As an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of the corrugated cavity capsules 4 are all communicated with the gas collecting cavity 261 through the gas guide hose 9, and the gas guide hose 9 is provided with an electromagnetic valve; the upper end of the air guide hose 9 is connected with the supporting block 26, and the bottom end of the air guide hose 9 is connected with the elastic locking lantern ring 3; when the device works, after a plastic part is sleeved on the plastic part fixing and supporting device, the control unit controls the micro air pump to exhaust air again, at the moment, the supporting joint 28 slides to the maximum distance, the control unit controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened, and air in the air collecting cavity 261 enters the corrugated cavity bags 4 through the air guide hose 9, so that the plurality of corrugated cavity bags 4 expand, the expansion of the corrugated cavity bags 4 can push the elastic locking ring 5 to be tightly attached to the inner wall of the plastic part, and the tight locking effect of the elastic locking lantern ring 3 is further improved; meanwhile, the air guide hose 9 is hardened by the air filled into the air guide hose 9, so that the air guide hose 9 can support the inner wall of the plastic part, the contact area between the plastic part and the spraying liquid is increased, and the high-pressure impact force of the spraying liquid on the plastic part is reduced.
As an embodiment of the invention, a first cavity is formed in the middle of the elastic tooth 232, and a first hose is arranged on the elastic tooth 232 of the driving gear on one side far away from the spraying assembly line; the first hose is positioned on the inner side of the rotating pipe 21, one end of the first hose is communicated with the first cavity, and the other end of the first hose faces the supporting block 26; when the driving gear 23 drives the driven gear 22 to rotate, the elastic teeth 232 are extruded due to the meshing effect between the gear teeth of the driving gear 23 and the gear teeth of the driven gear 22, and the elastic teeth 232 can generate gas due to the effect of the first cavity on the elastic teeth 232, the gas is output through the first hose and acts on plastic parts sleeved on the supporting block 26, the fixed joint 27 and the supporting joint 28, so that the air drying of the plastic parts after color spraying is accelerated, and the working efficiency is improved.
The specific working process is as follows:
when the glove-shaped plastic part color spraying device works, when the glove-shaped plastic part is required to be subjected to color spraying treatment, firstly, a sleeve opening of the glove-shaped plastic part is sleeved on the supporting block 26, the glove-shaped plastic part is continuously sleeved downwards along with the plastic part, meanwhile, fingers of the glove-shaped plastic part are sleeved on the supporting joints 28 and the fixed joints 27, and then the finger sleeves of the plastic part are supported, after the plastic parts are all sleeved on the supporting blocks 26 on the mounting disc 1, the control unit controls the driving motor to rotate, the driving motor drives the driven gears 22 to rotate through the driving gear 23, the rotation of the driven gears 22 drives the rotating pipes 21 to rotate, and then the plastic parts arranged on the mounting disc 1 rotate along the central line of the mounting disc 1 along with the movement of a spraying production line, and the spraying device can perform spraying effect on the glove-shaped plastic part; through the cooperation of the supporting block 26, the fixed joint 27 and the supporting joint 28; when the plastic part needs to be taken down, the electric telescopic rod 25 is contracted, the sleeve opening of the plastic part is pulled out from the elastic locking lantern ring 3, and the finger sleeve at the upper end of the plastic part is taken down from the fixed joint 27.

A jig for spraying comprises a mounting plate (1); the mounting disc (1) is horizontally arranged, and the lower surface of the mounting disc is connected with a positioning column on the spraying production line; the method is characterized in that: a plurality of plastic part fixing devices (2) are rotatably arranged on the mounting disc (1); the plastic part fixing device (2) comprises a rotating pipe (21), a driven gear (22), a driving gear (23), a driving shaft (24), an electric telescopic rod (25), a supporting block (26), a fixing joint (27) and a supporting joint (28); a plurality of flow guide grooves (11) are formed in the mounting disc (1), and a rotating cavity (12) is formed in the mounting disc (1); a plurality of rotating pipes (21) are rotatably arranged on the mounting disc (1), and driven gears (22) are mounted at the bottom ends of the rotating pipes (21); the driven gear (22) is positioned in the rotating cavity (12); the driving gear (23) is rotatably arranged in the rotating cavity (12) through a driving shaft (24), and the bottom end of the driving shaft (24) is connected with a driving motor; the driving gear (23) is meshed with a plurality of driven gears (22); an electric telescopic rod (25) is arranged in the rotating pipe (21), and a supporting block (26) is arranged at the telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod (25); the upper end surface of the supporting block (26) is fixedly provided with at least five fixed joints (27), and a supporting joint (28) is inserted in each fixed joint (27); a plurality of liquid guide grooves (231) are formed in the driving gear (23), elastic teeth (232) are arranged on the outer ring of each gear tooth of the driving gear (23), and the elastic teeth (232) are used for reducing abrasion between the gear teeth of the driving gear (23) and the gear teeth of the driven gear (22) in meshing transmission of the driving gear (23) and the driven gear (22).

The jig for painting according to claim 1, characterized in that: an elastic locking lantern ring (3) is sleeved on the rotating pipe (21), and an installation clamping groove (31) is formed in the upper end of the elastic locking lantern ring (3); an elastic locking ring (5) is arranged on the inner wall of the mounting clamping groove (31) in a sliding mode through a plurality of corrugated cavity bags (4), and an annular bulge (51) is arranged on the outer wall of the elastic locking ring (5).
