a high-pressure air pipe, effectively shortens the time for cleaning a cooling system, reduces the labor intensity, is thorough in cleaning and improves the maintenance efficiency.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the movable external cleaning equipment comprises a trolley, a water tank, a water pump and a wastewater collecting box;
the water pump is arranged on the water tank, a water inlet of the water pump is communicated with the inside of the water tank through a pipeline, and a water outlet of the water pump is communicated with a pipeline of a cooling circulation system of the filter stick forming equipment;
the water tank is provided with a water filling port;
the water tank and the wastewater collection box are arranged on the trolley.
Further, the water filling port is arranged at the top of the water tank, and a water inlet pipe joint is connected to the water filling port.
Further, the water pump is fixed on the top of the water tank.
Furthermore, the water pump adopts a vortex type self-priming electric pump.
Furthermore, a water level observation pipe is arranged on the side wall of the water tank and used for observing the water level in the water tank.
Furthermore, a water level observation port is arranged on the side wall of the water tank and is sealed by a transparent material, and the water level in the water tank can be observed through the water level observation port.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the movable external cleaning equipment can continuously supply water and keep water pressure, does not need to repeatedly add water and pressurize by the high-pressure air pipe, and effectively shortens the time for cleaning and cooling the system.
(2) The movable external cleaning equipment does not need manual water adding, greatly reduces labor intensity and improves maintenance efficiency.
(3) The movable external cleaning equipment can continuously supply water and keep water pressure, and has thorough cleaning and obvious effect.
(4) The movable external cleaning equipment can improve the cleaning efficiency to the maximum extent, and can complete the cleaning work within 15 minutes.

In a preferred scheme of this embodiment, the water filling port is arranged at the top of the water tank 3, the water filling port is connected with a water inlet pipe joint 4, and the water outlet of the water pump 5 is connected with a water outlet pipe joint 6.
The working process of the invention is as follows: when the water tank is used, water is injected through a water injection port of the water tank 3, or the water inlet pipe joint 4 is connected with a water source to inject water into the water tank 3, and after the water injection is finished, the water tank 3 is moved to the position near a cooling circulation system of the filter stick forming equipment needing to be cleaned through the movable trolley 2. The water outlet of the water pump 5 or the water outlet pipe joint 6 is connected with the pipeline water inlet of the cooling circulation system of the filter stick forming equipment to be cleaned, the water outlet end of the water outlet pipe of the cooling circulation system of the equipment is put into the waste water collecting box 8, the water pump 5 is started to clean, and the sewage in the waste water collecting box 8 is observed until the discharged waste water becomes clear.
In a preferred scheme of the embodiment, the water pump 5 is fixed on the top of the water tank 3, so that the water pump is convenient to fix and install. The water pump adopts a vortex type self-priming electric pump.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the type of the vortex type self-priming electric pump is as follows: 1WZB-35T,220V,2.7A, 0.37KW, maximum flow 2.7M3/H, pipe diameter 25MM, weight 9 KG. The middle of the top of the water tank 3 is provided with four threaded holes, and the vortex type self-priming electric pump is fixed on the top of the tank body of the water tank 3 by screws; a hole with the diameter of 2.3CM is arranged beside the vortex type self-priming electric pump at the top of the water tank 3 and used for inserting the pipeline 7 into the water tank 3, the pipeline 7 is a stainless steel bent pipe with the caliber of 2.2CM and is connected with the self-priming electric pump through threads, and the other end of the pipeline extends into the bottom of the water tank. The other side of the vortex type self-priming electric pump at the top of the water tank 3 is provided with a water filling port with the diameter of 2.2CM, and the water filling port is a threaded hole and is used for installing a water inlet pipe joint 4. The water tank 3 is made of stainless steel, and the specification of the tank body is 55CM multiplied by 55 CM.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a water level observing tube 1 is provided on a side wall of the water tank for observing the water level in the water tank.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the water level observation pipe 1 is made of a PVC hose, and two ends of the PVC hose are respectively connected above and below the water tank 3 and are communicated with the inside of the water tank 3. The water level observation tube 1 is used for observing the water level by filling the water tank 3 with water.
In a preferred embodiment of the present embodiment, the cart 2 comprises a bottom plate 21 and a handle 22 connected with each other, the water tank 3 and the waste water collecting tank 8 are disposed on the bottom plate 21 of the cart 2, and rollers are mounted on the bottom of the bottom plate 21.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the waste water collecting box 8 is made of engineering plastics and has the specification of 61.999CM x 51.999CM x 40 CM. The trolley 2 is made of stainless steel, the bottom plate 21 of the trolley is 105CM multiplied by 55CM multiplied by 1CM, and four rollers are arranged at four corners at the bottom. The handle 22 is highly adaptable to be carried by the cart.
In another embodiment, a water level observation port is arranged on the side wall of the water tank, the water level observation port is sealed by a transparent material, and the water level in the water tank can be observed through the water level observation port.

Claims (8)
1. A movable external cleaning device is characterized by comprising a trolley, a water tank, a water pump and a wastewater collecting box;
the water pump is arranged on the water tank, a water inlet of the water pump is communicated with the inside of the water tank through a pipeline, and a water outlet of the water pump is communicated with a pipeline of a cooling circulation system of the filter stick forming equipment;
the water tank is provided with a water filling port;
the water tank and the wastewater collection box are arranged on the trolley.
2. The removable external cleaning device as recited in claim 1, wherein the water inlet is disposed at a top portion of the water tank, and a water inlet connector is connected to the water inlet.
3. The removable external cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein the pump is fixed to the top of the tank.
4. The removable external cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the water pump is a self-priming pump of the vortex type.
5. The removable external cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein a water level observing tube is provided on a side wall of the tank for observing a water level in the tank.
6. The removable external cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein the tank has a water level observation port formed on a sidewall thereof, the water level observation port being closed by a transparent material, through which the water level in the tank can be observed.
7. The external mobile cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cart comprises a bottom plate and a handle connected with each other, the water tank and the waste water collecting tank are disposed on the bottom plate of the cart, and rollers are mounted on the bottom of the bottom plate.
8. The removable external cleaning apparatus as recited in claim 1, wherein a water outlet connector is connected to a water outlet of the water pump.
