Enteral nutrition pump
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an enteral nutrition pump.
Background
It is known that enteral nutrition means a method of supplying nutrients required by a patient by injecting some nutrient solution which can be absorbed only by chemical digestion or without digestion into the gastrointestinal tract of the patient through a digestive tract catheter or a stoma, and is a simple, safe and effective nutrition supply method, and plays an increasingly important role in clinical nutrition support. Wherein the enteral nutrition pump is a nutritional infusion pump for nasal feeding. Water, nutrient solution and self-made rice milk with certain concentration can be input through a nasal feeding tube. For the patient can nurse at home, there is the portable enteral nutrition pump that is suitable for domestic use in the existing market, and its major structure is: the nutrition bottle fixing device comprises a shell, wherein an operation panel for displaying and man-machine interaction is arranged on the shell, a control device, a peristaltic pump and a conveying pipe assembly are arranged in the shell, a nutrition bottle fixing bin is further arranged in the shell, and the nutrition bottle is arranged in the nutrition bottle fixing bin in a replaceable mode. The working principle is that the nutrient solution bottle is connected with a liquid inlet pipe joint of the conveying pipe assembly, and the peristaltic pump extrudes the rubber pipe to directionally and quantitatively provide nutrient solution for the intestines and stomach of the human body. However, the existing enteral nutrition pump cannot automatically wash the pipeline, and the pipeline washing operation is carried out in a mode that manual work is injected from the liquid inlet through the injector after the machine is stopped, so that the defect of inconvenient operation exists.
Then the chinese utility model patent is granted No. CN209236897U, the disclosed nutrition pump in portable intestines, which comprises a housin, a control device, peristaltic pump and delivery tube subassembly, it places the storehouse to be equipped with the nutrition bottle in the casing, delivery tube subassembly includes the conveyer pipe, the conveyer pipe middle part is passed the peristaltic pump and is realized the peristaltic pump and extrude the conveyer pipe, still be equipped with the washing liquid bottle in the casing and place the storehouse, demountable installation has the washing liquid storage bottle in the storehouse is placed to the washing liquid, the conveyer pipe is including taking the liquid outlet and the main line section of middle part through the peristaltic pump, it is connected with two-position three-way switching valve to be responsible for another port relative with the liquid outlet in the section, first branch pipe and second branch pipe are connected respectively to two other ports of two-position three-way switching valve, first branch pipe is established for the other end of being connected one end with two-position three-way switching valve and is connected And (4) a joint. Has the function of automatically flushing the pipeline, and is more convenient to use. The enteral nutrient solution is known to reduce adverse reactions when heated to about 38 ℃, but the nutrient solution in the existing nutrient pump cannot be heated and kept to 38 ℃ in the using process, so that the enteral nutrient solution is not easy to be absorbed by patients, and gastrointestinal complications of the patients are easy to occur.
