Description

Surface treatment method for combination of upper and lower grilles of automobile
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of automobile part processing, and particularly relates to a surface treatment method for an automobile upper and lower grating combination.
Background
The automobile front wall air inlet grille is widely applied to automobiles, is mainly installed at the head of an automobile and used for heat dissipation and air exchange of an automobile engine, and is generally the same as the head of the automobile in shape and has a certain radian.
The existing manufacturing process of the front wall air-inlet grille of the automobile generally divides the front air-inlet grille of the automobile into two parts for manufacturing, and one part is plated with hard chrome after being molded to form the visual effect of a mirror surface; spraying paint on the other part after molding to form a deep black paint part; and finally, fixing the black paint piece on the mirror surface layer plated with hard chromium to finish the manufacture of the air grille before the automobile. When the automobile front wall air inlet grille part is sprayed, the automobile grille is supported on a working table surface through a spraying device for spraying.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the conventional spraying device comprises rectangular frame bases 11, wherein upper support cross bars 12, connecting bars 13 and lower support cross bars 14 are sequentially arranged between the rectangular frame bases 11 from top to bottom, and two groups of support devices 15 are arranged on the upper support cross bars 12 and the lower support cross bars 14; two parallel positioning support rods 16 perpendicular to the support cross rods are further arranged on the upper surface of the rectangular frame base 11, each positioning support rod 16 penetrates through the support device 15, and the end parts of the positioning support rods 16 are arranged outside the rectangular frame base 11; however, the spraying device has certain defects in the spraying process: because the automobile grille has a certain radian, most of the automobile grille is positioned on the upper surface of the supporting device, and a small part of the automobile grille is positioned on the side edge of the supporting device, the automobile grille cannot be sprayed to the automobile grille positioned on the side edge of the supporting device due to the fact that the spray gun arranged above the spraying device is inclined, the automobile grille cannot be uniformly sprayed, and the orange peel phenomenon can occur, so that the paint spraying quality of a product is influenced; in addition, the spraying device can only be used for placing two automobile upper grids or two automobile lower grids for simultaneous spraying, so that the production efficiency is low.
Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a surface treatment method for combining the upper and lower grilles of the automobile, which can effectively improve the production efficiency, can uniformly spray paint on the grilles of the automobile and further improve the paint spraying quality of products.
